The experience was great. The food was even better. It's actually my go to McDonald's in polokwane. The food was sooo good today. But it was a bit soo...it gets full especially on Friday's..

One of my family favorite fast food 😋.. Just the other day they didn't have Coca Cola beverages, I enjoy my burger with Sprite. The place is always clean and now during COVID they observe all COVID protocols. Their service is excellent, the smell of their fries is mouthwatering and the taste of the bun with that pattie & jalapeno 🤤 is to die for. The Mcflavor Fries is so spicy😋🤤🤧 I love spicy food. Thanks for the excellent service & products🤭👌

Me and my kids went there on youth day 10:15 we waited in line like all the other customers, the gentleman in front of me did not want ro move forward when it was his turn, I hooted and no response the line move more forward and I hooted again. He then just ignored me. I passed him and he caused such a racket in feont of the shop that the manager asked me to order inside which I wanted as she said they will help me immediately. I got out of the car with my 2 children but when we went inside the line was at the door. Needless to say I decided to rather take my kids for a mugg and bean breakfast where we are sure not to be ill treated. This Mc Donald wont see us again

They are no bathrooms, its a struggle when kids must use the bathroom, but its a great space with friendly stuff and affordable as always

Food showed on the screen preparing. Then disappeared and we had to ask the staff to please help us as no one was preparing what we ordered... Not good service at all

There were no bathrooms so I didn't understand an eatery that does not provide Toilets so I opted for a take away hy but McDonald is the best you can never go wrong from the friendliness of their services and clean floors to an appetizing smell and their delicate chips 😋argh their food is so amazing you forget all the tiny mishaps hy I Loved the experience

I wish I could choose half a star. According to Macdonalds standards, a drive through should take no longer than 3.9 minutes. We waited in the queue for 45 minutes. That's absolutely ridiculous. They should hire competent staff who can actually perform their tasks efficiently. Especially on a Saturday night!!!

This has been my favorite Mc D @ Polokwane, but today it took me to another level😧. Bought some meals, I was told they couldn't provide any drinks cos they didn't have water, then I asked if I can buy a drink @ the garage (Total) and come back, they said yes, I was fine with it, went through with the order, came back with the drinks 2L , I just asked for 2 cups to enjoy my meal, the staff said the manager is refusing , asked if I can buy them at least, still refused. The staff was willing to assist but the branch manager kept on refusing. I had to go back to the garage and buy the cups😩. Not happy at all with the service.

Staff are rude, slow and look like they don't want to be here. Attitude and eye rolls with each customer. I've sat here for 25 min with my order showing "please collect" but it's not ready. Why do the staff lie about the food being ready if it's not? Does the computer time them or what? Its aggravated each customer in the store.

McDonald's was very busy inside and also the drive thru, there was about 18 cars infront of us and the line actually did move on remarkably fast, +- 15 min till we could place our order then we paid and our order was almost ready at the collection window, after about another 2 min our order was complete and off we went, it was definitly worth the wait, our take out was fresh, tasty and filling

One of the few Mc donalds restaurants in the region. Not very busy. Guarded car park and mcdrive are available at your request. Kids fun park for kids available. very fast service and outside seating. Near major road so easy to reach with your own car

The Drive-thru is super fast 😃and the stuff member's are super friendly always got a smile on their face...

The service was absolutely shocking! Waiting time of 16minutes is unacceptable. I complained and the shift manager tried to explain it away, but it is just too, too bad.

I love McDonald's in general but Savannah McDonald's is way too small and the parking is way too small. As for drive through you will wait till kingdom come

Dissatisfied with their speed of service, waiting times and ice-cream. Ordered two Oreo McFlurries only to receive one that was half filled with less Oreo. And to top it off, the ice-cream tasted like it was watered down.

Ordered a kids happy meal chicken burger but there was no lettuce or anything in the burger, we drive so far wait ages in the drive thru only to receive a burger like this, unacceptable and very disappointed. We live far who will accommodate for the fuel to run up and down? GET YOUR STAFF IN ORDER.

Worst drive thru experience, took close to an hour for us to order. What a mess! To top it off, I discovered when I got home that part of my order was missing. So I didn’t receive something I paid for.

The place has really excellent service-delivery. I remember enjoying my meals there very often when I was young. And they always kept the food and atmosphere lovely and up to standard. Argh, unforgettable memories.

The service is pretty fast. The ladies are always available when you need help (for those who are afraid of using technology). It's always quiet during the day so those working remotely can enjoy working here.

I love this outlet, mainly because the rolls are always fresh, the burgers juicy and the drive-through queue is a breeze. The staff is efficient. However, recently I went in-store as I had a 4-year-old and she needed to pee, I was disappointed to learn that the toilets are now working. How that is even possible I don't know. When taking kids there just know you might need to find an alternative for toilets.

The food is nice, but the rest rooms continue to remain out of order. We are not provided with wet wipes to clean our hands before eating. This is poor service for such a big company.

We came for lunch. Very busy branch so it took a long time to get served. My hamburger was cold. The staff is doing their best but they couldn't handle the overload.

The food was great however the service was a whole nother story. The friendliness from the manageress was so inviting I couldnt wait to get me food and leave. I will rather be using a delivery service for them from now on.

We where standing in line at the drive thru around 02:30 tonight an i was supposed to pay for my order the cashier just closed the window between us, without a word being said, so I just kept quite the person behind got off an knocked on the windows of where the cashier was supposed to be. 30min later armed response security official was their with us without a clue of what they wanted I was told that "I was told that the system is going offline" I asked when was I told such a thing an the male cashier just became rude, and like literally rude to a point that i just left. Savannah McD is a no more go zone for me cause if I was told that the system was going offline I don't think they would have taken my order through the intercom🤬😡 1st time seeing such rudeness over their an its my last time

Best service they help you with placing order, I was impressed with this other lady who opened the door for me when I was leaving the restaurant.their smile welcome u immediately when u enter the premises. Keep up the good job ladies and gentlemen.

The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and beautiful.

Took the drive-thru option. Had a few cars infront of me, but never had time to use the handbrake as the queue kept on moving at a steady pace. Service was snappy and didn't take long to pick up my order. All in all, a great experience. Will be back, and hoping for the same , if not even better experience.

Treatment on drive through needs to improve. I really hate the new way of handling drive through. It was poor, I ended up walking in so that my kid can end up taking medication for pains

Unfortunately I will only be giving them 1 star. Their service is absolutely horrible. Let u not even talk about their delivery service. The food arrives cold. I did not receive a drink with my food and the driver said that I had to pay for the drink (caramel frappe). I do not know what exactly is going on but they need to fix this. The man said that he will be back to complete my order but he did not come back. This is honestly the worst mcdonalds I have been to. You guys are treating us as if we are not paying for the food and we are getting it for free
