Suck service, I order hot tea but was told that no sugar when I ask for... my fren waited for his big breakfast for over half an hour when the next table which order later then us already finished their big breakfast

Ordered mcd nasi lemak waited 30 minutes just to know that nasi lemak Need to wait for an hour. The supervisor were doing nothing only acted busy and can't handle the crowd with the same issue cause of the Nasi lemak, this is the worst mcd I've ever come across with this kind of service even the staff weren't friendly and management sucks.

As usual, a place to enjoy good food and companion. Ample parking spaces. Usually, there is a long queue at the drive through lane during weekends.

They lack staff hence cooking is slow , table is sticky etc etc . yesterday I ask for ketchup and they said there is no ketchup left . Imagine that , whole McDonald's no ketchup .. what a joke.

Since PKP 3rd phase,during weekend and school holidays, too many customer at drive thru and dine in at the restaurant. #kitajagakita #jagasop

this is one of those branch bad management that use FIRST IN LAST OUT method to deal with drive-thru customer’s order. If u buy 9 set breakfast, they will ask you to wait at least half an hour (no joke!) in order to give all later customers who has less order 1st. They kept giving and giving to 6-8 customers who were AFTER ME and all gone but i still waiting and ask me to wait after half hour! What a stupidest branch ever i been for so many decades with Mcdonalds! luckily the branch near my house never work such illogically like this!! they sent tea 1st, then after 10min send coffee, then after 10min sent 7 mcfin then after went down complaint 10min again send balance 2 mcfin. i need to scroll down 3 times car windows to being ask & confirm my bill, 3 times car windows to collect orders, walked to drive-thru window to complaint, lastly 1 more time car windows to collect last 2 mcfin.

Bad experience. We ordered 9pcs and 5 pieces chicken with lattes. Specifically stated that we prefer not to have wings. When the chicken arrived half of them were wings and we waited for 40mins for freakin burnt small chicken. No wonder no cars on the drive thru. I personally love McD chicken but this experience makes me consider not to reorder

It took more than 50 minutes to get my 3 Big Breakfast and another two Egg Muffin. It came came in without knifes . Food was cold but more than that, was the scramble eggs which had some paper pieces in it. I believe it’s left over packaging material. I shall give them the benefit of doubt , it was probably unintentional. Nevertheless, it cannot be ignored, they need to buck up.

Worst service ever. I have been waiting my order for more than one hour in the restaurant and my food was not serve yet. I can see only kelam kabut, staffs are not communicate with each other's ,jumping queue, and ignorance when customers question.

Drive thru can be a pain. They always say park in front but they didn't see the front is already full. 🤣 Also if there are a few cars after you, prepare... Your food & drink may come a bit later as they tend to send after their trays are full. Other than that, it is a good place to relax off peak hours and if the stupid song was not loud. Too bad i can't choose more than i option below in this form. 🤣 I go here often for breakfast, some time for lunch or dinner and seldom for night snacks.

Best mc d ever! The coffee super kaw! 👌 the staff were super attentive, they helped us move tables without us asking abd gave overall super service. Seriously the best coffee everrrr, and I'm from the klang Valley.

One of the nicest McD branches, with ambience. New, clean, not so crowded, friendly staff. Treated our family members with mini ice cream cones. Free refill of fresh brewed coffee for breakfast set. Really enjoy to have McD meals at this branch.

very bad service! Miss my order & waited for 30mins! When I first ask the person in counter, she said just wait “ nanti siap kita hantar”. Didn’t even bother to check. 2nd time asked another girl only she checked and serve to us immediately. Didn’t even say SORRY!

Nice place and great environment. It's located next to the petrol station, making it a great place for traveller to rest and grab a quick meal. The fries were exceptionally fresh and served hot.

Ordered take out for 6 people, waited over 20 minutes and turns out they missed our entire order and made us wait another 20 minutes. When the order finally came multiple items were missing. Even my double cheese burger only had 1 beef patty. One of the worst mcd on this earth

The worst crew ever . None of them work together and they give us a cold shoulder . Waited the food for 20-35 minutes. The customer service lady in tudung super rude and didn't even smile .So busy walking but didn't bother anyone. The cleaning crew all are super rude and didn't smile at all . They purposely start to make our food after we go and ask them . BAD IMAGE FOR MCDONALD'S. WORLD BRAND ..

poor service. Food is not hot at all.No freshness. All the food arrived but there no carameal pie.I had when forward to counter and ask the staff told me pie is cooking. is this wat we call fast food..waited almost 30 min for food..the wrost mcd i had gone. No more tiz mcd wrost

I order drive thru, the kopi susu ice is TOO SWEET, coming from a person who always drink sugary drink and order teh ais from mamak. I have to let all the ice melt, add more ice and water myself to make it tolerable. But at this point there is no kopi taste anymore.

Very pleasent dining experinces here at MacD, they have dine in services but you have to clear up ur table before leaving as a gesture of good faith, very friendly staff and manager...

Not sure what happened but I got my meal only after 20 minutes eventhough there's only a few customers inside.

My first dropby on my way home from Port Dickson. Not sure it is seasonal or otherwise, but I do notice there are flies here and there... Seem like everyone get used to it. Restaurant is spacious and cooling but my mood was badly affected by the presence of these flies.

Ordered something, But received something else🙄.. workers need to be more proactive especial the women at the counter. Not up to working standard👎🏼

This McD has menu with multiple languages which suits everyone especially the foreigners. They also have surau/musolla/prayers area for Muslim.

Thank you to Staff Nuraini. She is very helpful and polite. She guide 4 of us to order via the mcd app. Which very fast and easy for our next use. Very fast service from Mcd shell port dickson.

Good services by staff here.. I was request plain cheese burger for kids meal.. They prove it.. Even though I order from the machine..Just go to counter servis pickup and ask the staff.. The staff use good bahasa and great services during eating there.. Before we go out she say thank you and open the door..keep it up.. Fast service for preparation the drinks and foods.. no need to wait long time.. thanks😉
