The best burger money can buy. In N Out is a state treasure. I recommend getting a burger of your choice, animal style. Simply tell the cashier you want it done “animal style”, which is with their famous sauce, and you will fall in love with it. The customer service has brilliant every time I’ve been there. Location is perfect, as it is in a populated area. Overall 10/10.

Easy parking, line can be really long, sometimes need to wait more than 20-25 minutes when the lines are long. Tables were clean. Bathrooms were clean, and drinking areas were well supplied. Tea tasted a little watery, but otherwise, same as any other In N Out burgers.

Shoutout to employee Gabe who took my order, was exceptionally and professionally friendly, & who deserves a raise to management. My order was also deliciously perfect... double double with extra veggies, animal style fries, & a vanilla shake. LOVE! Will surely come again. Would have taken a picture, except I had to inhale my food as soon as it was brought out. Then, Gabe delivered my shake to my table for me because I just had to go sit down and dig in. Great pricing, too!

First time in San Diego, and I was told by everyone to stop at In N Out and get a double double with cheese animal style. OMG, it is right at the top of my list as one of the best burgers I've ever had. The staff were all smiling and working and, as a former restaurant manager that was very pleasant to see. You would never know it was a fast food joint if the food wasn't, well, fast. The burger was juicy and tasty, and having it animal style was more than a treat. Everyone there is super nice and friendly and helps to make the experience even more special. I liked it so much, I brought my son down for a job interview the day after he graduated because that's the atmosphere I want my son to be able to thrive in. Can't wait to go back to San Diego and In N Out Burger.

Nice to see employees dressed in clean uniforms and looking like restaurant workers. Good food, fair prices, friendly employees. Always busy, lots of others must think so also.

Best In-N-Out in all San Diego Burgers are made to perfection and lightwell fries are perfectly crispy. This is the one establishment I can say never messed up my order even once! Truly deserving of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant was packed with people enjoying the clean, bright environment for an after event meal. There was so much positive energy. The staff of people working the kitchen and helping their customers encouraged the upbeat atmosphere.

Great food as usual but was really disappointed to learn that they won’t let you use your own reusable cup! They refuse to sell you a drink unless you take the single use cup. Very strange in 2023, all I am doing is saving you the cost of a cup?

In and Out is always busy, no matter what time of the day, which location always busy. I swear it could be out in the middle of the desert in the middle of the night and there would be a line in both the drive through and inside. Our son was at practice and we decided to pick him up a bite to eat on the way to get him. In and Out is always a favorite, double-double w/cheese, fries and a root beer. Dinner of champions for our favorite drummer. I work in the area and know during the busy work day our local In and Out is always packed but thought around 9:30PM on a Saturday it should be peaceful, businesses are closed, not many houses around but I was wrong. It was super busy. The staff is super nice, store was clean and we literally ordered and were in and out (pun intended) with our food within about 10 minutes. Even being packed they were quick. Great location if you are up in the Poway area!

Best customer service ever! The cashier was so nice to us. The workers had the place super clean and the bathrooms, too, the food was delicious 😋

Came for lunch on a weekday. Ordering was easy and food came out quick. Prices have increased but always a good burger.

We ordered a cheeseburger, a regular burger and French fries. We think the price is still reasonable.

What can I say. They always provide quality service and food. You can never go wrong here. And if somethings not right they will fix it and make it right. I've never been disappointed. I'm alway getting that Flying Dutchman with 2 extra Patty's and pink lemonade. Don't forget that Animal fry with chopped chillis. Oh yea free hot cocoa for the kids on rainy days!

Stopped here before heading back home - which is a two hour drive. We must have got here at the perfect time because there was no line in the drive-thru. The guy who was taking the orders was very efficient - took our orders perfectly - and even though we had different special requests, he noted our orders and was very patient, then he read our order back to us to make sure he had everything right We know we can count on In-N-Out to get our orders correct. And we appreciate that our burgers and fries are made to order - because everything is always so hot and fresh. Our burgers were delicious and the fries were perfect! Nice and hot and fresh - the way fries should be! They have lots of parking, so we decided to park to eat our food in the car - plus we had our pup pups with us, so it was just easier to eat in the car. Keep up the great work In-N-Out!!

When COVID hit, I was hesitant to go out to eat at restaurants and fast food restaurants. They have got the drive thru lunch time rush down with an employee taking orders when the line stretches past a couple cars and out of the parking lot they have into Kohl's area. Many people who do the drive thru pull over in the parking to eat their food in the car. When I crave a cheeseburger and fries, I come here to get a quick bite.

It's in-n-out, foods great, drive thru line was long but that's fairly par for an in-n-out! If you don't know about the secret menu, look it up. Extra toasty buns are my favorite ask. Service and employees were nice. The double-double is the best! Still my favorite burger chain since 5th grade!

Great location. Clean, fast, good food and they have not gotten my order wrong yet. I will say, they have taken a while to get a simple order out to me a few times. Other than there is nothing to complain about.

I could clearly see that the wait would be long and arduous, but I had faith that my local Big I little N Big O would pull through. The impossibly long line moved forward with military like precision as those amazing, paper hat wearing masters of the quick and ready burger world worked their special brand of magic. Yum.

Been to In N Out hundreds of times. This was by far the worst experience at any In N Out and it wasn't even busy. I rarely leave feedback like this, but it was so bad that I had too. Encountered a relatively long line in drive through, which isn't non standard, the issue was that after 10 minutes of waiting, the line didn't move. Decided to go inside to order. There were less than 10 people inside so we were optimistic. Ordered quickly and then sat and waited. I watched the poor management of this restaurant while sitting there and instantly knew it would be a long wait. Waited almost 30 minutes for a relatively small order. When I finally and patiently inquired about status, I was met with rudeness and defensiveness, which is rare for In N Out. I asked to speak with the manager as clearly poor management contributed to the issues experienced and she was also very dismissive and unapologetic. All in all, waited almost 50 minutes, had poor service and attitude, and all this at a non busy restaurant. The manager here is not good!

For the money best burger you can buy. Having there own ranches makes for consistency with every trip.
