Terrible 1-star hotel but with 4-star price! Everything was old and dirty! We booked 2 nights but stayed only one because it was awful! The breakfast was not eatable, everything was so poor and bad! For 75Euro/night it is not acceptable! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This place is disgusting!!! Don't stay here! As soon as I arrive they give me a room which initially was blocked room they told me my room has drain problems, shower leaking They have given me a different room with the same problems and more The room itself was so dirty, the carpet on the floor was filthy and there were marks on the walls, the shower was broken. Per total, the place doesn't worth a penny for staying here. It should be shut down honestly

We were there for 3 days, we spent NYE welcoming 2022. The hotel is a 3 star hotel with helpful and welcoming staff.. the party was great there was many entertainment shows included and fire works were a wonderful thing to watch outside under the snowy skies. Not to forget the beautiful area where this hotel is located!! Highly recommended 👌

This hotel is amazing. I think it has one of the best views in Romania. I highly recommend it, especially in wintertime. Or summer, that is good too. The restaurant is decent and the layout inside is really interesting as well, with tables to dine on different levels. There is a fireplace and a stage in there. The lobby area is relaxing and the spa is just the right amount. The only downside, which I personally found it rather funny than dramatic, is the total lack of customer service knowledge from behalf of the staff. If you ask anything, like for a different room or why the spa needs scheduling, it is mind boggling the answers they come up with. At one point I became discouraged to ask anything, because simple questions they take personally and don't take easily, you can feel their frustration. Front desk staff, restaurant, please schedule these guys for some customer service training, pronto. L.E. I suggest you completely close the SPA until you figure out the reservation system or teach the front desk staff on how to explain it to guests, because it is not working. It's better as closed rather than marketed as an offered service and then have a bunch of guests disappointed learning at the desk that they cannot use it because it's fully booked. Hope it makes sense 😂

Sorry for only one star but they ignored our preference for a room at a higher floor, which we asked for in our reservation, and there were other tourists accommodated at higher floors. Plus, there was an unpleasant cigar smoke odour in our room, which we hardly got rid of.

It's a strange mix of good and bad there :) Hopefully one can ignore the bad (not THAT bad) and enjoy a vacation there. The thing I call "bad" is their carpet.. it needs to be changed or thoroughly cleaned (which I don't think it's possible anymore). Bathrooms also need improvements, they're using probably the worst kind of light (to cool to even enter the bathroom, lol) are small and they use a weird mix of door knobs that look new but the doors are plain ugly and look super old. However, the restaurant is good and they have a good variety of food which I liked. Staff is friendly. As the hotel's name suggests the view is simply stunning. Being situated more remotely is kind of hard to get there without a car/taxi but that also give options to walk outdoors in nature, which is nice, and most of the time is also super quiet! You may even see bears from your balcony but remember to stay away! They're no pets and need no petting :)

A fun place to spend a couple of days in the winter. You need a car to get to Clabucet but if you are here just for slayride, there is a slope in the back perfect for that. Food is good, and also good service, people are very friendly and helpful. If there is sunny you have a nice view all around.

I stayed there for 4 days and it was really a great experience. The location is very astonishing and amazing with a great view of forests and beautiful sunsets. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant is really beautiful and the food is very tasty and delicious, big portions. The breakfast is rich and big filled with a variety of tasty food. There is a playground for kids and a terrace right infront of it. The reception is big and you can find a billiard pool🎱 to have fun. The spa is nice and relaxing, a jacuzzi, sauna and a massage place(great for relaxing after a long day). There is also a mini gym. Overall it was great, i would totally recommend it. I posted some photos you could check.

The hotel room had a big mold spot in the bathroom and the balcony was not separated by the other balconies, it was a transparent steel fence, which does not allow for privacy. Even though it has a moderate - nice view of the mountains, there are no chairs on the balcony. If you request chairs the receptionist will tell you to talk with the restaurant staff and they in turn will tell you to talk to the receptionist. This is just a method to make you quit asking but she didnt knew how persistent I can be...hehe. In the end she told me to move the chairs from the room to the balcony but that was not a good idea at all because the chairs are big and heavy and for indoors only. When she heard my arguments she could not come with any better reply so she called some guy/manager to ask for permission to get some small chairs so we can take and enjoy that view...why go to the mountains if not for the view ???? Duhh!!!!

Looks like nobody cares about rooms. Mattress was very tired and asked for change. Bathroom ned a refresh. The brightess point was food and personel. The breakfast is very good, diner too.

Best service I have experienced so far in Eastern Europe. Waiters helpful and proactive, good food, desserts amazing. Room facilities maybe not the most modern, but very clean and cozy.

The hotel is fine, but the road access is pretty poor because of the 10% invlination of the road

Hello, This hotel is wonderful, in addition to the views you can have from the balcony of the room to the special food you can choose. The hotel is Lebanese so it would be advisable to try something new from a culinary point of view, you will certainly not fail, indeed maybe for many it is not as luxurious as they would like but the 3 stars and meet them with success. Cleanliness is, good food, friendly staff, we felt great, we will be back!
