Perfectly OK but not perfect. This is definitely a 3-star hotel not a 4-star hotel. It's a little old fashioned in places (brown decor) and my room was very small (e.g. no space to open suitcase). The bathroom is poor - you shower in the toilet space, with just the hole in the floor to drain away water, but the water remains for quite some time so if you need to do anything else in the bathroom you get wet feet). The breakfast is good with a wide choice and the staff are very polite and helpful. Good location not too far from city centre in a quiet street.

Staff are so helpful and polite. Couldn't ask for more from them. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and even gave me a giant bottle of shower gel just as my personal supply ran out.

Absolutely one of my best accommodation ever. The staff was very friendly and warm, willing to help us with everything. The room was great and the best part was the shower. Our first choice in next stay in Kosovo

Hotel located close to Priština city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is okay. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The rooms are small and the shower is not nicely arranged.

I visited Hotel Afa in 2015 and had a delightful stay. The staff was very pleasant and always helpful. The food was nicely prepared and delicious. Would definitely stay there again if I have the privilege of going to Kosovo.

Rooms are clean, a bit of a kitschy design though. Bathrooms have showers that look like space shuttles, which was kind of cool. Each floor has a free massaging chair too. The hotel has a conference room that served us well.

The hotel is great: it has big, clean rooms, wifi, parking lot and an amazing restaurant with terace. The food is amazing both at breakfast and at the restaurant. Great value for the money!

For Kosovo it's an ok place. All the staff are fantastic and will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Food in the restaurant is good.

There are fancier hotels in Pristina, but this one has a good price/quality balance. Main pluses: good Wi-Fi at all locations; very decent breakfast, with option to have a cook to cook you omelette or pancakes; breakfast location in an internal garden; large rooms. Drawback: as with a lot of hotels elsewhere, negligence in maintenance. For example, fancy but non-functioning full body shower.

Good hotel in the center of Pristina. Nice and clean room with air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing really to complain about except the fitness center that definitely needs a make over. But would stay here again 👍🏽

I have been here mostly for business conferences, the place is great, the service and the food is good.

Amazing staff, very helpful and very service oriented. They felt like family. They catered to any of our needs. We would definitely return. It felt safe, and very conveniently located near shops, café's, restaurants. Room was nice with AC, very clean. We will miss the staff!!

Not the best location, and the room I had was small.

Stayed one night. In a beautiful room with the most stunning view of ksamil. The hotel was beautiful, clean and had a wonderful balcony. All the staff were very nice and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this place in ksamil. And the price was well worth it. Thank you 😊

This is not a hotel to western standards. Has “space ship” jacuzzi that is not clean or functioning well. Overall very dated. Clean however and nice courtyard.
