This was a nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The hallways were a bit noisy until midnight. I would have loved some body lotion or coffee in the morning. Its not the Ritz Carleton but is nice, clean and pet friendly. There's an outdoor foodpark and tennis court next door.

This has to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed with in years the suites are great, kitchen has everything to cook with. Full size appliance's, cookware, dishes, the whole works. Maid service every day!! They have a great pool to swim in. Across the street is the ocean. Lots to do around there. The grounds are superb and very well kept. They have a dog park just for the dogs. Come give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

For the price you can’t beat it but the rooms are older and we found a ton of bugs. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They also have security which made us feel very safe.

I haven't stayed here, just visited the restaurant. The grounds are beautiful. Buildings are quaint and traditional, but appear well maintained.

Stayed there last year the staff will try anything to get a few extra pesos leaving notes in your room for extra tips and additional pesos on your cc for things like a key they lost in first place o rating

Great place for pets and their owners. Staff were great, the place is clean and well maintained. Pool was being redone when I was there.

Great location, very walkable, on the main roads, but set very far back and was very quiet. The pool wasn't out of service which we didn't know until check-in. The rooms were a great size with living room and kitchen, however it was no where near clean. The linens were good, but I spent an hour cleaning before we brought our luggage in.

Excellent property, no bar or restaurant, only breakfast which I quite good close to Costco & many excellent restaurants in walking distance Very pet friendly.

Beautiful garden setting. Extremely tranquil. Service is very friendly and thorough. Pool is maintained perfectly. Very pet friendly, as the sights say. Rooms are slightly dated, but in great shape.

Nice that it is pet friendly but the management does nothing to stop or limit the dogs barking. The barking will drive you crazy. I am currently looking for another pet friendly place with responsible management and at least limited barking so I can nap or at least sleep at night. Not recommended

All staff were pleasant Except the security. Security was extremely rude and disrespectful.

We loved that this place was so pet friendly. It has a nice open space for the dogs to run and even a gated area. The pool is great. The restaurant there is fantastic, good prices and delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean & spacious just out dated. 10 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the mall. We enjoyed our stay, However since it is so pet friendly sometimes it can be overwhelming listening to all of them bark throughout the day & night.

Friendly staff, spacious suite with separate bedroom and a cafe next door that has awesome food. Quiet Pet and family friendly hotel with a nice large pool. Downside- this is a not a all inclusive hotel. If you want to over pay, hear loud music, drink, crowd, small hotel rooms and eat all you can buffet - then this little gem is not the place for you.

Very quick process thru customs. Clean and luggage was ready when we got to pickup point. Good selection for transport or taxi very abundant. Prices preset depending on zone you need.

We used Airbnb and it was the worst vacation ever, from the start, we were surprise by lie after lie from Rosy, everything that was told to us on the phone was a lie, pictures are deceiving making us believe we were renting a house but it was not, is on top of 5 floors of retired people that complaint about every noise we made from kids playing on the private pool to music, they stop us at 7:30pm, this was supposed to be for up to 28 people but it turn out to be only for 16 and all of you better be on one car or be prepare to pay for any adicional cars, price for food preparation was another lie, and the hotel price they told us change as soon as We got there, they knew we had kids and Rosy did not advise us that that will be a problem with the 5 floors of neighbors, it took us 20 minutes to get thru the gate while Rosy waited for us, she was only 100 feet away with out us knowing, instead of coming to help us with the process, but since she knew that she lied, she just decided to wait until the poor security guys explained all the extra fees we had to pay.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Our suite was great and the food in the restaurant was amazing. We will be back next year for another great holiday!

It was pet friendly and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean but in dire need of some plumbing repair. There was a sewage smell lingering in the bathroom. My husband had to fix the toilet. The tap in the bathroom sink fell apart. It would be nice if there was even plastic glasses for drinking. I always wonder when its pet friendly if you get the most awful room in the place. No room amenities other than the shampoo and soap. We did get 2 bottles of water and it was appreciated. It wasn't so bad that I wouldn't go back but I'd be prepared with a cooler and sodas next time. And maybe a plumbers wrench.
