We had a very rough time leading up to the actual sunset cruise. We were originally booked for an all-inclusive: DJ, open bar, and full dinner sunset catamaran cruise as a gift to our 70 guests for our wedding weekend. 2 days before our cruise, we received an email saying our boat was under construction and not available for our scheduled date. It was one of the most stressful moments of my life as we now had 70 people who were promised a beautiful sunset cruise. It took a bit, but we were rebooked on the Jungle Cruise. Not a dinner cruise, but a party boat. Not that we can't party, but it was not what we had described or our guests were expecting. All our guests had an amazing time, but the stress as well as all the extra accommodations we had to make was way more of an ordeal than it should have been. We were compensated, and they did give us a bottle of tequila to apologize, but on the card they had said they "thought it would be done in time" meaning they knew of the mechanical issues way ahead of time, but waited 2 days before our boat to tell us. All in all it was very frustrating and stressful. The boat crew of the Jungle Cruise, especially Danny, made our night absolutely amazing and fun. Deysi was helpful during our issue and was very apologetic. I just would watch incase you book, be prepared.

We took the luxury day of sailing and it was fantastic! Instructions for checkin and transport were easy and clear on the pdf that was immediately emailed upon payment. We arrived at 9:30 and were transported in the van down to Cabo. We checked into Cabo Adventures and waited for the team to discuss everything about the tour and boat. We walked down the dock and met the crew helping us that day. They were fantastic at reviewing safety and expectations. We sailed for about 4 hours total including drinks, food, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. I highly recommend this tour and would go again! I will def use this company for all my Mexico adventures moving forward as I see they have a Cancun location as well!

The crew we had was absolutely amazing. They catered to our every need. They were patient and kind. I have already recommended them to several of our friends. This was the best birthday I ever had. The Lilly pad was the best. You will not be disappointed. I do not have enough words to explain how magnificent the food drinks everything was!!!!

My husband and I were hosting a sunset dinner cruise for 60 guests in honor of our son's wedding. The staff on the catamaran was wonderful, professional and attentive. Every single guest on board had nothing but compliments from the service to the food and drink quality. We also booked a 49 passenger bus and a sprinter van through Cabo San Lucas Tours. We booked a private boat charter for a group of 14. We traveled from US and booked via telephone after reviewing the options on the website. Phone call was quick, received confirmations/communication as it was explained on the call. Made one follow up call a few weeks later and they (quickly) answered all my questions then also. Once we arrived and met the reps/crew for the boat the party was on. Everyone in our group remarked about how fun, energetic, attentive and nice the entire crew was. They were inviting from the time we met at the dock until we returned. We absolutely can not say enough about the experience. It was well worth the price and the value is unbelievable. When we return to Cabo we will definitely book another sunset cruise or excursion with Cabo San Lucas Tours.

I've booked tours through here before and had great experiences. I decided to book tours through them for my 50th birthday trip in Cabo and the group started out with about 10 and grew to 30! As more people joined and complicating airport transfers,Cabo San Lucas Tours was so accommodating! And every single tour exceeded our expectations BY FAR!!! My wife, myself and extended family used their service multiple times for a ride to and from the airport. Everyone was professional and the service was easy to use. No issues at all. Their airport shuttle service is a standout and very reasonable from SJD to the San Jose area.

I booked a private fishing tour for my family. The guides didn’t show up until an hour after our scheduled time to meet (which is supposed to be the prime time to fish) We didn’t catch any fish which is surprising for Cabo being the “sport fish capital of the world” (although the guides worked hard which is why I gave 2 stars ) They brought us in at the scheduled time. The fishing was so bad I didn’t argue to keep us out longer. But I expected a partial refund for the time we missed.

It was fabulous! We booked private transportation from the airport to our resort. We had to make a few adjustments after our initial reservation booking and used the online chat. Everything was seamless and the reps communicated very well with follow up emails including the chat transcript. The follow up and exaction was all awesome

Cabo San Lucas Tours is a great company they help you wiith everything so when you get to Cabo you do not have to worry about anything. We did a Private La Paz Tour and a private City Deluxe Tour and they were both great, There on time and drivers were great.. Great team and friendly staff! Loved all the drivers and reps. Only concerns were that I followed the instructions on the map on where to meet the rep, but no one was there to greet me. After twenty minutes of waiting I called the number a few times and it kept cutting out, but when I finally got a hold of someone it was resolved quickly and they came to find me and had another car waiting. Will definitely book again!

Don't believe they give more snorkeling time Corridor Snorkeling Tour. Their website boasts "The actual snorkeling time on this tour is approximately DOUBLE that of most tours in Cabo San Lucas, at about 1.5 hours (even more if you choose to snorkel during the break!)". In reality, the captain cut us off at 30 minutes on the first stop. The second stop was not the site listed, but another the captain pushed on us. At that site he waved us in after only 20 minutes, stating "it's already 3:15, time to go". So we only got 50 minutes snorkeling (10 minutes less than the other tours), no where near the 1.5 hours boasted about. Also there was no "break" to possibly get more in, just boating straight from site to site. The captain was more interested in his schedule or agenda than the promised snorkeling experience I paid for. My son and I took another tour with Cabo San Lucas Tours (that was already booked) to Cabo Pulmo the next day. While a better experience, the boast of "The actual snorkeling time on this tour is approximately THREE TIMES that of most tours in Cabo San Lucas, at about 2.5 hours" was false as well. We got a little under 2 hours of snorkeling. I expressed my dissatisfaction over the misrepresentation of the snorkeling times and skipping Santa Maria Cove in an email to Cabo San Lucas Tours, who replied the issue was being passed to their Customer Service department. After hearing nothing for a week, I reached out again. To date I have heard nothing back. Apparently, once they have your money their interest ends.

Unfortunately, Carnival was extremely delayed in getting us off the ship in time (port was supposed to be 10 AM-7 PM) to start our adventure we had booked from 11am-3pm. I was able to phone in and the staff was wonderful. We did not get off the cruise ship until12:45 and over to the dock by 1 PM. We were so stressed out thinking we were completely out of luck on the excursion. We made it to the dock, Paul and Mario, our tour guides were there waiting for us!! They made the best out of the 2 hours we had. Food and drinks were ready, they were tons of fun. I want to thank your phone staff for all the help that day. They reassured me the boat would be waiting for us, and it was. The phone rep even offered to try and push out our excursion for an additional hour just to help us enjoy as much of the time that we booked and paid for. We had parasailing booked thru you guys as well at 3:30 that day so we couldn't do that. Thank you again for the exceptional customer service!!! The following day (Friday) we booked the private driver and that went perfectly. Luis, our driver, was waiting for us with a sign so we knew exactly who to look for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and its history. We went to San Jose and he took us to Chileno beach. It was a perfect day.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Cabo San Lucas Tours team. Not only were they unbelievably accommodating during the COVID cancellations, but they dealt with so many questions and provided so many options as we booked a private boat party for my wedding group of 50. We had the best time. I don't have enough good things to say about all of the people I worked with (Patricia and Christina, I believe) who were so patient despite my need to ask a million questions. 10/10 service

We rented a boat for a 40th birthday party and had 23 people attend. The boat staff was very welcoming and immediately made us feel at home on the boat. The boat was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We did a half day boat tour and got to go too many different areas. We were able to see whales, went to the Arc and then parked and were able to swim and go onto the beach. We did the open bar which was great for our group and also had snacks. I would highly recommend if you have a big group and want an activity to be out on the water.

We booked a pontoon rental with this company. It went very well and they accommodated our late arrival due to the fact we could not get off the ship as quickly as we hoped. We went during whale watching season and the driver was able to show us several whales. It was amazing! He was friendly and polite.

Used cabo san lucas tours for roundtrip airport transportation, was a little concerned because they were the least expensive option but they were great, very punctual and professional, would definitely use them again. offer you water or beer when they pick you up from the airport and confirm when they are picking you up for the return trip. Important to know that it's a law that you need to book your airport transportation before you land in Cabo, otherwise you are stuck with really expensive private cabs.

Caught amazing view of the sunset. Wish we could've been a lil closer to the Cabo arch and lover's beach. The staffs were phenomenal, they make you feel so friendly and welcome, especially Alexander. We had a great time!

Whale watching sailboat tour with Fernanda and Felix was excellent. They were very attentive and nice and really worked to make sure the trip was worth our time. Airport transport was great once we found them. I'd verify the instructions you give folks, the staff was wearing white dress-y shirts and were stationed at "lane 9" of the outdoor concourse. We ended up talking to the orange shirt guys and they were very nice directing us to the right place. Seems like the airport is being updated and the instructions need to be as well.
