Great place to have an exhaust system rebuilt, very professional from the start. First an in depth discussion as to what the exhaust should look like to best suit the vehicle with a good selection of tail pipes to choose from. Then to the sound, normal/sport/full sport. Once all has been agreed the build starts, each silencer is made in house to fit perfectly. Pipes are then bent and all joints Tig welding to give a perfect finish to a custom built exhaust that will last the life of the vehicle.

Brilliant experience using Longlife. I contacted various different exhaust garages for help with some work I wanted carried out on my car. Longlife Surrey were the only ones to reach out, both email and calls, so they were front runners right from the start. Sue is a diamond. She contacted me, helped me choose what I was looking for and was extremely accomodating. She helped me go for a Res-Delete on my car and now I couldn't be happier. My Subaru failed its MoT with a rotten exhaust. Longlife Carshalton were superb. They helped me choose the right tailpipes, and I am thrilled by the result. I took my car to Longlife in Carshalton because a previous owner had replaced the original exhaust with something that made it sound like a wounded lion it spoilt the whole experience of driving. Danny saw what the problem was strait away and explained to me what needed to be done, gave me a price and when I took the car back for the work to be done brilliantly, the new exhaust cured everything and it was all done within the day. I also had the engine mapped and the improving in performance is really noticeable. The car is now a pleasure to drive and thanks to Danny and Sue I am really happy and satisfied. I Bought a 2nd hand custom built catback exhaust for my GT86. It had been cut in 2 places. I'm guessing for easier removal and transportation size. Dropped the car off this morning after chatting with Danny. He was on another job but finished that and then completed the custom flanges and fitting. Now it easy to remove if needed. Awesome work. I would definitely recommend and use Longlife Exhausts again. ( Danny) Sue in reception was also excellent. Very good to chat to and took notes of what I was looking for and passed these details onto Danny. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need any Exhaust or fabrication.

I own a 36 year old Nissan Laurel. It was impossible to get the original Nissan exhaust, which was my preferred option. I wanted the exhaust to be as close to possible as factory in terms of sound so made a point of asking them not to treat it as a customisation project. After really driving the car over the past year for enjoyment, completing 4000 miles across Britain taking it to shows, I can report back and say it's an awesome piece of work. The sound it makes is subtle and refined (seems to have quietened down even closer to stock with use, but could be my imagination). The exhaust welds are so neat and beautifully done it gets comments from anyone looking closely around the car. I imagine LongLife or any custom exhaust will vary in quality entirely depending on who fabricates them - that is the most important thing to consider in my opinion. Top work then from this specific garage - proper craftsmanship by good people is pretty rare. Glad I found it.

Unable to get new exhaust from anywhere. Minimum 2-3 weeks to order. Longlife Carshalton fitted me in and fitted new handmade system in under 2 hours. Also, Dan gave really useful advice regarding other issues with the car. Very helpful. Also worth noting is took car to local tyre centre and whilst up on ramp, staff couldn't praise the work highly enough. "outstanding work", "really top quality job" etc. That's good to hear and a testament to Dan's work.

Called them to ask about custome exhaust which I can come & get some ideas as I'm near to the place. The person over the phone was in a rush & kinda sarcastic which I found very rude and wasnt interested in the conversation and cut it short and said thank you bye.... Ridiculous! Sounds to me like they judge customers and only bother doing business with specific ones as we all paying for a service

Been wanting a sports performance exhaust for years on my BMW 325i M Sport. I finallly got a straight pipe cat back delete. I recently had a full exhaust system installed onto my car. Longlife were very communicative throughout the entire process, as well as happy to answer any questions I had. Before the install, I popped in to have my car inspected and view the various exhaust styles they had available. I am extremely happy with the result, the sound is just as I had imagined it in my head, and the aesthetics of the car have massively improved. Absolutely thrilled that my 27year old Audi Cabriolet has a new stainless steel exhaust, recently custom built & fitted by Longlife Surrey. The team at Longlife were fantastic from initial e-mail contact, to assessment & quotation to subsequent build and installation. I’ve never had an exhaust custom built but found my options to buy an OEM exhaust extremely limited, due to the age and somewhat rare model of car, not to mention hugely expensive.
