    This has been my clinic for several years...I'm supposed to be lucky to have a family doctor. Every time I need to see my doctor, it's impossible for me to make an appointment! The procedure is for retirees or those who don't work! He gives you a date and their times. hours to make an appointment! It's like participating in a telephone competition. I work and can't call! They tell you... Ask someone else to call for you! That really pisses me off. Most of all, I loved being able to see my doctor! 😡

    It's impossible for my parents to get on the line to make a follow-up appointment... They've been trying for 2 months, from 8:30 a.m. on the required day.... non-stop for 2 hours only to be hung up on saying "please try again later".. Put a queue in calls maybe?!! Or do you even call patients who are due for an appointment and offer them a date? It's incredible.......
