Glad we stopped in. Great beer. Tonnes of options. Didn't get too much food but the menu looked good too. Nice to see a kombucha option for our non beer drinking friends, was nice to be able to enjoy the space with us without a barrier for them. Also went away with some cool swag hats and glasses and beer to go.

Pictured is the duck poutine and a couple of brews. All drinks were great and food was good. Everyone else who was there seemed to be having a great time.

Good beer and good foods. They give very big salad. One of my favorite craft beers in Quebec city. Update review on August 8, 2023. I went there to celebrate international cat day. I went before midnight. The guy came to say that last call already and we have to leave but we see people was drinking at the bar. I love Noctem beers. I go buy at the factory often and go to the bar sometimes. Very disappointed with the service at the bar. I suggest if you call last call at 11.30 pm you should write on Google close at midnight not 1 am.

Good brewery, good food, friendly and helpful service. None of the 8 beers we tried really wowed us; the brew list is very IPA heavy for 2023, but hop-heads might find their place here. Duck poutine was very tasty, though would’ve been better with fresher fries; they had that “bottom-of-the-batch” greasiness that combined with the gravy for a soggy texture. Burger was just average, and thus not worth the price point as one of the most expensive items on the menu.

Was fortunate to find that Noctem was within walking distance of our hotel in a recent trip to QC. We were able to sit outside and get some fresh air but the inside vibe was very cool and modern. Great service and Catnip/Double Catnip were outstanding. Unfortunately neither were available in cans to go. But glad to have had the chance to “check that box” on my list of breweries to visit. Make sure you do too!

We love this place and come here whenever we’re in Quebec city. The catnip beer is awesome and the food menu is very decent.

The food was very good and so was the beer. We came back twice on our trip because it was close to where we stayed and there were other things on the menu we wanted to try. The service was great. We were able to get a table on the patio right away and the food came fast as well. The waits staff were very attentive.

I came on a Wednesday and the ambiance was worth is by itself. Now about the beer. The beer is good. Very good. They had 5 or 6 strains of IPAs each more delicious than the other. They are cat-themed so that wins a few more points. The staff was very helpful in helping choose which beers I'd like (they could describe the nuances between 3 NEIPAs, which was very appreciated.) I had a chili. It was pretty good. Well worth taking a 15 minute walk from the touristic core to hit this microbrewery.

Am awesome taproom with a ton of beer choice (18x taps) - something for everyone. Food menu is solid as well. The Wapati Sausages were fantastic on a Fall night to go with a flight/degustation (4x 5oz "chatons"). Will be back 🍻

Great service, atmosphere, and food and a variety of craft beers. There were 18 drink options on the menu ranging from craft beers to a cider to a kombucha- there is something for everyone. Some of the beers are available to purchase to go in cans. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The cat theme is really cute, and the menu is filled with cat puns. They just celebrated their 7th birthday, wishing them many more years to come I will be back next time I’m in the area.

Really great place, a little cosy and comfy. The staff is great for recommendations and very attentive! Great beer selection and delicious food. We had the sausages with vegetables and seasonal ham dish. We highly recommend this place.

What a pleasant surprise. We'd never been here before bur were visiting from the U.S. and wanted to try a few local craft beers. The staff were friendly and welcoming (despite us not speaking French) and the beer was delicious. We were also impressed with the food. The burger, salad, and nachos were all fantastic and very much exceeded our expectations for a brew pub. Highly recommend Noctem for anyone looking for great local beer and delicious grub.

Noctem Artisans Brasseurs, a unique brewery in Quebec City, offers an atmosphere that's initially standard for taprooms with an industrial touch. But what sets it apart is the playful and quirky mosaic of cat images behind the bar. The standout, of course, is their exceptional beer. Noctem Artisans Brasseurs is a must-visit for beer nerds in the city. The Catnip Hazy IPA is a must-try. It's a haven for those seeking top-notch craft brews, and every sip reveals the dedication to their craft. The service here is equally commendable. As out-of-towners, we had questions about the city, and the bartender was a welcoming source of local knowledge, making us feel right at home. It's these extra touches that create a memorable experience. In a nutshell, Noctem Artisans Brasseurs is a delightful stop for beer enthusiasts. While the taproom ambiance starts off conventionally, the cat mosaic adds character. With great beer, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a spot worth exploring in Quebec City. Whether you're a local or a visitor, it's an experience you won't want to miss. 🍻🐾 #QuebecBrews

A beer place that also serve great cocktail and homemade food. Staff was kind ! The place was a bit chilly but for their defence the weather was very cold on that day. Not a beer drinker so I was very pleased with the cocktails choice. The jerky was smoked and tasted fantastic. We tried the duck confit sandwich and duck confit poutine. The duck was good. Sadly the fries were some of the worst we got in years.. dry and overcooked not a pleasant experience (especially for the poutine) Chocolat fondant with sweet nuts for the dessert was a pleasant way to finish the meal.

The staff was polite, but the service was slow. Most items on the menu are not available if you arrive in the early afternoon as they seem to start the ovens near that time so you only get to pick from the entrees excluding the gizzards. Hoping this was a one time occurrence but if not it should be mentioned somewhere. The beers i chose; the Herbosophie and the Hippophae, they were really good and the Mousse de fromage de chevre was absolutely delicious and i very much recommend it.

A lot of different beers but most of them variants of pale ales. No whites, stout or reds were on the menu when we went to this place. The staff was really nice and though we didn't eat there the food looked really good. I also appreciated that they offer flights of beer.

Go for the beers Not for the food Chilli was so so and poutine was disappointing (fries were not well cooked, cheese curds like rubber, duck was cold and the onions on top did not taste well: and can relate as we had poutine at another place in town earlier in the weekend)

Great little brewery with some great craft beers on the menu. I tried the pretty fly, catnip and Chat de Minuit and they all were tasty and well balanced. A must visit if you like trying crafter beers 🍻. Perfect ambience to connect with friends for a lazy catch-up

Amazing place to go with a bunch of friends. The staff was friendly and the beers were delicious, especially the sweet ones. The picture features "les quatre chatons" which are 4 different beers of your choice to taste. It gets pretty busy during the summer and at night so try having a table before 8PM or take a reservation.

Spent an evening there with a few people. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the beer. Tasted a 4 "kitten" sized glasses. This place has a lot of IPA and double IPA on the menu, all brewed there. Enjoyed the taco plate which we shared as an appetizer Good fresh ingredients. The main course was ok. Service a bit long but cordial. To be expected since they seemed short staffed! Would visit again :)

This is my husband and my favourite craft brewery. We last visited in Oct 2021 and enjoyed their dark beer. Last week (June 2022) we went back and had a beer on their popular patio. My husband enjoyed one of their IPAs and I had their Beelzebub piquant and grapefruit stout. It sounds like an odd combo but it was amazing and my fav beer of the trip. A glass was a good size. I think a pint would be too much.

They have a lot of beers, I wasn't able to choose so the waitress let's me try some before ordering. The burger was excellent and the beer too. The have some places outside. The service was excellent, I will definitively come back.

Nice beer and cool little bar with the microbrewery on view. Only let down by our server who was slightly rude and rushed but not too much of an issue. Most important the beer was nice. I took the 4 beer tester tray so you can sample a few different tastes. If you like craft beer it’s a good place to visit
