The
front
desk
staff
seemed
overwhelmed
with
check-ins
when
we
arrived.
We
stayed
three
nights
and
not
once
was
our
room
visited
to
even
empty
garbage,
let
alone
clean
room,
refill
toilet
paper,
tissue,
towels,
etc.
We
were
not
given
an
option
of
skipping
a
daily
room
visit
to
be
replenished
items.
It
was
simply
a
case
of
no
one
showing
up.
Breakfast
was
ok
at
best.
I
will
say
the
croissant
each
morning
was
excellent.
The
rest
of
the
breakfast
was
ok,
at
best.
No
gluten
free
option
for
the
bread.
The
coffee
station
in
the
lobby
was
always
a
mess
and
even
milk
or
cream
for
the
coffee
was
rarely,
if
at
all,
available…and
the
staff
did
not
seem
to
care.
When
we
enquired
about
the
availability
of
milk
or
cream,
all
we
got
was
“no”.
No
explanation
of
why
we
could
not
get
any
or
an
apology
for
it
not
being
available.
I
realize
hotels
in
Old
Quebec
are
a
tourist
trap
however
for
the
price
we
paid,
the
rooms
and
service
was
lacking.
