99/100 This charming little 4 stars hotel located in the heart of Quebec city has everything we like. From a historical building to great service and location. The common areas are nice and confortable and the rooms are clean spacious with a rustic vibe. People are nice across departments from the valet parking to the reception and the breakfast staff. Highly recommended

Hotel was very nice. Nice finishings throughout, comfortable rooms and great location. About a 5 min walk to Petit Champlain. My only complaint was that for $300/night, breakfast was not included for me but was included for other people's reservations. If I wanted to have the cold breakfast bar, it was an additional $24 per person. Why it could not have been included was baffling. I was very happy with the hotel overall but based on the exclusion of breakfast for the price of the room, I would stay elsewhere. In response to the Managers reply: Thank you for the reply. I would like to note that I stayed at two other hotels on my east coast trip, both of which I booked through third parties. Each of these establishments had provided me with a breakfast and did not treat me as a second class guest based on my method of booking.

The Hotel is in a perfect location. It's right in the midst of Old Town, but very quiet. Everything is easily walkable such as restaurants, shopping, and the funicular to get to the famous Hotel Frontenac and New Town. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

We had a great experience at Hotel 71/ Auberge Saint-Pierre. The location was exceptional. The service was excellent. The morning breakfast (included in our price) was very good. The lady taking care of that area was top notch. So pleasant to deal with. Always smiling. The rooms were very good. Clean and adequate size. I think we would get a suite next time just to get a little more space. But that’s just us. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is very good, in a quiet street, the appearance is very romantic The room is very big,Nice! But the air conditioning outlet makes a loud noise, and this is terrible,The toilet itself will suddenly make a loud noise 。Compared with the standard of a four-star hotel, everything in the room seems a little shabby, not worth the room fee of more than $400, Replenishment :Downstairs is a restaurant. It is 10:30 at night, and the voices of the guests can still be heard. Blimey! It is now past 11 o 'clock, and the restaurant downstairs is still making all kinds of loud noises, making it difficult to sleep. Sorry for the judgment, but that's how I feel.

What a lovely hotel! It has exceeded my expectations in all aspects! Awesome location as it is located right in the heart of Old Quebec right across the Museum of Civilization, and 3 minutes away from Place Royale! Love the online check in feature too especially during this time of Covid! It made check in fast, easy and seamless. Staff are courteous and polite! Also thank you for the early check in and late check out!!! Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful hotel! Service was great, rooms were clean and excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and croissants. Close to everything but quiet neighbourhood that meant a good test at night. Highly recommend!

A well-located, beautiful & comfortable art-deco hotel with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The room was calm & well equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. Warm thanks!

Excellent customer service. Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever been. The location is prime, close to everything.

Great location and service. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious. I personally found the bed too small and uncomfortable - the rooms definitely have the space for a larger bed so it’s a shame they don’t have this. Housekeeping could have been a bit better also - fresh towels at minimum. Otherwise it’s a nice little hotel.

Perfect location, perfect experience if your visiting old Quebec. Walking distance to everything you want. Friendly staff with a cappuccino/coffee machine free 24/7.

Location location location as they say, plus really helpful and friendly staff makes a great stay. One downside, we got the last room available I think (303). We could hear the upstair's guest walking around loudly and in the room next to us walking (high heels) so loud it was like they were in the room with us.. No one's to blame really, but at 500$ a night, that's not something you'd expect. Edit: We had to lift up the bathroom door for it to close, perfection is in the details.

Love it here! My wife and I stayed here in 2001 for our honeymoon. We both fell in love with the city and the Auberge St. Pierre. More than 20 years later and we're back! Better than we remembered. Atmosphere is amazing and staff is beyond helpful. If you're visiting Quebec City stay here!

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of old Quebec City. Great prices, top notch service, and beautiful rooms. Steps from most attractions in the area. Highly recommend.

A really nice hotel in the center of Quebec. The breakfast 🥞 was excellent… fresh croissants 🥐, coffee, fruits 🍎 and so on. The staff is really friendly and answers all the question. Thanks for staying in your hotel.

A beautiful, historic hotel with excellent service and great coffee. I love the water filter machines everywhere, all the thoughtfully decorated lounges paces, and the coziness. We had some insects in the room which was weird for the dead of winter, but I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean rooms. We asked that our room not have rug and the request was granted. One thing they could improve on is the breakfast--low quality and no vegan options. We did not eat it. However, the overall experience was wonderful!

Spent the weekend here with my fiancée and had an amazing time! The employees were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was immaculate! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend some time in this beautiful city!

The location of the auberge is perfect. Staff are friendly, but housekeeping was hit or miss. Our chief complaint is that the breakfast was a spread of cold breads and fruit and cereal. The coffee was from a machine and it was all unstaffed with a notable exception-we had to go ask for our plates by registering our room and were then handed one plate and plastic cutlery. It was odd and altogether cold and unpleasant and cost CAD24. The following days we found hot breakfast served at our table for half the price around the corner.

Great location downtown. Staff made the stay so easy and simple, especially with the high quality of valet service provided. I was impressed by the amenities on the main floor.

The hotel has a lot of old world charm while having modern conveniences. Customer service was friendly and helpful and allowed me to check out late as my train was scheduled to depart in the afternoon. The hotel is well situated within walking distance of all the attractions of old Quebec while being in a relatively calm area. The self-serve hot beverage station (free) was great and the alcoholic beverage station was an interesting touch. We stayed in the "classic" room which was cosy but adequately sized for 2 people. Unfortunately no hot breakfast at this time due to COVID although to go boxes are available at additional cost. There are many excellent dining locations near by for breakfast.

Great location within the old city. Clean rooms, but they are very small.

I stayed at Auberge St Pierre with my two teenage sons while four other teenagers camped nearby. We visited Quebec City so the teens could mingle and so I could visit the Musee de la civilisation's exhibit on poop. Staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful providing us with maps to tour the old part of the city and advice for simple greasy, fatty, colon-clogging meals. I will certainly return.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Quebec's historic location. The St Pierre is on a quiet one way street and within walking distance from restaurants, shopping and major attractions. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and with very comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere is cozy and elegant. I highly recommend this hotel, can't wait to go back.

We loved our time here. Fantastic location. Very friendly employees. Clean, modern, stylish rooms. Public spaces are very stylish and well done. Cool little spaces like the library added to our enjoyment. Very reasonable price. Excellent experience.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. They were all able to speak English which was helpful. It has a cool wine and liquor vending machine. Unfortunately there was no pool or hot tub.

Amazing large windows with natural light in our room overlooking the Museum of Civilisation. Dishes, cutlery, glassware, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker - everything we needed to keep our 2 kids full of snacks. The bed and sheets were blissfully soft and comfortable, loads of channels on the tv. I spent the day working with music on the provided Bluetooth speaker and a great desk with lamp, power bar and good wifi for my meetings. Nice variety in the breakfast delivered to the room. A perfect getaway in the old city!

Had a recent stay at this charming hotel. First, the location was amazing. You can walk to anyplace in Old Port with ease. The hotel has old world charm and was clean and the staff was very attentive. The room was small however given the location and age of the building, it was understandable. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Great hotel! Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. It has a great location for exploring the city, with a good choice of restaurants to eat at. Will definitely stay here again when we travel

Gest location, my room was a superior room so I cabin only comment on that class of rooms. Big, neat, shower was wonderful you had everything you needed. I found it a great place to walk to almost anywhere of major pr interest.

Let me start with the positive, the location is good. Now, this isn’t a 3 star hotel, it’s closer to a 1 star Motel, don’t let the price confuse you. I had a terrible stay at this motel. We’ve been travelling a lot in the past two months, and this motel is the least in any aspect of accommodation, enjoyment, and fun. Arrived at the motel, there was a small sign that says “entrance is from 71 St pierre” so we went another few buildings to the other hotel, where they do the check in service for Auberge Saint Pierre. I’m usually very easy to get check in done, but the guy without the face mask behind the counter seemed to be annoyed that he had to wear a face mask and leave the phone for me, but whatever. Then I had to carry all our luggage up to the lobby, there’s no ramp of course. Then we had to get a few buildings back with our luggage to the actual Auberge Saint Pierre motel. There is one small elevator which didn’t work all the time. The room was very very small, there was no view from our window but the building next to us which was very close to the window, speaking of window, the curtains are pretty much useless, the Sun woke us up every morning. They do not clean the rooms, I had to change bed sheets by myself and clean the room in my vacation, despite the fact that they claim to have daily housekeeping, this is misleading advertisement.
