We booked 3 rooms for our family. No cleaning of rooms for 3 nights of stay. First day, Hotel said they do not have cleaning staff. Second day, they said due to privacy reason they do not clean rooms. Really....worst experience in my life. Daily breakfast was mostly pre packaged and it was ok. Pool was not great....our eyes were burning while in a pool. Paid $200 plus for one night....price should be $60 for the overall stay

Booked the room VIA expedia app around 1or 2 PM arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM to be told that our room was nt ready yet and would be in 10 minutes … after 10 minutes we been told to wait an additional 15 minutes … finally after about an HOUR ! We finally got room (btw we had kids with us getting impatient) never in the waiting time were we offered something to drink or any kind of comfort whatsoever… arrived in the room the tv controller was nt working (no big deal) went to the front desk to get new batteries but the girl did nt find any so she replaced my tv controller instead (wich was the first accommodating move ever made by the place) , return in my room to open the tv for the kids to find out the TV was nt working !!! The colors were all messed up and flashing (strobing effect good enough to give you an epileptic crises) …. Front desk wont replace my TV cause the hotel is full and they dont have extra TVs … Pool is nice for the kids but there is enough chlorine in there to turn your skin diamond white and your eyes bloody red… i asked for a refund and left at 10:30PM to go to a MUCH nicer hotel … dont waste your money and go somewhere else i TOTALLY dont recommend it .

Due to the shortage of Labor in the area the rooms were not cleaned every day so we did not have clean towels every day we had to go down and get them ourselves. The rooms were very humid the AC was noisy and so was the fridge. The plumbing in the bathtub seems to be clogged as it was not the draining fast

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. Last year we stayed too - the breakfast has not changed at all. They are still giving packed take away breakfast - I don't understand the reason. Covid is long gone in terms of restrictions so that cannot be the reason. It seems more like a cost cutting thing which sucks. All other hotels are giving warm breakfast in house / eating area. Basically my option for breakfast was 2 boiled eggs and a muffin - is this normal or am I over judging??? Then they ran out of milk ..... Other things were all in order though.

No cots available, asked for more pillows and they could only give us one. Dry pee all over the bathroom floor, the room floor was filthy! Pool - omg I couldn't get out of the hot tub fast enough and scrub down!

Not happy at all the room was not clean no towels 2 nights no room cleaning the breakfast was shocked ( plastic bag ) U can call it small snack . The lobby floor was wet all tge time. Stuff are mean exept one lady We tried to cancel second night before 24 hours they refuse inspite on expedia called them to cancel it they refuse We paid for $475 / 2 nigths for this ridiculous service. They mentioned 4 stars we found not even one star.

Sub standard hotel . I don’t recommend it. Eye started feeling burning sensations in pool I think because of excess use of chlorine . You have to ask for simple room amenities. Rooms were also suffocating.

I stayed 5 night there but really the breakfast is not enough and simples, no cleaning of the tlroom daily, no change of twols, pool is very small and not enough for more than 3 people. Workers doesn't smile. But location is good and the room is big .

Breakfast was pre packaged groceries. Pool was small but had a high and fast slide and splash fountains that were fun for kids (ages 6-13). Lots of chlorine though.

Room smell like old carpet Bathroom smell like pee The hairdryer has a hair on it The hairdryer electric cord has plenty of dust Bed sheets have stains on them I went to make a complaint at the front desk and show some pictures that I took and the supervisor (Elizabelle Couillard) told me that it was just DETAILS. Wow! They told me that they’ll bring up a machine to remove the humidity to the room while we were out. When we came back, it still smells like old carpet and pee. When I checked out, Laurie at the front desk offered me 15% off and explained that they are under staff and they sometime need to clean the room themselves even though they do not know the sanitary standards. Extremely unhappy about the stay!

Some elements of the hotel are good. Pool, breakfast etc. We had 3 families there. Two rooms on the bottom floor One on the fourth. We asked to be together, that didn't happen. The rooms on the bottom floor had a water leak in the bathroom, plaster falling down. Both rooms had ants. Not enough parking, especially if you have a snowmobile trailer.

Friendly staff and English speaking. Very clean and new looking. Makes you feel comfortable and safe, especially bright and security cameras everywhere. Indoor pool and breakfast included.

Room was clean, and what would be expected. Pool area was good but the floor was very slippery, especially hard with little ones as they always like to run instead of walking. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Location is bit far from city center. Breakfast ok. Friendly staff. Nice pool.

Good place to stay. I got a pool with a slide. They even let us put our motorcycles in the garage.

Great super 8 hotel. Just a few mins drive to an off leash dog park and other amenities.

It's really good stop on the way from Fredericton, NB, to Toronto. I liked the free breakfast a lot but get there early before the family and kids are awakened (attracted by the indoor pool)

Clogged and Unhygienic shower. They offered another room but in hindsight great that I declined because Manager/Directrice Générale mentioned they cleaned all rooms 2 weeks ago! (so most likely all are this bad and is a common issue). Had booking for 2 nights but checked out in few hours. There are plenty of great options in town that are not that a lot more in price so please checkout their pricing and quality is better. Spoke to manager for refund (Paid: $115.09+98.64+tax), her culture and quality matched the quality of their toilets.

We've got 3 queen beds for 5 people. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included. It was amazing.

Very clean, new hotel, good smells everywhere . White bed. Very nice hot tube. Parking is free. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you staff.

One of the best and well kept Super 8s we have stayed in. Good size rooms but lack seating. The pool is clean and well kept. The breakfast area is nice and has a good variety of fresh fruit.

The continental breakfast didn't have anything hot. The bars of soap were the size of chicletts. We laughed and laughed. Everything else was great. We will return.

This hotel is understaffed and it shows. My family did not have a single towel in our hotel room. Nothing to dry out hands with or use to bathe the children in the hot tub suite we booked. I notified the supervisor Elizabella at 4pm and again at 5:30. She said 8 would be the latest we would receive them because housekeeping was busy cleaning rooms and she didn't have any I called again at 8:00 pm and finally received towels from Lynn the manager with no apologies. There were bags of garbage in the hallway for hours which would partly explain the smells and stains. I am not a picky person but no one should have to beg for towels after driving 10 hours. Unacceptable.

Large clean room. Comfortable bed & hot shower with great water pressure. The only problem I had was room 411 the heater took for ever to warm the room. I had it at 29c after 7 hrs room was getting a little warm. Concrete floor did not help. I lived thru it .

It's a 3 stars. Expensive for what you get; there is no real breakfast. Muffins and granola bars. It's smells chlorine everywhere in the hotel It burns the eyes so you can't enjoy the pool as you'd like. Not enough towels during the day.

July 2021 service was ok. The rooms were ok. Though the AC machine was a bit noisy. The big lure here is the pool with the slide, lots of kids depending on the time. Honestly, ok with kids, but was also crowded with kids and could be a bit noisier. Kids running down the hall early in the morning.

Family of 5 with three young children. We came for the pool and waterslide and they were great! The rooms are ok, our pillows were missing pillow cases, the duvets were not inside the covers but just set one on top of the other. We asked for a playpen for our toddler and the bottom part was totally broken inside, so I had to use a towel to pad it. I might come again for the waterslide but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend.

Remodeled exterior, and lobby area, however rooms were not fresh horrible stale smell masked with some terribly scented product. Minimal updates to modernize rooms, not cleaned with detail. Would not recommend for a comfortable stay.

Simply put, giving this place a 2 star rating is being a bit generous. Its out dated once you get past the lobby. Rooms have a stale smell and they don't even replace your towels during the day. Unless your really tight for cash stay elsewhere. We will never do a Super 8 again.

Recommend for families with kids! The slide is awesome, pool isn't freezing, rooms are clean. It is 25 minutes from old quebec and 15 minutes from the aquarium. We really enjoyed our stay and will be glad to return. Only disappointment was the "included breakfast". It was choices of yogurt, muffins, granola bars, juice, coffee and fruit. We went out to eat (Eggquis) which was 2 minutes away! 👍
