The
hotel
is
beautiful
with
stylish
clean
rooms.
I’m
giving
it
2
stars
because
several
things
in
our
room
didn’t
work:
the
tv,
the
coffee
machine,
some
lights.
This
is
a
room
that’s
over
$500
per
night.
The
first
day
our
tv
didn’t
work
and
they
sent
two
technicians
that
reeked
of
cigarettes
to
try
to
fix
it.
When
the
tv
broke
again
I
refused
the
technicians
because
it
was
night
and
I
wasn’t
comfortable
to
sleep
in
cigarette
smell
nor
do
I
enjoy
random
men
in
my
room
at
night.
They
insisted
to
send
the
technician
and
after
he
couldn’t
fix
it,
they
upgraded
us
for
another
room
but
only
for
one
night
with
the
promise
to
fix
the
tv
the
next
day.
The
upgraded
room
was
nice
(their
$800/
night).
Only
the
toilet
kept
flushing
every
20
minutes
and
the
room
was
right
by
the
lobby
level
elevator
so
people
were
walking
there
loudly
and
I
couldn’t
get
any
normal
sleep
that
night.
We
moved
back
to
our
room
the
next
day
with
a
fixed
tv
and
an
apology
note
with
champagne
and
breakfast
coupons.
This
was
very
nice
and
all
would
have
been
forgiven
if
I
wouldn’t
have
woken
up
to
a
broken
coffee
machine
and
the
tv
not
working
again
this
morning.
All
in
all
this
was
not
a
5
star
experience.
I
also
don’t
understand
how
a
5
star
hotel
has
no
mini
bar?
No
snacks
available
for
purchase,
no
drinks
of
any
kind
in
the
room.
It’s
bare
bones
inside
the
rooms.
While
the
hotel
is
beautiful,
it’s
clearly
not
well
maintained
with
everything
breaking
and
no
one
really
thinks
about
what
a
5
star
experience
beyond
a
pretty
looking
room
really
means.
