great location, room was very good. check in and out was easy. Was disappointed in the management. Hydro Quebec was doing some repairs and we had a power outage for about 10 hours (approximately 7pm-5am). Nobody reached out to warn us and we came back to a dark apartment that was running out of hot water. I had to call the manager to figure out what was going on. Manager did not check in on us afterwards or provide any other services that night.They even called me to help let other tenants back into the apartment. I understand the power outage was not in their control but was disapponted how they handled things that night.

Excellent place to stay in Quebec City! The room was perfect for my wife and I. Located right in the heart of Old Quebec this was a great spot to walk to everything from. If you have a rental car there is a parking garage right across the street at only $17.50/day. The room is perfectly equipped to make a meal if you like.

This is a very clean and excellent place. It is now my third time visiting. The lofts are extremely comfortable and well-decorated. The cleaning team passes by often and they are always there in need of anything. The location is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It is meters from château Frontenac, restaurants, boutiques, St Jean Street, and many more! An overall 10. Very recommended. I also wanted to give a 10 plus to Julie!! Any questions we had, or any recommendations we needed, she always answered very quickly. I have often been to Quebec City and stayed at beautiful hotels but the loft is the way to go!! It’s been by far the only choice to consider!!

Lofts Ste-Anne was PERFECTLY located for our weekend stay in beautiful Old Quebec. Indoor parking was available just accross the street. Beautifuly decorated with modern furniture and decor. The apt had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended!

Loved our experience here! Large, bright, spacious room with kitchen and great large bathroom! Clean, modern, good service. More like an airBnB than a hotel but we were very happy we chose this place!!!! Much nicer than the "hotel" we stayed at afterwards. We would like to come again!!!!
