Awesome trails. Lots of ups and downs. Not the best place if it's your first time. Even intermediate(blue squares) trails have some hefty slopes. But if you are a regular or have done cross country a few times, you will love it.

My personal favourite in the Quebec city region: a small centre with tracks that are narrow & intimate, perfectly set out to provide rhythm and challenge, 2 heated refuges, wonderful volunteers and workers, beautiful little forested river valley & wonderful trails up in the hills. I highly recommend this centre to skiers who dislike the boring wide trails of the SEPAQ parks. The track-setting is quite interesting: the tracks are set deeper than usual, and a competent can rely on keeping skis in the tracks for every descent , even at a rapid pace, as all descents are cleverly planned to have minor turns or climbs to promote control . Take care to judiciously plan your routes to avoid merely going up the valley & then descending: add loops to give the needed variety of ups & downs. Descending Trail #7 at sunset makes for a memorable adrenalin rush

Neat little family-friendly skiing center. Inexpensive rentals for testing the sport with children.

Small little paradise near the city, fire place, nice dedicated people who do it for the love of the sport.

Wonderful place to enjoy nature without questing beyond the city! Beautiful and with people who are so friendly, good facilities to rent skis or snow shoes are available as is parking.

I was doing cross country skiing for the first time. It was an amazing experience. Equipment rentals are cheap. Trails are well managed and most importantly staff is very helpful. Within a km or so, we came across this small but very beautiful valley (video attached).

(Translated by Google) Trail 1 to 5 for beginners but the other trails 7 and 9 are really for experts and the descent can be dangerous as the tracks are not always deep enough and well done. The opening hours are poor as they close very early at 4:00 p.m. compared to 7:30 p.m. elsewhere. The view is really beautiful and good practice for climbing hills.
