    A spacious, clean, pleasant and beautiful medical center.     Well, pal, it sounds like you got yourself mixed up with some real no-goodniks over there. You know the type - the kind of characters who promise you the world but can't even be bothered to pick up the phone. It's a real shame, because good service is hard to come by these days. But let me tell you, if you're dealing with those jokers, you might as well be shouting into the void. You called, and you called, and what did you get? Nothing but dead air. You tried every number you could find, but it was all the same old story - no one on the other end, just endless ringing or some fancy-pants automated voice telling you to wait your turn. And when you finally thought you might be getting somewhere, what happened? Four days went by and still no one bothered to call you back. It's enough to make a guy lose his cool, ain't it? You put your faith in these guys, you give them your hard-earned dough, and what do they give you in return? Zilch, nada, nothing. That's no way to do business, if you ask me. So here's what I'd say: if you're smart, you'll steer clear of those clowns. They're not worth your time or your money, and they sure as shootin' don't deserve your business. Take it from me, pal, there's plenty of other fish in the sea - and some of them might even know how to pick up a dang phone.     Clean, bright, modern, efficient center- I had first in the day surgery, at no point did I feel like I am just sitting around wasting time- between all the people you need to talk to and sign off before surgery I don't think I ever sat around alone more than 5 minutes between people. Lunch after surgery definitely better than some other places. Once we were finished the nurse did our exit instruction within 10 minutes.

    A beautiful, ultra-modern facility. I had day surgery there and now go there for consultations with my surgeon. I would not hesitate to have another procedure there. The staff were all very professional and I felt I was very well cared for.

After surgery, patients stayed in the recovery room for hours even if they had already recovered only because there were no free beds in the department to move them to.     I would like to praise the Medica-Shemi Yael Medical Center, I was operated on today to remove implants from my chest and I must say that it is one of the best medical centers I have ever been to. Wow, really a hotel! Starting with the welcome from the lovely Nina (at the reception (hope I'm not mistaken in her name)) I thank the Creator of the world first of all for taking care of me during the surgery. The surgeon Dr. Jacob Bar Halenaf, which is my third time with him, a top doctor, recommended, amazing human and professional. The anesthesiologist-Oleg, a professional who gave a sense of calm. Like a naughty father! 2 lovely nurses in the operating room who calmed and hugged me when I was nervous - and crying from the excitement Yelena and Alin are amazing!!!!! I felt in really good and caring hands My soul felt it deeply!!! The anesthesiologist who woke me up with the blessing of "Bukartov" made me smile happily and reassured me that everything was over!
