I
had
the
online
consultation
in
zoom
with
Dr.
Cohen.
However,
I
did
not
finally
get
any
medical
report
from
him.
My
case
required
to
consider
additional
medical
documents
after
consultation,
then
I
provided
them,
but
Dr.
Cohen
wrote
that
he
does
not
have
time
for
doing
this.
I
was
waiting
about
one
month;
Finally
he
agreed
to
refund
me.
The
organization
of
refund
process
in
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
is
terrible,
which
I
am
describing
below.
I
am
unsatisfied
with
quality
of
service
of
Tel
Aviv
Doctor.
When
I
asked
administrator
to
make
the
refund,
the
administrator
has
written
me
in
email,
that
I
have
to
send
number
of
my
bank
card
and
it's
expiration
date
in
email
message.
Then,
as
administrator
wrote,
I
would
get
the
refund.
I
want
to
note
here
for
everyone,
that
number
and
expiration
date
of
a
bank
card
is
strictly
confidential
information.
Anyone
can
check
easily
in
internet
or
any
bank,
that
bank
card
number
itself
is
enough
to
illegally
withdraw
money
from
bank
card.
I
asked
advisor
in
my
bank
and
she
confirmed
that
I
should
not
send
bank
card
number
to
anyone.
It
is
very
weird
itself
that
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
asks
me
for
this
confidential
information.
Moreover,
even
if
a
client
trusts
a
confidential
information
to
Tel
Aviv
Doctor,
there
is
always
a
risk
that
card
number,
sent
by
email,
will
be
copied
by
frauders.
It
is
quite
real
possibility.
And
in
this
case
the
client
has
a
real
high
risk
to
lose
all
money
from
bank
card!
At
this
moment
I
proposed
them
to
do
usual
bank
transfer
on
my
bank
account,
but
they
refused
to
do
it
without
explanations.
After
I
refused
to
send
my
actual
card
number,
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
has
sent
me
a
receipt
by
post,
but
I
did
not
manage
to
get
refund
by
it
because
of
problem
with
my
bank.
After
that
I
decided
to
issue
new
bank
card
and
to
send
to
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
it's
information.
In
this
case
I
would
not
risk
to
lose
any
money
from
card.
I
have
issued
new
bank
card
and
sent
it's
number
and
expiration
date
to
Tel
Aviv
Doctor.
But
at
this
moment
they
told
me
that
they
won't
do
me
refund
on
this
bank
card!
They
said
that
this
card
is
different
from
the
card
that
I
used
to
pay,
and
refund
can
be
done
only
on
the
same
card
which
I
paid
with!
Before
that
they
did
not
tell
anything
about
this
limitation!
After
that,
they
finally
agreed
to
send
my
refund
on
my
bank
account,
as
I
originally
proposed.
One
month
before
they
told
me
that
it's
impossible
for
them
to
make
a
bank
transfer,
but
at
this
moment
they
said
it's
possible.
Finally
I
have
got
my
refund
by
bank
transfer.
Now
they
are
asking
me
to
sign
some
paper,
which
says
something
about
this
refund
and
that
I
have
no
complaints
on
Tel
Aviv
Doctor.
I
don't
understand
completely
the
sense
and
meaning
of
this
paper,
and
it
is
weird
that
after
such
complicated
refund
process
I
still
need
to
sign
something.
To
conclude,
I
applied
in
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
with
my
medical
condition,
but,
after
about
one
month
of
waiting,
I
did
not
get
any
help
because
doctor
Cohen
was
busy
with
other
patients.
Refund
process
also
took
one
month.
It
was
very
stressful
and
hard-to-get.
The
requirements
of
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
to
send
strictly
confidential
information
by
email
are
weird;
the
initial
refuse
to
do
bank
transfer
is
weird
too.
I
needed
to
write
to
them
more
than
40
emails,
and
to
call
to
them
several
times
(international
calls
to
Israel
were
costly
for
me,
I
have
paid
about
30
euros
for
the
international
calls).
Services
of
Tel
Aviv
Doctor
are
not
client-oriented,
I
am
unsatisfied
with
quality
of
their
work.
