* Update March 2021 - the wifi is terrible. You will need your own wifi unless it's about 7 a.m., and even then, it's not always guaranteed to work. The staff are very polite and helpful. The wifi is ok sometimes, and other times it doesn't work. * The issue with hot water has now been resolved. The water in the shower is not hot. I was told that the maintenance manager (who is in Khobar!) said that 'there isn't a problem'. I get two showers a day, and I can assure everyone that the water is not hot. It's cold some days. The WiFi needs improving. In the evenings, the signal is not good. Update January 2022 - If anything, the WiFi is getting worse. This problem needs to be addressed. Sometimes, it's impossible to join the WiFi, and it just stops working!

Stayed last and this year as well. Very cooperative stuff. Super clean room. Nice parking & reception. We enjoyed a lot as family. Gr8 service.
