This
would
be
a
great
review
because
the
food
was
awesome
but
I
was
overcharged.
And
I
reached
out
to
fix
the
situation
and
was
ignored.
It
was
my
first
time
ordering.
They
had
the
40
piece
wings
for
$38.
I
asked
if
I
could
split
the
wings
into
two
different
flavors
and
was
told
yes.
Before
handing
my
card
over
I
asked
if
it
was
the
$38
for
40
wings
she
said
yes.
She
gave
me
a
paper
to
sign
with
no
amount
on
it.
I
left
and
when
I
got
home
I
realized
upon
checking
my
bank
account
they
charged
me
$52
instead
of
$38.
I
reached
out
immediately
but
they
were
closing
and
was
told
someone
would
reach
out
in
the
morning.
No
one
reached
out
until
I
reached
out
again.
They
said
I
was
charged
for
2
20
piece
wings
instead
of
the
40
piece.
A
whole
$14
more
because
I
wanted
a
different
flavor.
If
I
would
have
been
told
it
was
going
to
cost
$14
more
I
would
have
stuck
with
one
flavor.
I
feel
like
communication
is
lacking
and
they
should
have
it
posted
on
the
menu
only
1
flavor
for
the
wings
that
way
there
is
no
misunderstanding
and
people
won’t
be
over
charged
again.
I
wish
someone
would
have
tried
to
fix
the
Situation
once
I
asked
if
I
could
be
refunded
the
difference
since
I
was
overcharged
they
never
responded
again.
So
it’s
very
upsetting
because
the
food
was
great.
