All in all, I think I've learned my lesson. While they may have been the first to open in Israel or Ramat Gan, or however the legend goes, they're no longer the undisputed champion...

Yes, since 1961, this is the home of the original sabich meal. My cousins who live in the area said we must eat there. Absolutely delicious - perfect sabich! Small place, 2 tables on the sidewalk if you don't take it away. Can't wait to eat there again.

Wonderful Food Shop in Ramat Gan. Very Good Service. Clean and Good place. Good staff. the wonderful Sabich in Tel Aviv. Samosa is also available here. It is very cheap and very accessible to everyone. I encourage everyone to try this shop and food atleast once.Absolutely wonderful street food ??? if I am lucky enough to have a return visit to Sabich shop the excellent will definitely be my first choice hotel. The foods were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the shop is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The food we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop to visitors to Ramat Gan I love the shop and atmosphere. Located just near the fort in ramat gan(negba street),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay. The environment and atmosphere of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). Considered the original "sabich", the founder's nickname was the namesake of the dish. The deep fried eggplants are crisp but not too oily, pitas are fresh as well as other ingredients. Expect a few minutes wait at peak hours.

What a fantastic place to have a pita with boiled egg, hummus, chips, parsley, amba (mango spicy), onions chopped and eggplant. All in one pita! My sons and I’ve been going their for the last 35 yrs, starting with the father. More than 5 stars!!’

Don’t let old branding fool you, this place is the BY FAR the best Sabich in Israel! With high quality ingredients, the eggplant is so good and oily, the service is fast and professional and the hidden gem of the spot is the Sambusak that unlike 99% of sambusaks in israel this one is legit traditional Iraqi Sambusak with hummus filling. Just rare!!
