TL;DR: The cashier was insanely rude. The order didn't come out and when we went to the cashier to check on it she was ignored us and then told us to go to the end of the line. We've been waiting for 30 minutes at this point and she acted as she did us a favor asking us to go to the end of the line. The food was nice I must say.

Great place! Good, fresh food. GREAT staff! Good prices. Highly recommended. (Oh yes, free WiFi too…)

The local Armoa. I think it's a little better than the typical Aroma brach. There is planty of seating.

Excellent food but poor service. Ordered a pastry that was never delivered and after going back up they didn't even start to get it ready until we had to leave.

Fair service for breakfast; but just like every other place, bad service for lunch or even dinner. Coffee is quite good and I like some of their pastries. Expect good breakfast service but bad lunch or dinner service!

Aroma delivers nice salds and sandwiches, but this branch of Aroma stands out for its friendly and efficient service. If you are a local you will be quickly recognized by name and your preferences will be known, this is the beauty of Aroma Ranat Hasharon, it has become a part of the community, and most of its visitors are repeated customers. For me it is the best option for quiet work time or meeting. A good option in Ramat Hasharon and definately stands out among other Aroma franchises.

Cashier and manager were very rude, additionally they did not allow a substitution that I have done for years in different Aroma locations.
