Excellent speciality coffee cafe. Ilan Shenhav is the founder of Ilan's coffee shop chain & one of the leading authorities on speciality coffee. Visit his branch in Ramat HaSharon for excellent friendly personal service. Ilan & his professional staff are on hand to offer advice on coffee brewing techniques and selection of coffee beans. Make sure you buy some freshly roasted coffee beans before you leave. Each coffee comes with a well written information sheet describing the coffee farm , variety, preparation, aroma & flavours.

Their coffee and bakery are very well and even tasty. No salads available only here. The place itself is tiny, seats are very uncomfortably, a background music is annoying, an air conditioning is very poor. A waitress demands for tip, bit this is very common in Israel.

Nice coffee place in Ramat Hasharon. A lot of sandwiches to choose from, including their herring sandwich specialty. Coffee was nice, service was friendly.

This is BY FAR the best place for coffee in Ramat HaSharon. You can easily tell this place is run by true coffee lovers and real professionals at it. The many varieties of coffee beans and coffee drinks to choose from, the design, the atmosphere and Ilan’s (and his crew!!!) authentic care and patience for customers experience makes this place a true Jem and a MUST stop for coffee lovers and for people who seek quality and atmosphere, even if you’re not from the area. Love this place. Truly recommended!

The coffee was good and the service amazing. (But the pastry has a lot of space for improvement)

This place is everything a great coffee place should be and more. We never miss a chance to visit Hotam when we are in Israel. The coffee is second to none withgreatselection includingsomehardto findflavors, service is always great, atmosphere is like no other (especially when they do live music) and the food is very tasty 😋. What else can I say, do yourself a favor and run to this place.

Nice place and high level espresso. Home torrefied coffee. We waited 20min for two espressos, a bit too long...

Over expensive coffee. No justification for 5$ for medium size coffee. Don’t go. Thank you Ilan for your kind response. It’s not taken under-grunted that you spend time to answer. Nevertheless, mind that : Aroma coffee bar sells big cappuccino for 14 NIS. Arcaffé sells big cappuccino for 16 NIS Landver coffe, in your same street sells big cappuccino for 15 NIS Cafelix Tel Aviv sells big cappuccino for 15 NIS. I assume they all buy coffee to run the business, they all have employees, electricity and water bills, municipal taxes - etc. They still charge in lower fare than you. You would tell that that’s because they are a coffee big brand, but mind that I mentioned some places with only one branch. You can sell good coffee for better price. It’s a matter of will. Not ability.

Great place to sit on a coffee with something on the side. The owner knows a lot about coffee and picks the right coffee for you. The sweet is also wonderful. The prices are moderate and reasonable.

Great coffee, they have a coffee printing machine, which adds a nice touch to your coffee :) My parents are buying coffee beans there, they are one of the best in the area and decently priced

Never knew this place existed. Found it while trying to find parking near another coffee shop. Was very impressed by the coffee, menu, and service. I really enjoyed my time, altough I was there for about 3 hours, never was felt pressured to order or "please go away vibe". I highly recommend this place, was my first time but I would definitely come back.
