Loved it! Very clean, great service. We had to wait a long time in line to enter but I guess this is because the place is new. Took a little longer then I expected to get the food, but again, this is a new place and I am sure they will work it out. There was a lady at the door monitoring the amount of people entering so it will not be too crowded. The food is just like abroad. Prices are veryyy low compared to other fast food places in Israel. In conclusion, I was surprised, and had a great experience. Keep in mind that this is still fast food.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing time to find the self order machines not working so we qued up waiting to place an order at the till, after 20 minutes waiting inline we was told there is nothing left. Its not the first time this has happened. On other occasions fresh and old food was mixed together, the service is terribly slow and moody Absolute let down amateurs, not worth the hype

Extremely expensive. The wings were delicious, chicken on a bone really wasn't it.. the taste was disgusting 😩 bites and strips were pretty good as well. Even tho I ordered spicy strips and it wasn't.

The time is 20:07 and you guys are closed. If you're not there till 21:00, don't advertise it's open until 21:00.

As KFC finally came to Israel I was very eagerly waiting to visit and have the zinger burger because I love KFC. But the KFC here is not as great as it is in other countries which is sad! I wish they would’ve maintained the taste..

Just overall not at all as good as expected

The food is tipical KFC, The place is dirty and it not nice to sit down.

I've been to one or two KFC places in my life... I'll even seek them out when I'm abroad. We came in on a Saturday, which I'm guessing is their busiest day, but that's no excuse for the long wait, the cold food, unpleasant service, and worst of all - how dirty everything was! Every surface was sticky, no staff member bothered cleaning anything, and requests for a wet wipe were met with a blank stare. The chicken Was excellent, fries were cold and average, and the coleslaw completely inedible.

We had three different meals, our son had a Chicken breast with hashbrown wrap and fries with a Cola Zero, my wife had a Chicken burger with a hashbrown and fries, I had Chicken strips and fries. We all agreed that our meals were really very tasty in deed. We will most certainly be heading back again soon for our KFC fix.
