Totally DISAPPOINTED by the practices of the MedLife Clinic Rm. Vâlcea!!! Following a medical consultation and taking medical tests, I received a Medical Test Bulletin "made from a pen" by a MedLife Sama Medical Test Laboratory in Bălcești, Vâlcea. I called this Laboratory in Bălcești and the lady at the Reception, told me that that type of analysis is not done at the Bălcești Laboratory, but at MedLife Craiova. On my Analysis Report, it is the header of the MedLife Sama Analysis Laboratory in Bălcești, Vâlcea. So, a document "made from a pen" by someone from the MedLife Clinic, who uses the letterhead of the MedLife Analysis Laboratory Sama Bălcești, Vâlcea, ABUSELY. The cost of "medical tests" paid at the Reception of the MedLife Clinic Rm. Vâlcea, including the consultation of the specialist, in the amount of 580 lei. The results of the "medical tests", very good, no health problems, although I went to the doctor, having health problems that required specialized treatment. No one goes to the doctor, if they are perfectly healthy, and "throw away the money" because they are too much!!! This is the Medical System from Ramnicu Vâlcea, this is how some private medical clinics work in Ramnicu Vâlcea! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MedLife from Rm. Vâlcea!!! Choose very carefully, the clinic where you want to have a proper medical record and medical tests done correctly!!!

Aceasta recenzie este pentru dr.Istrate Emil care este o rusine de medic,nicu nu esti băgat în seamă sa poti spune ce simptome ai ce te doare ca vine replica ,,ce ai tu o poti duce 100 ani,, 5 min pentru 165 lei.Acesti monștrii scării care odată au fost medici ar trebui sa dispară.

Quite crowded. Many are scheduled for analysis and consultation settled by CNSAS. If you go to collect blood tests, wait for an hour until someone takes you to pay. Then you wait quite a long time for harvesting... I couldn't wait anymore... Next time I will try to make an appointment.

The experience in this clinic was with the cardiology and ENT offices. Appointments were not kept. Knowledge was introduced prior to scheduled appointments. Absolutely nothing is solved, everything is directed to other parts with the requirement of return. Only one thing can be solved well, the collection of money, and only there you get kindness. I do not recommend.

Am mers in multe locuri dar cum m am simțit când am plecat de la doctorul Stanica Mihai nu am mai avut niciodată aceasta frumoasa și plăcută experiența ! Un doctor de vis! Mi a explicat atât de super și a avut multă răbdare cu mine ! Cel mai bun doctor ! Caracterul frumos spune tot ! Și deși era f târziu seara 7:30 după f mulți pacienți care au fost înaintea mea nu ma așteptam sa fie atât de plăcut ! Când se termina programul mulți numai au chef și vror sa scape rpd de tine ! Acest doctor te face sa te simți bine din felul lui de a fi ca om! Îl recomand cu tot dragul ! Sănătate multă tuturor ! Fetele la Receptie f ok și ele ! Nu am apucat prea mult sa interacționez dar a fost totul f ok !

Rușine ! Sa percepi 75 RON pentru a emite o rețeta după o consultație oftalmologica cu trimitere de la medicul de familie. Tot ca sa iei ceva de la pacient .

I understand that the medical services, especially in a small provincial town, leave much to be desired, but I was called to arrive 15 minutes early for an ENT appointment, I arrived 5 minutes early, I went to the 1st floor as I we were guided by the reception and for 35 minutes no one paid any attention to us. I did not come with a referral ticket, so the consultation would have been paid for in full. It is well known that at the state all patients are treated as a joke and they stand in queues for hours, but from a private clinic you expect a minimum of respect.

I do not recommend this clinic. I made an appointment for a minor surgical intervention, an ingrown toenail, I asked on the phone to be told the amount I need to have, the lady on the phone tells me today that I need 200 Ron and tomorrow on the day of the appointment, after the intervention at reception they ask me 400 Ron. It's a joke on our money !!!

No appointment is respected, simply a joke! The ladies at the reception should be taught how to talk to patients more nicely!

Total dezamăgită, programările făcute nu sunt respectate de către medici.

Merg de foarte multă vreme la MedLife pentru diferite probleme: analize, consultații, tratament... Întotdeauna am fost mulțumită și de promptitudine și de calitatea serviciilor medicale oferite.

Personal deosebit în special Domnul Doctor Istrate Emil la Dânsul am avut programare și am intrat exact la ora specificată ce să mai spun profesioniști din toate punctele de vedere

Appointments are not respected - they cancel or offer to move the appointment later with the excuse that it cannot be honored by the doctor in question. It happened 3 times with the child's appointment and once with the wife's using the same excuse, so I think it is a common practice.
