The person who answered was rude, he doesn't seem to have a clue about the concept of customer service. Her response to the fact that it was possible to be late was "I'm telling you not to be late" repeated obsessively and in a raspy tone, without any explanation. Fortunately, there was another person at the reception when I arrived, kind and calm, otherwise I probably wouldn't have continued the investigations and changed the clinic. I was told that the results would be ready in 3 days.

For a CT, the price is 200 (!!!) lei more than another place a little further north... Plus the appointments - urgent and settled by CAS - are at least 3-4 months away...

Total lack of interest and respect, I called for a long time and without any answer, and when I was answered, the lady/miss was very rude and in a hurry, she spoke slurred and you could see that she didn't wake up very well. (probably also -the job was wrong) I gave up on the MRI appointment and went elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
