One of the nicest hotels I have seen. Very kind staff. Good breakfast. I will come back again.

Cosy hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. I appreciated the restaurant and separate bar. They also have an Irish/Italian pub across the street that adds diversity to the menu. Would have been 5+ if the door to the smoking area (right next to the restaurant) would be kept closed and not left open for the smoke to come in the main room.

Haven't been to the restaurant in 8 years. Love the decor Meniu is offering a wide variety and the wine list is impressive Only reason not to give 5 stars is the attitude of the waiters We were waiting for 23 minutes on one unclean table with the bill from the last consumer on the table I was needed to make the waiter aware of our presence there and the request to clean our table even she pass our table 3 times Take another 20 minutes until they bring our menus Food was excellent as i was remember and experience before

It is a hotel restaurant. Prices are pretty steep for the area, but the food is excellent and in large portions. Serving is fast, waiters are nice and accomodating. They have a good beverage list, nothing too fancy. I recommend this place for a business meeting, be it lunch or dinner.

For just one night it was relaxing and the beds were really comfortable, the room was large and so was the bathroom, plus there is a minibar with different items, not free. The decorations and theme looks good and the restaurant at the ground floor was very busy, the people enjoyed the traditional cuisine. Very good hotel!

Very nice hotel with gorgeous art restaurant. Rooms and bathroom little bit smaller for my taste but given the price it is quite good. Tidy and clean. Definitely would recommend

Great location and food! The prices are moderate, the food is mostly from the italian cuisine, with some romanian traditional dishes.

Nice rooms, good restaurant, unfortunetly no parking but You can find place on the street very close to the hotel

I am in Romania 2-3 times in year, always staying in Castel. Very nice place. Excelent food and nice cosy rooms.

Very cool venue, as a location and interior design. You feel like in a museum, with nice works of art on the walls and a fancy vibe throughout the hotel. Spacious, clean rooms.

The hotel looks great, rooms are big and clean. Really enjoyed the room and good price. The problem was that i booked without breakfast and at destination the person from reception convinced me to get breakfast and that the price is 25 ron per person and i accepted. The breakfast was good but at checkout the price for breakfast was 38 ron. They justified by the fact that i didnt buy breakfast with the room but they already knew that when i checked in and still gave me misleading price. I dislike the lack of transparency in information.

Best pizza in town!!! Great ambience and the restaurant is very nicely done. Also plays live music sometimes. There are separate smoking and non smoking areas. Totally recommend it
