Probably the hotel is nice, but this little corner in the mall is average. It looks traditional and they have a small nice menu. Not so expensive.. even if I've had way more and tastier food elsewhere for the same money (Try Casa Veche). I was a little shocked when we received such small portions. Actually, we did not receive them, we had to go ask for our food and bring it ourselves, which is fine, I understand. I just hope you guys will be more careful regarding the people you employ. The girl who served us had no experience in customer service, and no memory as well. I can understand she might have had a bad day or maybe she is not paid enough... but still.... She forgot about our drinks and as we asked for them she did not trust us, she had to check the table. Ok. She had about 3 customers, it's not so hard to remember about a couple of drinks. She prefered to spend her time outside talking to her friends. I work in customer service and since I am able to remember 20 orders at a time I would appreciate others to remember at least 3 at a time.. Anyway. Just be more careful about your employees. The place is nice and the menu is good. Food is okay as well, could be tastier but I don't ask for more from a Shopping City.
