Usually i get my hair cut from this parlour, not too bad but the workers need to know how to acknowledge the regular customers , management should concentrate on customer services, at the end of the day we are paying for the services.

they have a good environment with some good hand of services. their customer service is nice. hav different options of treatment for different skin types. I regularly take their hair pack service specially the dandruff one. they prefer cash payment rather than card. if you pay by card you have to give additional 2%. on different occasions they offer discounts too.

In the beginning they were very exclusive with their services but now it's just bad. The behavior of the people is really bad. They make you wait long for just a simple service. They so not maintain hygienes. They do not provide aftercare for any service. For example after an eyebrow threading they won't apply any ice or lotion or massage. Totally dissatisfied with them.

Service was okay. When it comes to cutting hair, they’re not as skilled as I expected. Massage wise, they were very good, they did a good facial job. One thing that I didn’t like was they asked for tips up front. I normally give tips everywhere I go but once the person asks directly before I even give it, it throws me off. But other than that, service is ok, but there is room for improvement
