Beautiful place for recreation. You can take a stroll around and see the animal exhibits. There's a mushroom selling store inside. You can have light snacks/refreshment. The place is well managed with enough seating arrangement. But the entry fee for general people is 20 taka; whereas it's only 5 taka for army people!

This is a very wonderful place to spend time with family and friends on weekends/weekdays. Visited there many time.

Small zoo but you can spend a quality time. Different kind of animals are available. A mini park is designed beside it. Couple are spending their time in evening. I have question with its entry fee. 20 tk is little bit more. 10 tk is feasible for the general people. You are welcome to visit it.

Savar mini zoo located near public administration teaching center beside Dhaka Aricha highway and 1.5 km north from savar bus stand. It's a amazing, beautiful place to enjoy with friends and family.there are four unique picnic spots around mini zoo.differen kind of animal you can see. There is opportunity for riding boat. here.Bear,Dear.pythone.moyna.austricj.monkey and others animals.

This zoo is not well organized. Not Appropriate Weather condition for animals. But Have some free space for spending time with joy.

Simple place to visit for a sort period.

This zoo was inaugurated by Lt Gen Md Mustafizur Rahman on 27 February 1999. This was my first visited zoo in childhood. Its name is Aronyaloy. Mini Zoo place between Nabinagar and Savar bus stand named C&B bus stop, Dhaka-Aricha highway. The zoo is located at Savar Military Farm. There are very few animals here. These include deer, monkeys, bears, pythons, peacocks and many other species of birds. The zoo has a mushroom shop with food shop. There is also a boat trip here. The zoo is not so beautiful to look at but its natural surroundings are breathtaking. It is open from 8am until 5pm.

Mini Zoo besides BPATC, Savar, Dhaka a popular recreation centre within this area. It’s managed and operated by Bangladesh Army.

Nice place to enjoy nature and see some caged wild animals. This area is right beside Savar C&B turn and opposite of BPATC. You'll have to take a nice walk to arrive at the ticket counter, buy tickets and enter the park. Few sitting areas and picnic spots to enjoy nature and just chill for an afternoon. Can be crowded in that time though. There areparking spots, toilets and a prayer mosque. The area gives you a taste of Varendra Type land like in Gazipur. This is also part of it. You'll see cascading grasslands and shal forests (out of reach for public though). Cool Place, went a few times when used to study in JU.

Its a nice mini zoo. There is a nice lake and the view is too good... sadly i have a video of it can't post here because of no video adding options... I saw there are monkey's 🐒, snake 🐍 , horses 🐎 , Deer's 🦌 , Bear 🧸, Rabbit 🐇, And there was some bird i can't remember of!😅 I got to see some vietnamese cow... Overall its a nice place for kids..you can visit it with your family...you can ride a boat on the lake there... Ticket price is only 20Tk. Strongly recommend to visit This mini zoo savar.

It was our second time visits but first for little baby.

Nice open area inside Savar Cantonment Area. Sal forest, lake, mini zoo and very suitable for kids playing.

Mini Zoo place between nabinagar and savar bus stand. dhaka aricha highway, Savar, Dhaka Bangladesh. Selecting a place is very important for a picnic spot. A place outside Dhaka with good communications has to be selected before obtaining necessary papers and start the business. The place should be decorated with trees, sculptures and different toys. To entertain visitors alongside different arrangement there could be a pond and boat. There has to be different type of animals in mini zoos. Above all the security of the visitors has to be ensured. To add more visitors some advertisements have to be given in local television and radio channels.

Like this place for short refreshment with kids. They have few animals, Lots of tree. Love there natural environment. But I have noticed lots people make this place like a dating place. They destroy the environment for kids. Authority need to take action against this kind of people.

Mini Zoo is a wonderful initiative in Savar, which is a great entertainment place for kids at low cost.

Overall management of the zoo is not good & crowd handling is too poor. Also no transport facility to reach the zoo from main road

The environment is very good especially its natural beauty. And as it is in the middle of the jungle, its beauty is enhanced. I really enjoyed its natural and organized environment.

Pretty lay down place. Need lots of development. You can find few animals, monkey, horse, bear, lots of deers, horses, snake and even goats, sheep's, chicken..

A place with beautiful scenario. There are green all around. Bt recreational things are too much short there. Authority should take many steps to make the place more joyful and enjoyable.

It's small area but nice place

Savar residents come here because there is no other place to go except Dhaka Zoo. Apart from few animals there is nothing to see here. As well as the high cost of food. If you buy a ticket of 20 taka and you can't see 20 animals in a good way, then there is no point in coming here with your family with small children.

Small place but you will feel peace.
