I won't EVER buy supermarket trash after this! This was absolutely fantastic authentic FRESH pizza like you might get from a street seller in Rome, or on a New York "sidewalk". I'll be going back as soon as possible for more. It's an experience! 🍕

I had Sarves Slice come to my party for my 21st birthday and they were amazing! Super organised and so lovely to communicate with. They made me a special using my name and favourite ingredients and everyone at the party was raving about how good the pizza was. They got me a bottle of olive oil for a birthday present which was absolutely lovely :) would reccomended to anyone ! Thank you!!

As Italian I have to say that I’m quite demanding about food and especially about pizza but my expectations were not disappointed. The pizza was absolutely delicious that I soon regretted to have shared it with my friend. The skill of Sarv that I understood is a chef and the excellent quality of ingredients that come from Italy are the secret for the best italian pizza in London!

Hands down one of, if not the best pizza I have ever had, with cheese and sauce that simply melts in your mouth Impecable service, pizza took 5 minutes to make and the staff were very friendly when I thought my pizza was ready earlier than it was 😅 10/10, the No.1 place to come in Reading for a place to eat

The best pizzaiolo in town. Fantastic dough, the Detroit style pizzas are made from a delicious focaccia style bread which works wonders with the prefect sauce, perfect seasoning. Great flavours too. Being restricted to halal meat I only go for the margarita but it’s faultless. Well, actually I could poke a few faults and it’s more for the owner/chef. I love the garlic bread too, once, only once did it have a really burnt taste, could be from the bottom of the oven but I couldn’t say. The top was the beautiful black bubbles but I’ve had it like that several times just one time it tasted burnt. My second complaint is it’s Tuesday and I can’t have pizza 😭. Only kidding, enjoy your days off and good luck in getting the operation up and running 7 days a week.

Whenever I taste a pizza here I automatically have flash backs off my experience in Italy. The quality and authenticity of the pizza is unrivalled. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Fantastic food and service! If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend this place to all foodies.

Best pizza I’ve had in years. Pizza I can usually take or leave but this was incredible. The base was so light and tasty. Such friendly service. My only issue is how to resist going back every week.

If there's anywhere that doesn't need another 5* review, it's Sarvs. The pizza absolutely speaks for itself. Sarv is the perfect example of someone who cares 100% about the food and experience he gives his customers. As a former pizza chef myself, you won't find a better pizzeria for MILES around (maybe until you reach Naples) if you haven't visited yet, you're missing out big time.

What a great team to work with! Booked and catered for a private event and from start to finish were responsive, organised and extremly flexible. We read great reviews about this place and were going to attend the Amit Kumar concert at The Hexagon in Reading - so we decided to pop in to Sarve's Slice, at The Old Biscuit Factory. There were thirteen of us in our group, so we ordered nine various pizzas and four garlic bread, not knowing if had enough time to finish eating before the actual concert. We needed have worried as the quick service was absolutely superb, bringing us our order in stages, every few minutes. About the quality of the food : i have never experienced such a tasty pizza, cooked to perfection - so thin and delicate that it almost melted in the mouth - infused with such succulent flavour. Thank you so much for a great experience, we'll definitely come again if we visit Reading - our first time, yesterday.

I really didn't enjoy the Margherita at the festival. Don't mind a 30min wait as I'm not inconsiderate to busy atmospheres but the pizza was largely tasteless and moreso due to the reduced toppings applied. A pizza should not taste of primarily the base tomato but a mix of all ingredients.

The food and service is amazing. As a vegan, having someone who understands and can recommend the best options for you is perfect. Since they’re in Reading Biscuit Factory, I was able to take my food into the cinema, too.

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. The dough is amazing and you can tell they take pride in their work. Service is fast too. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Amazing Pizza. Seriously tasty Neapolitan style pizza. I'm more of a meaty pizza fan but their sauce is so good I'd happily order a Margherita or Marinara pizza.
