I stayed here for two nights and have had nothing but bad experiences. The first night I stayed, someone had entered my room even after I turned the latch to lock it. As a 24 year old female by herself this is terrifying. I had to jam the door knob with a chair to stop it from turning so I could feel safe to shower and sleep. I didn’t get much sleep because that same night a middle eastern man who I believe was the after hours caretaker for this hotel was loudly talking/yelling/laughing on the phone from 2am to 4:30am keeping me and others around me awake. At one point someone from a different room yelled at him to shutup. He was quiet for 5 minutes before going back to being loud and inconsiderate. My second night I came back to the hotel after hours and suddenly my key card didn’t work even though it worked the night before. After being on hold for 10 minutes outside by myself at 11:30 at night that caretaker finally let me in. He proceeded to be loud once again in the early hours of the morning. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Customer service was terrible. they couldn't even pick up the phone when I wanted to let them know I was going to arrive late. I don't think the room is big enough for 3, it's dorm style and super small with very thin walls you can literally hear everything. The A/c is so loud, the people in the other rooms were noisy throughout the night with no care in the world, kept on knocking on doors and laughing, couldn't have a good night sleep. The bathrooms didn't have any soaps - only a tiny bar that couldn't even lather! no bath mat so you couldn't really dry your feet on the way out of the shower. However, beds were comfortable but sheets weren't so clean. Honestly needed a place to rest for a few hours but WOULDNT RECOMMEND . maybe just go elsewhere cause it's too noisy and expensive with no value for money. anyways, just disappointed.

For a one nighter it was all right. Don't expect it to be clean, as it is not. Extremely noisy through the night as it is located on a main road. TV and A/C have no Remote. No Lift! When you have to carry two bags, that is no good at all if you have to stay at second, third Floor or even further up.

First room i was given, walked in and the bed wasn't made and there was hungry jacks rubbish on the floor, went down to tell reception and they were shocked telling me no one had been in that room. Got moved rooms, 2nd room was okay, then some young woman decided to talk in the corridor of the 2nd level from about 11pm onwards with no care in the world. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If you want a bed that is inside a room with a door that locks then this is the place. If you want anything more than that I would recommend going somewhere else. The most 2 star hotel I have ever experienced. I want to know why there was a bunk bed randomly on top of my bed

Arrived as a stopover in Perth on way to Brisbane. No lift in the hotel. We had a group of 16 and the only rooms were double beds booked for 2 people per room. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7am but the dining area was all locked up. The rooms are like prison cells and the window blind would shut Terrible hotel. Would give it zero stars if I could

Poor value for $! All night noise, people on phone in hall, talking, alarms from 3am heard it all. People next door might as well be in with me. Shower was like an after thought, stick it in with the toilet! Seats in common area had that many filthy stains, I coundnt even sit there. The only thing going for Ibis Airport was the staff, very friendly. Other family stayed over the road for cheaper and far nicer!

The other reviews were spot on about room size, cleanliness, clean bedding, etc. Just want to add, glad the hotel is there and close to the airport. Had a flight canceled and needed a place to stay overnight. The cost of the room was under what the airline would reimburse us. Just need needed a place to sleep that was clean and felt safe. Sounds do carry a bit down the hall if you are close to reception. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Budget Perth Airport. Nice clean room, plenty of space for a short stay. Was great to have drains in bathroom as the Ibis Budget Brisbane Airport didn't. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of eateries close by. Will be staying here again.

They have to be the noisiest rooms around. The A/C units are the old primitive box units. There was a continuous drip from the box unit above also. Most unpleasant stay I have ever had! and I travel a lot. The location is great, but for the money you're paying, you'd expect a lot more care. So .many better hotels with quieter A/C's in their rooms for the same money. Will never stay here again unless they change their air con systems to split systems. Move with the times as your prices have!!!!

Cant believe Accor would attach their name to this property. Work put me here this is some of the lowest accommodation I have experienced. There is no way this is a business friendly hotel it's more like a halfway house. No redeeming qualities at all. Putrid. Don't recommend.

Rooms clean and adequate, but noise from the hallway a bit much. It's expected that an airport hotel has lots of coming and goings but it was like the doors were paper!

Apart from the rooms being tiny I was very happy. Clean and tiny and the staff were very healthy. There is a great burger joint across the road.

Prison cell but less hygienic I didn’t even dare to get under blanket. Not very close to airport and very noisy air conditioning. Couldn’t sleep much.

Good budget hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. Nothing fancy just clean, smooth & efficent. I do wonder why they don't make these places most attractive, though. Paint is the same price, whatever the colour.

No PowerPoint worked in the room for first 40min then cleaners cleaning other rooms tripped power again the next day... Very very basic room, not even complimentary soap or shampoo...totally not worth the $185 they charged...

Budget room, very clean but smallish. No view. Pretty good for a one night stopover. Staff were good. Bit noisy. Take away near by. Breakfast ceral, coffee, toast was okay.

Had to push back my booking by a night but couldn’t get through to reception so ended up booking and paying for a second night. Upon arriving at reception, I spoke to the guy at the counter and he helped me out with a refund for the first night. Also helped me with all my gear up to the room. Awesome service!

  • 2/5 Belinda C. 6 months ago on Google
The rooms are very basic which it to be expected. Wifi didn't work, doors bang constantly throughout the night and the mini bar fridge buzzed. If you're on a budget and need to be close to the airport this one is for you - just pack your earplugs!!!

  • 1/5 Garry C. 5 months ago on Google
Very small room. Ensuite was a combined wet area so showering left the whole room and toilet drenched. Water ran out onto the carpet in the bedroom. Fridge was unplugged so the provided milk for coffee was off. Not much better than a backpackers. Spend an extra few dollars and stay down the road.

The young lady at reception went above and beyond for me. I was so grateful to have a nice quiet room to rest for the weekend since Virgin cancelled 3 flights on me. I'm finally in Port Hedland 😊

When we arrived I thought the room had been decommissioned and they forgot to put the sign on the door. We had to use a coat hanger hooked onto our suitcase to hold down the blind as it was broken. The carpet outside the shower was lifting, mouldy and very unhygienic. No bathmat, no soap, no hair drier etc. I could go on!! The plus was clean sheets! Budget yes, close to airport yes, however that does not give licence to not maintain and provide a clean, hygiene space to sleep. I am surprised ACCOR affiliates themselves with such a poor standard. I recently stayed for a work trip at the Suites on Royal Street in East Perth- clean, affordable, a short taxi trip to airport. Beware the photos of the Ibis Budget Perth Airport Hotel do not accurately show what you get. Note to self - never again!

The room we had was very small. It had beds for a family of three (double + single). There was very limited space to place luggages. The windows blind was broken. The aircond was so noisy that we decided to leave it on until we went to bed and turned it off so it wouldn't wake us up at night. The room was only to stay for the night before an early flight the next morning so we couldn't be bothered to ask for another room. The staff also wasn't particularly attentive during the check-in process. I get this is a bargain basement budget hotel but things could be better. The room rate wasn't as cheap as you think. Nearby motels are cheaper. They do have a huge carpark.

People fighting in the hall all nigjt so had no sleep. Very small room, when you shower the toilet gets drenched because no curtain and the bathroom is so small. And the receptionist was too busy talking on his phone to help me with a question then just fobbed me off. waste of money.

I would like to thank & strongly recommend Jack at The Ibis Budget Perth Airport. Over many years of staying at many hotels of varying standards (including 5 star +), Jack helped me above & beyond any other manager has ever done. I thank him & highly recommend him.

It's a budget hotel close to the airport. $120 a night for 2 adults close to everything, beds are always clean and tidy, basic amenities, the front staff are always helpful and happy. What more do you want for that money..

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation 👍

Staff are friendly, helpful and clean. The room my daughter and son inlaw were in was very cleany and bathroom too. They had queensize bed and bunk bed up top. Tea and coffee facilities. There was also a kitchen where they also had some of their meals like heating food and having coffee. The kitchen wasnt open for servicing dont know why. But my family loved there week and half stay. They were also able to have there flight tickets printed out there and dropped at their room. I only hope they made their flight today. However id stay there next time for time out. Thankyou Jack..for your hospitaloty oh and there were convenient stores, servos and fas t food outlets within walking distance and near the domestic perth airport.

The idea of this place is budget but it does it well. Room was clean and the bed comfy! All you really need. Mitch checked me in and it’s refreshing to have someone that enjoys their job and cares about the patrons! He did mention it’s because the manager looks after the staff well, and clearly it starts at the top. Nicely done team! Give Mitch a raise, or at least a carton!! My only half a problem is the shower feels more like a water cutting machine. It hurts but is also kinda nice.

Location good for a late flight into Perth (1 night only). Bed comfortable, bathroom old and tiny and shower leaks water under the door to the room. Breakfast was just toast, Cereal and coffee as much as you wanted. Staff were really nice, place was clean but the place and rooms need a renovation and tidy up.

Okay for cheap overnight stay. Nice hot shower and comfy bed, but you have to go outside to change your mind it's so small. Floors needed better cleaning.

I’ve stayed a couple of times. Close to the airport. A good stay for overnight. Clean bed and sheets, bathroom clean. Very basic for just an overnight stay. Could do with some renovations but for the price and very basic amenities it’s a good stop over. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Three stars. It is a budget hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were very pleasant. I feel like it was a former hostel or backpackers. Room was ok for late night arrival and early departure. No lift and noise from outside is easily heard.

If you are looking for the little shampoos and shower caps to take home and place into the bottom draw of the bathroom never to be seen again, this isn't for you. However, if you are after a comfortable bed, comfortable pillows and a hot shower, than you would enjoy a nights stay.

Ibis Budget Perth is great place to stay Always friendly. close to airport. A good Accor experience. . it's a shame all Accor Ibis are not like this. My last stay at Ibis Styles. Perth. wow . the way the Indian manager treated me. Not allowed to write what I'm thinking of him Cheers Ibis Budget

Definitely budget but is advertised as such. Very close to the airport so handy, esp late flights. Spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee. No hairdryer, toiletries, facecloths or iron. Manager bought a hairdryer on request. No elevator , if you can’t manage stairs be sure and book ground floor. Staff friendly and obliging. For transiting it’s a clean, tidy, comfortable overnight. I’d use again if passing through.

Good location. Clean. Comfy bed. Hot powerful shower. Pleasant staff. It's all we needed after a tiring flight arriving late at night. It's all in the term "budget". That said, two nights would be one too many.

  • 3/5 Sue L. 1 year ago on Google
Close to the airport, so was good for a late night check in. Rooms are small, but bed was comfy and shower was hot. Need to supply a bath mat though. Wet floor is dangerous. Had to put a bath towel down so we could walk out of the shower.

  • 5/5 Cullen H. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely brilliant. I'm in and out of a lot of hotels and this experience was perfect. Great check in / out, really nice room. Late checkout and delightful housekeeping when - as always - they weren't told of the late checkout agreement. I'd give six stars if I could.

  • 3/5 Linda W. 1 year ago on Google
Small room for 3. It wasn't as nice as its photos but wasn't terrible. It was a stay over between flights so it served it's purpose well and good access to the airport. The staff changed our rooms so we didn't have to lug our many bags up the stairs (no lift access) which they did without us asking (had our elderly Mum with us) which I was grateful for. Handy having the desks to use at reception to work on my computer, gave me space away from the room to focus. Wifi was available but I didn't use it so not sure of it's quality.
