1. Near to Airport- Yes, few minutes drive 2. Location & Accommodation - Good & Clean 3. Food- Food is good if get something, only few varieties are available. Sometimes they provide food in packages also like it is order from online food service. 4. Food Services- Fixed hours of services, hours can change without your knowledge, Dont expect to get hot lunch aur hot coffee. Hotel prefer to give to packaged coffee or drinks. 5. Staff- Over all behaviour is Okayish. Few are good, few are always in hurry, even don't listen what others have to say. 6. Internet- Yes, very slow internet is available. You can use for browsing YouTube and Google but it will be very difficult to open other site like amazon prime, gaia.com & its very difficult to download a document of 200kb. Overall review: This is a basic good hotel which can provide you food and a roof. Other POV: Poor Services might be due to poor management, Post Covid Global inflation, limited staff and the reason only the god knows. Improvements needed: Owner should review over all services and do what is need to be done.

Room is fine, big and spacious, but the room I had missed a bed side table on both sides so it feels a basic room that I paid $155. Also, I stayed in June, it was cold and there weren't enough blankets to keep warm when sleeping. I really did appreciate their complimentary water, cookie and chips. It wasn't there last time so thank you. And I always stay here because of the courtesy bus, it's better than the one at Ingot hotel, their customer service was lousy hence why I rather stay here

If you have to get an early flight out of Perth airport this place is a really good option. Really friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help. We had a flight out at 6:00am and the shuttle service was very efficient even if I was not at 4:00am in the morning. Restaurant served very nice pub bistro style meals.

Highly recommend! Great value (can't be beaten) friendly & helpful staff available 24/7, great food, clean premises, plenty parking spaces, airport shuttle saves $20 (average) on cab fare, management went above and beyond for our needs.. will definitely be staying there if accomodation is needed (& available) next time visiting Perth.. we were lucky to get a room when we needed one

Wow. $299 per night for a dump of a room. Heavily stained thread bare carpet, 1/2 inch of dust on the skirting boards, paint peeling off the wall in the kitchen area, dirty walls everywhere else, black marks on the bed sheets where it looks like someone has slept with thier boots on and the tv has access to about a third of the free to air channels. I’ve stayed in better places in remote far north WA. Never again !

I stayed earlier this month just for a night but really loved the room. Spacious n comfy. Loved the welcome note with the bottle of wine 🍷 and snacks. Appreciated the late check-out. Will be back ❤️

My wife and I stayed at the Maracoonda for a quick weekend getaway to the big smoke. We booked around 4pm of the day of our stay and managed to get the deluxe king room. The hotel is mainly for travellers needing a night to stay that is close to the airport. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport to the hotel which adds a sweetener to most travellers. The deluxe king room was massive! The shower was great and the premises was relatively quiet for the fact people are coming and going at all hours. I was awoken around 3:30am by the wheeling of a suitcase but fell back swell pretty quickly. The Marracoonda is a great place to stay and I can certainly recommend it.

Very pleasant, comfortable, reasonably priced rooms. They were able to squeeze us in last minute when our flight got cancelled and they organised for their airport shuttle bus to drop us off for our rescheduled flight at 3:30am the next day

Stayed there back in April 2023. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which is great with the price charged. Meals are also a decent ones. Staff also were helpful. Until I realised 3 weeks ago, my money was debited from my account to the hotel without my concern. I tried to rectify the issue from emails and calls, but no proper evidence could be given up to this point and the manager has not attempted to response to my emails nor give me a call back. It was $30 taken from my account due to an inquiry i made, but i never confirmed to be proceeded. Imagine I stayed there for 6-7 nights, the money stolen could be more than $200. One of the male receptionists I talked to on 18/10/2023 said he wanted to help but ended up gaslighting me for this matter.

Perhaps a little more care in the presentation of the room as it is very uninviting when walking in. The kitchen area is very primitive and looks unclean as did the coffee satchels which had hair stuck to one of them. An update in the bathroom is badly needed. Were promised a wine in the room, received water.... Overall an okay experience, but definitely over-priced for what we received. Pick-up from the airport was quick, friendly and hassle free. Reasonably priced hotel close to airport with free shuttle bus service. Courteous and helpful staff. Restaurant on site. Train station (Redcliffe) 10 minute walk and cruisy 20 minute ride into Perth. Would stay here again.

Location great, reception when called regarding shuttle bus couldn’t wait to get off the phone quick enough and couldn’t give me a definite time on pick up, they don’t seem to have a clue where shuttle is or how long etc. Waited an hour first experience and shuttle driver just said “well you could have got a taxi” instead of an apology etc baring in mind i booked this for location, and the fact it had a shuttle service it would defeat the purpose of staying their if got a taxi! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I gave it a second chance and probs will be last time 👎🏻

Rather dated rooms and decor but spotlessly clean which can not be said about some of the places I have stayed with higher stars. Bed comfortable and water pressures very good. Prompt pick up service. Nice gifts in room.

A well run place with friendly staff. Restaurant has a good menu. Plenty of mostly ground level rooms. Shuttle service to and from airport. Very quiet, considering it is close to most services.

I LOVE this place. FRIENDLY staff. NICE rooms. When we had a problem and needed to enter our room earlier than 2pm, they were very accommading to our situation. We appreciated it immensely.

Rooms are very basic but they were large and clean and beds were very comfortable. We arrived off a long haul flight at 1am so just needed somewhere close to the airport to get some sleep.which didn't cost the earth. Breakfast next day was excellent.

This place tries but it attracts a lower class of people. The pool was filthy, I didn't trust the cleanliness of the rooms and was concerned that there were no safes available to lock up belongings for when the staff enter to "clean". The cleaning staff does not make the beds which seems pointless to me. If you are going to offer a cleaning service you can at least MAKE the bed. The prices did not match the quality of the rooms or services provided. Heaps of sketchy and gross people around. I won't be back. The Asian woman at reception was very friendly though.

picked up from airport, free shuttle, restaurant on site, and we had dinner, good choices on menu and then breakfast was included, not a buffet but proper cooked breakfasts. Free bottle of wine, 2 water, crisps and cookie, so apart from the musty smell in the room it was a great place. We opened the door, had aircon on and it freshened up quite fast. needs new carpet perhaps. Shuttle back to airport so we could pick up hire car.

The rooms are huge, the showers and baths in some rooms are large as well. In an excellent spot close to everything you need. This place used to have an all you can eat continental breakfast now it has a restaurant that is pricey but good.

A great place to stay when flying into or out of Perth airport. Staff super friendly. I have to mention Gerard who picked us up from T3 in the transfer bus. A super friendly guy

It's great it has a 24/7 reception and shuttle bus service. The noise level was ridiculous. The guests have no consideration for others and decide to stop at the front of your room to have their conversation or go outside to have their smoke at night and have a full blown conversation without consideration of other guests. The rooms looked more presentable on the website, but when I got there,the kitchen tap was broken. The drain in the bathroom smelt really bad everytime I opened the tap. You could hear when guests in the other rooms opened their taps.The bed wasn't comfortable. It had a motel feel to it. I personally won't ever stay here again.

Stayed for the night as it was late and didnt want to get the car to drive out. Rooms are quite clean. Nothing much to complain. Limited food options so if you are coming in after restaurant closes, recommend to grab a bite outside first. Free shuttle to airport was one main consideration when choosing this place.

I have been staying in this hotel from the last 3 Nights and 4 days and I am liking each and every moment of it so far, rooms are spacious and neat, the food is just amazing and it is a huge thing for me to say because being a pure vegetarian and an Indian who doesn't even eat an egg I was not expecting to get such good food here in Australia. The menu is totally sorted so you can order without any confusion and staff here is amazing, helpful and super polite. They are literally ready to help you out anytime. I can go on and on about this place but yes I guess this much is enough to let you all know about the service provided here which I was not expecting at all. But cheers and thanks guys.🍻

I stayed at this hotel for a night during a stop over on my way to Tasmania. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The transfer service between the airport and the hotel was a very helpful relief.

Restaurant food was not bad for my family. Quite like the services rendered. Basic room amenities. Overall 4 stars for me!!

Although the property isn't brand new in appearance, the room was more modern, wonderfully presented and exceptionally clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, despite the very late time of night. Full breakfast was delicious & great value for money, all served by fabulous staff. Highly recommend this 5 stars

Nice clean room could do with an update comfortable bed. Nice and close to the airport with shuttle buses taking you to the airport and back to the motel. Friendly staff, and a restaurant on site, with decent food, but a little bit expensive, also has a bar.

After reading the reviews I booked through Qantas but unfortunately I would say the reviews are fake or ancient. The room we were offered on arrival was dirty, off putting odour, dirty hand prints on bed cover, couldn't open anything for ventilation, cupboard door hanging off hinges. Without hesitation we called reception to advise unacceptable due to above, I will say they quickly offered another room which I would say should have been the lowest offered, it was clean and comfortable but next to an exit with a very loud closing door. Unfortunately for this venue I would not recommend or stay again

Great rooms, clean and friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Adjoining restaurant is good quality and value Australian food. Highly recommended especially for short stay with ready airport access.

Lovely little airport hotel. Staff have always been kind and accommodating. Regularly stay here on quick turnaround flights through Perth! Also, the wine is complementary 😉

Room was not clean. Itchy skin when lying on the bed. Aircon couldn’t be turn off or change temperature. It runs at maximum speed for the whole night with lots of noise. Mattress was tough and bouncy. Couldn’t relax on that. Walking from reception to the room took 10 mins. What was good: staff was friendly. Restaurant was alright. Airport shuttle service was good. Extra star for the nice staff.

Sparse, cold, large, very basic room near the highway noise. Had to get out of bed to turn off the light. Hotel website indicated availability and price, booked by phone and was charged $13 and change more, including cc surcharge. There is a lesson there. The rooms are at the cheapest end of the market in the area. Definitely short term gain mentality at work. The reception person would not explain the difference, although polite. It is very close to the airport, 15 minute brisk walk. There is a shuttle, which I refused. If I had been charged the online rate this review would have read differently, the convenience and price were the determining factors in the first place. I was there for eight hours.

Staff very friendly. Great free shuttle service to and from airport. Fantastic breakfast menu and coffee!!!! Rooms very large but quite dated. Also long way from reception/restaurant to some rooms with luggage (if you don’t have a car). Many large tiled stepping stones between driveways and door of accommodation…impossible to navigate with 20+kg luggage on wheels- caught in cracks and stuck in sand. Needs proper pathways you can wheel luggage over. But would stay here again between flights

Great motel for a stopover from in International flight. Comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. Good, basic restaurant with a decent selection of dishes. Coffee, a cookie and a half bottle of Shiraz in the room as well as mineral water. Comfortable, free, shuttle service to and from Perth Airport, a 5-minute drive.

It was the nearest hotel to Perth airport, that's why we chose it. We just started one night. The pick up from the airport was seemless and quick. The rooms are not new but it was spotless so well done the cleaning team. Our room was the furthest point from the reception and the driver very kindly took us across ( it would have been a long walk with our cases ). But our electronic let would not open the door so the driver had to bring us a replacement ( bless her ). Lovely breakfast ( included in the price ) the next morning and once again we had a very friendly helpful driver to take us back to the airport. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend using this hotel if you are passing through Perth.

A great location to spend the night before a very early flight out of Perth. Reception were present and well organised - not common in budget hotels. Food in restaurant was varied and well cooked and the shuttle bus arrived on time.

The shuttle bus and the location are the best things about the hotel. In the last 6 months, they leave you 2 water bottles, a small bottle of red, chips, and a cookie in your room. It would be good if you could choose like other hotels between a beer or wine. But it is a good extra than before. After my long flight I'm always keen to get a nice meal and although I'm usually disappointed. Tonight, I got the beef schnitzel. The salad was drowned in strong dressing, and the schnitzel had the microwave taste and extremely tough, which made me not want anymore after trying it. The chips were the best things of the meal. With the number of people coming through all the time, especially with the mining boom, again, I expect it to perform better.

Very good location for the Airport, the rooms are basic but functional and serve the purpose for just one night ( some of the furniture is past it's best ) The restaurant is more like a canteen but the food is decent & the service is fairly good. The free shuttle bus they provide is a big bonus. Their swimming pool is big enough for maybe 6 people ( if they don't actually swim ) There's also a DFO store 12 minutes walk away if you have a few hours to spare while you're waiting for your departure 👍

Having 18 hours between 2 flights, we decided to book a room at Sanno Marracoonda. Why here? Great location, a few minutes away from both domestic and international airports; good communication and informations provided as soon as you book; free shuttle bus that works 24/7; spacious units (see pics) , basic but clean and tidy, with welcoming nibbles and wine, plus all hygiene products provided. Privacy granted from private access to your unit. There is also a restaurant which might result a bit pricey, but in our case, portions were really good so it worthed it. Recommended
