Worst customer service I've experienced. I was offered a free program with a trainer and I wanted to book for 7pm (that was last Wednesday). The receptionist told me there's no possibility to book for this hour. However he told me I can book for 6pm on Sunday (today) and call on the same day and ask to delay it. That's what I did this morning and I've been told my request will be transfered and I'll be called back. No answer, I called a second time at lunch and I've been told the same. And guess what? The director called me at 6 sharp and ask why I am not there. He says he has never been told anything about my request and "there's no such thing as calling for delaying on the same day". I didn't like the way he talked to me, as if I'm in idiot. So rude and unprofessional! I'm about to unsuscribe.

Great place for working out. Not expensive. I love the zumba sessions.

Big gym with big variety of equipments. Good staff. One bad thing, there are not shelfs in showers.

Great gym, fair price for what you get, but some days the gym may be loaded with people in the evenings, some important Machines that a lot of people are using are missing or they have only one machine for the whole gym. The winter is coming, and the temperature started to get cold, and for this reason, the gym works have turned off the air-conditioning, and the last time I worked out I felt that I lacked air to breathe.

Great gim room. You can find there Life Feet products. The design is urban design. There are spaces for many kinds of practice... Only 100 ils per month.... Recommend

Great space to be working out in Equipment is NOT well maintained and the management don't seem too care about it too much... Some very basic equipment is meesing (got lost / worn-out and not being replaced. The manager there should be much more service oriened During week's mornings (untill afternoons) the gym is not crowded wich is really nice.

Was visiting Rehovot for just 1 week and found this gym. The staff was very friendly, the price was great, and the gym was perfect. Thanks, I'll be back.

Nice, well equipped gym, very affordable price. The downside - crowded most of the time.

Cheap, has weights, has machines, usually not a long wait for squat racks and that's all a person really needs. Great value.
