Showed up on opening day, it’s was such a great atmosphere. Of course the food was as expected (delicious) with the same great menu and options. We just found our regular Thai restaurant/takeout spot. Love it!

I know times are tough but this is ridiculous. $18 for a pad Thai that doesn’t even fill the bowl. Not coming back.

The restaurant is so beautiful and cozy, more space compared to other Thai Express restaurants. We came around 10 pm to order Tom Yum Soup, Tom Yum Fried Rice, Spring Roll, and soft drinks. The food was delicious and fresh. They prepared everything in front of you. Staff members were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed the visit! The staff also mentioned that they will be extending their operating hours soon. Right now they are open until 11 pm. They are located at 10520 Yonge St. Richmond Hill. Also lots of parking space and lots of traditional Thai dishes.

I love Thai Express, it’s always been my go to place for something quick and yummy, so I was pretty excited when this location opened up. I’ve been to this location just under 10 times since they have opened up and time after time I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they are new. I always get the pad Thai, it was either too dry, too much sauce, undercooked noodles and most recently, it was so burnt that the burnt smell slaps you in the face when you open the takeout container. So my question is, how does one not notice how burnt it was, the smell was so strong, yet you proceed to serve it to your customer?! I have picked out some burnt pieces for the imagination… imagine cigarette tips and month old ashes. Very much willing to drive to a further location from now on.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Tasty and fast. Remember this is a "fast food" chain so do not expect Thai food like you would get from a little family run authentic Thai. That being said I will go back as it is lighter and healthier fare than other fast food choices.

I had a wonderful experience at this Thai Express! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the rice and shrimp curry. Great job!!! 🥰

At first my wife and I were skeptical by how good the food was from this specific location. We just ordered it again and it was even better. I've eaten at many of these and this specific location is amazing. They better do what they can to keep that chef 👩‍🍳 .

I always come to this Thai Express spot – it's my go-to! They never let me down. Super quick service, and the place is always so clean. Love it!

The owner and staff are always very friendly and professional. Hard working and makes the food quickly! Always delicious food, can’t go wrong with any menu item. The eating area is spacious and has a great vibe. Love coming here!

Tom yum fried rice isn't the same other thai express at Hillcrest mall more better taste, cooking well. The friendly cashier aren't, asked me she want more extra the tips 🙄 They are not service to bring to table, I have to get up and pick up my order. The table is too sticky,terrible that they are NOT CLEANING. I saw the man use wet cloth and bowl on counter near the garbage area.. it really disgusting . No longer to give tips because they charge the plastic bowl, sauces, etc. Never again to back there at Richmond Hill .
