I had an amazing experience at Jump City! This fantastic indoor playground offers a diverse range of activities, from brand new arcade games to the jungle gym, mini town, and inflatable bouncy castles, making it an ideal spot for kids. The healthy restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering a great selection. The well-trained and experienced staff added to the positive atmosphere. It's a perfect playground for kids, especially during the long winters in Canada. Highly recommended for a fun and wholesome family outing!

The staff is great, but the criticism is towards the facility itself. -would be disappointed if this is the final outcome, especially if you compare it to the Scarborough location. NEGATIVES -Main complaint, outside of arcade machines and jungles gyms, it's all hardwood floors , which will hurt your feet. Even the laser tag area is NOT padded! -no trampoline area and foam pit , and although a staff member said a trampoline area is coming (right now they're using air structures such as air castles and slides), I can't imagine it being bigger than the Scarborough location based on how the Richmond Hill location set up is -the obstacle course isn't as good as the Scarborough one and it's missing that VR game (the one tucked away in the corner of the Scarborough location) -food, overall, is outrageously expensive , but i guess that's expected of any venue where you're "trapped" in PROS -pass lasts all day, but fyi no in and out -includes laser tag, but the area is quite small and, as mentioned, floors are not padded -big seating area -private party rooms are bigger -spacious toddler play areas (two, one being a part of the jungle gym which is sectioned off from the primary one) BUT the toddler areas need more toys ...there's nothing in the rooms except for maybe the fire station -jungle gym is bigger than the Scarborough location and high (good for adults )

Wanted to leave this place as soon as we got there. But we paid, so we stayed. Not clean, especially the ball pit. Its in this huge empty space with concrete like floors so it feels very empty. Its very money oriented, most things you have to pay extra for. Toddler area was SO strange and empty. All these empty play rooms with 0 toys or accessories. Maybe a few old food toys and paper cards. The blow up castle did not seem well taken care of. Most of the staff just stand around. Manager was extremely rude, her name is Dena. Found a vape in the jumpy castle. So dangerous. Brought it to her attention, she downplayed it and said "you think we left it there on purpose for you to find" rather than taking responsibility. I wanted a refund. Made me wait 20 minutes to say I couldn't have one because then we were over our "one hour" took my number for the owner to call but never called me. Very demeaning manager, just overall terrible place.

Incredible place with exceptional customer service and a highly professional and kind staff. It's perfect for both younger adults and even little ones, including babies, who will find plenty to enjoy. You'll definitely want to plan a return visit!

🎉Jump city, great place to take kids. Place was very clean, staff very friendly and tons of things from similar laser quest games, rock climbing and gymnastics rings. Most importly my kid has tons of fun. Would definitely come back and recommend all friends and family to check it out. 👍 Even though they don't allow food or water to be brought in, it was okay cause the area for waiting was quite large and the food was good.

Mandatory sock purchase, that is not good. Too many arcades attract kid's attention. Cannot upgrade to pass after first visit, poor policy. No accessories in play town.

👍👍 Love the vibe of the bar! The Mozzarella, fresh pasta, and pizza were all amazing! They offer 50% off bottled wine on Wednesday, and 15% on your first bill if you are a new customer (requires registering on the app). The only downside is that there was not enough room on the sofa.
