We ordered food last night and within an hour of eating my stomach started hurting. Turns out I got food poisoning. Puked every 30 mins the whole night. Please handle your food and cleanliness better. I will never order food from here again.

Used to be pretty good, but it has changed a bit. Firstly, prices have nearly doubled. No exaggeration. A combo for 1 used to go for around $9-10 when they opened. I have now tried to place an order on Uber eats only to be met with a 16.99 price for a combo for 1. Nearly $20 after tax for a combo for 1 person from a restaurant. The combo comes with vegetable fried rice (extra if you want chicken or beef), 1 choice of meat and a small spring roll. So if you wanted Chicken fried rice with your combo, you’d be paying just about $20 or slightly more. I want to support local restaurants post-pandemic but I don’t think I will buy food from here any longer

After 20 years plus In Richmond Hill and being Loyal to General Thai and I will add supported local take ottoman during Covid I am super disappointed after tonight’s transaction !!!! Firstly cash discount is now 5% instead of the past 10% Meat comes in smaller containers then the reg meals first I have seen and sneaky on their part . Smaller containers is deceiving as you think it a reg size filled up So wrong !!!!!!!!!!!! Then no fortune cookies said they were on back order Not sure if there changed owners but they have list a customer over stretching their dollar Good luck as your little customers are smarter than you think !!!! I will go to Amazing Thai in future

Today I ordered some foods from this restaurant again, 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The foods are delicious with reasonable price, quick service too. My favourite dishes are beef fried rice and sweet sour chicken balls.

Food was dry (fork bent when trying to eat it), almost tasteless, very salty. However, the person at counter was very pleasant. Quite disappointed with the dish, maybe I'll try another dish next time.

Love this place, great spices they use, they even alter your dishes upon request. Hard working family own business, always a pleasure dealing with the owner. Highly recommended this restaurant.

This place is underrated. It’s a little restaurant hiding in a random plaza. Portions are crazy packed so you would expect tasteless food but every bite is delicious! I love the shrimp Pad Thai and curry chicken. But you really can’t go wrong with anything

Disgusting food. Ordered beef and ginger dish, beef was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. You only taste soy sauce but no real taste. Terrible customer service from the lady. Very rude attitude. If I could give no stars I would. Other dishes I ordered was tasteless as well. Waste of money. I would strongly not recommend this place.

Amazing place always order chicken pad Thai ,today who ever cooked my food god bless him best cook ever , I think he only works few days a week now I know when to order on Tuesday ❤️

The food here was delicious. I especially enjoyed the house special fried rice and beef in black bean sauce. Generous portions of meat, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection.👌

We always order in. Never disappointed. Food is consistently excellent. Never had a bad dish. Portions are quite large. We are 3 people and there’s always leftovers. We order pad thai, vegetable fried rice, general tso chicken, eggplant in garlic sauce, and spring rolls. Can’t say enough great things about this place. My family loves it.

This place had by far the tastiest chinese and thai fastfood I have had in a very long time! The food here is made with love! I got a few items, house special fried rice, shrimp pad thai, general Tao chicken and beef with black beans sauce with noodles, each one was mouth watering and every bite truly enjoyable! I highly recommend this place for a truly quality experience with the food. And the customer service was fantastic!

the pad thai was too dry and spicy. very little beef. didn’t taste authentic. the chow mein was hard/dry, had wayy too much sauce on top of veggies. overall 3/10. i was so excited to try the pad thai and got disappointed when i received it looking a day old.

Very disappointed with the new owners. Used to be my go to Chinese food spot. However my most recent order was not right the pork was all fat the chicken balls were soggy and the lemon chicken was..... Aweful. Never again.

This place has the best tasting Chinese food. They make everything fresh to order and to your requests. Always treating the customers properly and with respect. Love it.

This place is what I would recommend to my family and friends. The food is top tier. Best Chinese food place out in Richmond Hill or even the gta. This is the exact reason why you should never judge a book by its cover.

Ordered last Saturday, food had a good flavour, however the chow mein was very slimy, I imagine because of the mushrooms being cooked incorrectly, I couldn't eat it. Also ordered the chicken and broccoli, the serving size seemed okay until I was plating it and realized just how unbalanced the portions were, way too much broccoli. Please correct that.

Went hear based off the reviews. Went to pick up food with my kids to see the chef taking off his shirt mid-cooking. Not a big deal but do it away from the kitchen my dude. I like my stir fry noodles minus chest hair. Just sayin

Today I ordered Sesame Chicken which is my daughter's favorite dish from this take-out place. However unfortunately the quality of this dish has fallen. For the second time I found the lack of chicken meat , just mostly batter ... I don't know if it depends on who the chef is for the day? I remember one time on a Saturday the same dish was satisfying with more chicken but twice over some months ago when I ordered it on a weekday I get the same disappointing lack of chicken in this dish. Just a lot of fried batter pieces ! I really don't think I will order this again. I do like their other dishes like Cantonese chow mein or Singapore noodles. Their prices have gone up too, which I understand but please give more chicken , less batter, for the Sesame Chicken.

Convenient pick up place. Owner is my son's classmates parents (according to my son) Food is tasty, of course it's American Chinese food, but you can feel they tried to maintain a certain of original flavor. I like the eggplant in the beef. Food portion is good, not that crazy as others' said but one dish is good enough for 2 person. Price is very reasonable, we will for sure order from here in the future.

Had the Pad Thai - it was right up there with the best I've had. Will definitely go back.

My husband often gets their Shrimp Tom Yum soup for a take home lunch. He loves it. He orders it from the car and it's always ready upon arrival.

Small Chinese restaurant. There are a couple of tiny tables inside, but I think they work on predominantly take out and delivery. We really enjoyed the food, but we would prefer if they changed their containers from styrofoam to paper.

Super quick. Inexpensive. Delicious. Really nice place for a lunch or quick bite.

Super Uber experience. Food ready on time and delicious. Plus not salty and greasy.
