Honestly one of the better hotel restaurants I've been in. So much so that I've taken several previous dates here up until my wife :) COVID has been tough for the restauerant so their patio is actually a nice solution for it. The fish and chips is a bit dry but the fried calamari is absolutely divine. I also really like their butter chicken - one of the better ones I've had in a non-Indian restaurant. Nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere!

Came across this restaurant and decided to try take out for family dinner. Beautiful spacious seating area. Friendly restaurant staff. Easy to order on Uber or Skip the Dishes for pickup or delivery. Good variety of dishes on the menu. Order was ready in 30 min. Clear signage showing patrons where to pick up your order. We ordered: Jumbo Ravioli Pasta $19 Italian sausage and broccolini filled ravioli, with sundried tomato pesto, Kalamata olives, roasted garlic, and parmesan cheese. Comes with large 8 pieces of Ravioli. Good ingredients but too salty with too many olives for my taste. Fish & Chips $21 Large 9 oz battered haddock with French fries, tartar sauce, and lemon wedges. Large piece of fish but the batter on the fish is hard and dry. The fries are good. Chicken Kaarage $14 Japanese inspired fried chicken with togarashi mayo dip. Average. The Mayo dip is tasty. Classic Caesar $14 Crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, smoked bacon, herb croutons and house-made dressing. Good but the lettuce was warm. Because this was a takeout order it was packed with the warm food which is probably why the lettuce was warm and wilted. House Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich $18 48 hours smoked and slow cooked beef brisket tossed in barbecue sauce, topped with apple cider slaw served with choice of French fries, onion rings or side salad. Really good burger. Overall, happy to try this restaurant to support local businesses but some dishes were better than others. Perhaps dining in the restaurant would be better for certain dishes. The ambiance of the seating area may also make the dining experience more enjoyable.

A cozy and warm dining experience at the Crave Restaurant. Located in the lobby level of the Sheraton Hotel, this place has a calming atmosphere and the decor is quite amazing. The service at the restaurant is top-notch, the menu options are amazing with offerings ranging from a Brisket Sandwich to a Sirloin steak.. With plenty of burgers, salads and a Buddha bowl. Crave also offers a Chickpea-Cauliflower Coconut Curry along with several other vegetarian and vegan options to satisfy a wide range of palates.

Christmas lunch was excellent. Good variety of selection, from seafood to meat. All you can eat lobster was decent, but was slightly overcooked. Dining hall needed more waiters, but considering today was Christmas you can't expect much. Christmas decorations around the dining hall provided a nice photo shoot with family. Ninety minute time limit per table, so come starving to eat your fill as fast as possible.

Amazing experience. Great value for valentine's special. The salmon was definitely the star of the show. Lobster tasted delicious with the bisque sauce. Seacuterie instead of charcuterie was genius. Loved the smoked salmon and shrimp. Definitely would come again for regular meals. Staff was very friendly as well.

We had dinner at Crave while staying at the hotel for the weekend. Our server Santiago was amazing! We have not had this kind of quality service since before the pandemic. He was so kind and just an amazing person and server. We would visit anytime at this hotel and come back to this restaurant to see Santiago! The food was wonderful and the service outstanding. Thank you Santiago!

Great hotel restaurant conveniently located. Ordered the Braised Beef Ravioli for Dinner and was very impressed. The reduction was extremely well done and the dish overall was just pretty darn good. I recommend

The Toast was cold and dry when presented. The salad came with it looked tired and not so appetizing. The pancakes were cold and chewy and a bit dry. The service was great!

Went here for the breakfast buffet and was absolutely happy with the service and food. The buffet had everything from cereal, oatmeal, fruits, bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes and much more. The servers were very attentive and accommodating as well especially since we came close to the end of the buffet time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised! The BBQ plates are tasty and the portion was good. Ribs were fall off the bone, saucy and smokey. Chicken was a tad too salty but was still good. BBQ sauce was different between the two. The pickled mango slaw helps balance the salt and the fat from the protein. The mexican corn was well seasoned and addicting. The brisket sandwich was just as good. Lots of meat and it melts in your mouth. French onion soup was piping hot, cheesy and was great. Service and food wait was a tad slow but it was a one man show running the indoor and patio at night. But everything was solid. Water, cutlery and side plates were given promptly and order he memorized was correct. Will definitely recommend!

Roasted Hip of Beef Carving Station is the best! Belgian waffles and Baked ham are surprisingly good! Roasted Lamb Shoulder and crème brûlée are good. Lots of seasonal fruits and great variety! Excellent dinning experience inside the Grand York Ballroom! Great place to celebrate Christmas with family and friends! Nice service and friendly staff! The CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH BUFFET will be perfect if they don’t use folding tables!

Had the best New Year's Eve dinner with the dinner and stay package. The five course dinner with steak option was a massive melt in your mouth filet mignon!! Every dish was delicious and five star quality with complex flavors and beautiful presentation. I highly recommend the dine and stay package at Crave. Sheraton hotel was exceptional as well! Beautifully renovated rooms with the convenience of this restaurant right downstairs by the lobby.

Always fantastic. We've ordered their Thanksgiving dinner 3 years in a row now and have always been extremely happy with their food.

Our hockey team just had brunch here recently. The restaurant manager Michael and the staff is very accommodating and helpful in making sure we have a great experience. Outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend.

We got the Thanksgiving takeout meal for 6, and we were STUFFED! Great variety and quality of food, with large portions (leftovers for all of us). Totally worth it and I would consider getting it again for another occasion!

Your pizza tastes like cardboard I would feel bad feeding it to wild animals I could dump a jar of tomato sauce on it to pretend it's not the most absolute trash of a pizza ive ever had but ill save myself the self respect Please do better because I crave nothing better than not to ever order from your restaurant ever again

Had a wonderful Valentine's evening dinner. The food was excellent and the staff amazing. I had the salmon and lobster tail my husband the beef. Both dishes were worth it. We will definitely come back.

The festive take out menu is very good. It's a good portion for 4 to 6 ppl. Lots of food and selection. The turkey and the beef tenderloin are very tender and juicy. The food quality including desserts are very good.

Went there for a New Year Eve's dinner and had a great selection and attentive staffs. The price point did aligned with high quality of food and selection. We went in at 7:30 time slot and the food was replenished often. Even at the end nearing their closing they did try to replenish the food. Probably will come back and try the regular restaurant or another holiday meal.

Enjoyed every bite. The butter chicken, bbq brisket sandwich, chicken tenders, and kids spaghetti was all really good. The frosting on the cake was the warm donuts. The best I have ever had anywhere. I would recommend this to anyone for dinner.

Very pretty restaurant but very poor service. There was dirty dishes left on our table. It took 25 minutes to order our food and another 45 minutes to get served. Food was very cold, and we aren't sure who our server was as we had about 3 people at our table at different times.

There isn't a French onion soup I've heard of that is chicken based, uses fresh bread and cheddar cheese. The rest of the meal was meh..no better/worse than anywhere else. Service though was fantastic

Just before New Year’s, we held a lovely baby shower for my expectant daughter in the Solarium of Crave restaurant . We decided to have a plated brunch with mimosas for everyone. We were so very happy with everything!! The venue was the perfect size and design, the food was plentiful and excellent and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The manager, Michael, was also wonderful answering all my questions and handling all my requests! He was very patient with me and all the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised the food and venue highly! I would happily recommend Crave restaurant for anyone seeking an intimate gathering and would readily use their services again. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s shower a success!

👍👍 Love the vibe of the bar! The Mozzarella, fresh pasta, and pizza were all amazing! They offer 50% off bottled wine on Wednesday, and 15% on your first bill if you are a new customer (requires registering on the app). The only downside is that there was not enough room on the sofa.
