Worst experience at this location. Skimped on everything, including the sauce. I asked for more white sauce but they told me they charge for extra. Please, there’s barely enough on there to begin with. Box is also only full on one side, other is maybe 3/4 full. 3rd picture is comparison at woodbine location just a day before. Will not return to this one. Amount of chicken is also laughable.

2 times I have ordered from this particular location and everytime the disappointment level goes up. I have tried from your different locations viz, Chester, Queens and College street, so I know the taste. But this particular location in Richmond hill- Elgin Mills I don't understand why you do this. First time I ordered poutine and added note for extra gravy - to my disappointment only the top had the gravy and my poutine was dry. Next time I ordered chicken shawarma wrap - the wrap was sloppy, after a bite it ripped opened and what was interesting is it did not have shawarma chicken it had kabab pieces. I did not order kabab wrap, were you too lazy to cut the shawarma chicken and make the wrap or thought I would never realize? Along it I had ordered Jr beef shawarma- the beef was over cooked, as in BURNT and 1 piece of baklava. The baklava was extremely dry. Unfortunately since the wrap was extremely sloppy I couldn't take a pic but I did take a pic of the dry baklava. The sole reason why your location is still operational because there's no other shawarma place nearby and you are halal. Who puts kabab pieces in a wrap? Like are you serious. You are Franchise or what I dont know, for me you are representing the brand name and ruining it. Extremely disappointed with this location. There is no option for negative stars else would have put in.

Do not recommend this Osmos, very bad customer service, staff is not professional at all. We got a combo for 2 and they were so stagnant on the options we wanted. Apparently you can only get 2 pop or 2 water but we couldnt get either of each when in a combo you can get ANY 2 drinks. Overall just unprofessional behavior entirely. Staff does not know how to communicate with customers at all.Spoke to Shift Manager, she was watching on mobile and trying to get help from her but no use.

Whoever prepped my food must’ve been eating it at the same time. I found a third of my order missing when I got home... pathetic. Word of advice, at least put some effort into hiding this instead of being so blatant. Waited 20 mins because this place is apparently “made to order”, but got less than what I paid for. Not only is this joint a waste of money, it’s also a waste of time. P.S don’t bother paying for the extra sauce, you’ll end up paying for nothing, see photo.

Worst experience i have ever had. Veggies are not properly chopped we ordered an extra seasoning they never gave us. If you guys are taking order it's your duty to do it properly.

I normally don’t give 1 star for the rating. The taste of food here is good and we order from this location every week because it is close to where we live. Today my wife ordered here as usual; however, the girl gave her way less the food portion than we normally get. My wife requested the girl to add more, but she rejected it and said it was like that. I opened the box when my wife got back to the car and I realized that not only the meat, even the rice was about 1/3 less than we usually get. So I turned back to the store and ask the girl to add more because it was not supposed to be like that, again she refused us. Then I don’t want to argue with her, just asked for full refund and gave the food back to her. I can understand that your employee don’t care about dumping the food into garbage rather than selling it to the customer because it is not her business, and the cost is not come out of her pocket. I may won’t come back to this location again if your employee treats customer like this.

I went there and I ask for Chicken Shawarma Saj The guy that work at the cashier I ask him to double toasted he say yes sure literally he put on the grill Less then 30 Seconds I was surprised that was fast I went home I open the sandwich the bread was so cold it wasn’t toasted at all & so chewy & soggy it’s loose as will they didn’t even roll it properly wasn’t a rap shape it it was rectangle that was my first time experience with them I didn’t left bad review I said let me give them a another chance… So I went there today again and there was the same employees I told them I wanted my rap last time toasted but you guys didn’t toast it was super chewy and cold. so can you double toast this one properly please his respond Was We can’t toast it more than usual the bread is really thin and it will become apart employees they don’t know nothing about a Middle East shawarma and how it should be served and prepared they are not middle eastern employees not their job so that’s why it’s messed up Never go back there again horrible stuff & rude customer service they will ruin your day

Since this place opened recently I thought may want to try it. Conclusion: Really poor food quality... I have taken out and when got home, the hot spice they dropped on the beef shawarma was so much , I could not eat it. Basically 3 ingredients rice, salad and beef poorly cooked, dry that taste like sand... Worst food i had in last 10 years.!

do not waste your money at this location, they are pure disappointment. i have complained many times and to this day nothing has changed. i have been to other locations where quality and the quantity of the food are absolutely great. this location they under serve, barely give any sauce, and clearly do not know how to cook their meat properly either.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS OSMOW’S!!! I’ve been to a bunch of Osmow’s but wow this one is the worst. My box was 80% clumpy hard leftover rice with just a tiny portion of chicken and not enough sauce to cover the holes. I mentioned to the team for some extra sauce, in which they rolled their eyes and ignored me. I also had to ask if they had fresh cutlery, as the holder they use is covered in food grime and clearly has not been cleaned since they started using it.

Ordered food tonight. 8:35pm They told me that they only had chicken witch was fine. Ordered Chicken and rice they asked me for saice i said ok to all sauce the lady asked me for spice level. I told her mild, she said it would be one line i said ok. Csme home to enjoy my meal. Could not take the spice level. Ended up throwing in the garbage. There was more than 1 line of spice.

So happy that this location opened here. No longer need to go to bayview for a delicious meal. I always get chicken, beef, or a mix of both on the rocks. Hits the spot, especially after a workout. This location is very spacious and clean. Better than any other location I’ve been too. The food is exceptional here. 13/10 would recommend to you, your sister, and your sisters dog.

Amazing customer service! The meals here are truly filling and cater well for various individuals from meat lovers, vegetarians and vegan individuals. My family shared the falafel platter! The falafel was quite hard, I was expecting a softer one. In the past I have bought and ate the chicken shawarma, and it was extremely filling and delicious! I wish they had a microphone for the customers and for the staff, because I found it difficult for both parties to understand each other through the background noise. They also have daily specials! I honestly think it's a steal! Also they accept SPC, so students are able to save 10% off their meals!!

it is with great disappointment that I recount my recent dining experience at Osmow's. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was abundantly clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. The waitstaff were inattentive, disinterested, and seemed to lack any basic knowledge of the menu or the concept of hospitality. To add insult to injury, the portions at Osmow's were shockingly inadequate. I couldn't help but feel cheated as I peered into my plate, desperately searching for the substantial meal I had anticipated. It was as if they were serving appetizers instead of main courses. The portion sizes were a complete letdown, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and hungry even after devouring what little food I had received. But the disappointment didn't end there. The chicken dish I ordered was downright inedible. Not only was it overcooked and dried out, but it was also burnt to a crisp. The charred exterior imparted a bitter taste that permeated every bite, completely ruining what could have been a flavorful dish. It's baffling how a restaurant could serve such poorly executed and unpalatable food without any sense of shame or apology. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster. The seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable, leaving little room for customers to enjoy their meals in peace. The interior was poorly lit, giving off a gloomy atmosphere that was far from inviting. It's evident that Osmow's falls short in creating a pleasant and enjoyable dining environment. To top it all off, the prices at Osmow's were completely unjustifiable. The exorbitant costs charged for such subpar food and service were nothing short of a blatant rip-off. It's disappointing to witness a restaurant take advantage of its customers by offering inferior quality at inflated prices. In conclusion, my experience at Osmow's was nothing short of a disaster. The abysmal customer service, meager portions, burnt chicken, and dismal ambiance all contributed to an utterly disappointing dining experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying meal. Quality is continuously degrading :( Compared to last year, their chicken on rocks was really good, chicken was nice and tender and crispiness was right. Now it just doesn't taste the same. The chicken is burnt with too much crisp and found a couple of bones too and the chicken isn't cut properly (big chunks). I've been to atleast 3 locations GTA and a frequent customer and all I can say is, this one isn't what Osmow's chicken on rocks should be... hopefully they can address the quality issues.

Been to this restaurant a few times and had always loved their food, but today I had the worst experience. From ordering to picking the food approximately 5-6mins I've seen this Indian girl server with glasses rolled her eyes about 5 times. Almost every question she asked if she doesn't get a straight answer rightaway she would roll her eyes. If you are so impatient then get another job. I clearly told her I don't want anything spicy in my wraps; she didn't put spicy source alright but she loaded the wraps with tons of spicy peppers and kids ened up couldn't eat it. I would never go back to this location if this servant still works here. This review is for the owner of this restaurant you will need to do more training on your employees. Restaurant is a customer service businese, aside from quality of the food, serving experice is very important after all.

Today I visited Osmow’s for the first time and I had the best experience over there. There was a tall Indian girl with glasses. She communicated so well and suggested us what to eat. She was really sweet and the food was very delicious. I can say that Osmows has earned a loyal customer.

Ordered lunch through Uber Eats to our jobsite. The wraps were not even half full. All pita. Dry meat. Skimped on all toppings even though we ordered alot of toppings. $56 delivered for two wraps & two drinks. What a rip.

Classic on the rocks half and half. The taste is perfect; the way it should be. Staff was very friendly. However, the restaurant itself including bathrooms especially, were absolutely disgusting. Very messy dirty location. I don’t blame the staff as they were short staffed, management needs to do better

I always have a great experience going to this location. Food is always hot and fresh. I always get beef but last time I tried chicken which was juicy and tender. The girl working there is always smiling and She always recognize me and gives me best food and service.

The customer service at this store is excellent. The lady was accommodating and responsive to my questions and they gave the product which I was exactly looking for. Perfectly cooked and could enjoy my meal. The ambiance was perfect. The restaurant had a great atmosphere. I will be back soon! Best shawarma servers(especially the girl with Glasses )who served me and food.

First time going to the Keswick location. All the guys were super nice guys, made sure we were 100% happy. We were going to take our food to go but the restaurant seating was so nice and very clean! We got two dinners, salads were very fresh and the chicken was cooked to our liking. We definitely will be back! It’s nice to finally have a Osmow’s in Keswick!!! It was nice after we were done eating a fella came over to make sure we were happy.

I ordered Chicken Shawarma Poutine with no spice and there is no chicken in it , and it is very spicy. It almost choked my son. I had to let the poor little guy keep on drinking milk. I ordered my girl a chicken Shawarma Ozbox and it only comes with shredded lettuce, no diced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers. Called the number and no one answers of course. Just a horrible experience, couldn't be worse.

Ordered from Uber eat, provide no spoon no fork no napkins. The food was cold when I received it and it’s dry not much sauce provided.

I brought four of my friends today for dinner and the food and customer handling is great. Thank you for the amazing experience. The beef and chicken was so perfectly cooked and the wrap was so delicious. Must visit this place.
