A Concerned Parent's Experience with Dr. Kakavand I am writing this review on behalf of a friend who had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Kakavand. As a mother, she wanted to share her concerns regarding her daughter's treatment under his care. It deeply saddens her to express that her daughter's quality of life was negatively impacted by what she perceives as unnecessary medication prescribed by Dr. Kakavand. She believes that Dr. Kakavand's association with his wife's pharmacy may have influenced his prescribing practices, leading to the administration of pills that had adverse effects on her daughter's well-being. This experience has raised doubts about Dr. Kakavand's ethical standards, as it appears that his primary focus may revolve around financial gain rather than the well-being of his patients. It serves as a reminder for all parents and individuals to thoroughly research and consider their choice of a family doctor. I want to say, that Dr Sanaaz Abedzadeh Anaraki,is one of the best Doctors!! She is very kind, knowledgeable , nice and patiant to her patiants . Good luck Dr.⚘And there receptionist is wonderful Lady Parisa , she was helpful every time,and guided me perfect, respectful too! With the best for you.⚘

I got my Covid vaccine here 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and I barely felt the needle. I'd to it again in a heartbeat (or in 4 months, whichever comes first).

So happy I found Dr. Kakavand. He is very patient and really cares about his patients. He listens to you and will make sure you know what he is talking about and the treatment to be followed. Kudos to the receptionists.

I have only had positive experiences here at Richmond Hill Medical Pharmacy & Clinic. The receptionists are always kind, and Dr. Ashkan Gitipour has been a fantastic family doctor. The lady who works as the pharmacist has been extremely helpful and understanding when providing my medications.

She is a horrible Doctor!! (Dr. Abedzadeh-Anarak, Sanaz). I came to her for my thyroid treatment, she prescribed medication that made my condition worse and added other side effects. I lost 50% of my hair, gained weight and felt generally unwell most of the time. I called the doctor to explain worsening symptoms she told the secretary to call me and increase my dosage. To me this made no sense as I was getting worse. I had to do my own research and decided to stop taking the drug that she prescribed. My symptoms are gone and my thyroid issue is under control No thanks to this doctor! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I'd like to thank Dr.Abedzadeh and the staff of this medical centre who did a great job with my follow up. Even though the pandemic has disturbed everything, I had the chance to do my appointment with Dr. Abedzadeh on the phone. She is so professional and cares about her patients. If you are looking for an endocrinologist, she is one of the best one in GTA.

Everything is great about this clinic. Dr. Kakavand is a great doctor; he has time to listen to the patient and treat the right way. Also, an excellent and knowledgeable team of pharmacists that care and take time to explain all you need to know about your health and medicine. The reception desk staff are so kind and always have polite behavior with you. If I could rate them ten stars, I would.

Good clinic & Dr. Kakavand is a caring doctor. I’ve been seeing him for about 7 years. Lately though, i find that the receptionists & Dr Kakavand are very rushed when it comes to calling for an appointment & seeing him. His bedside mannerisms could really improve as I feel there’s too much rushing resulting in miscommunications from him..

The pharmacy and clinic staff, including the doctors and receptionist, are incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful!! They make life easier and more comfortable for their patients!

My husband visited with Dr. Ashkan Gitipour for the first time today, he was friendly and considerate, very thorough and professional. The staff was also friendly, atmosphere was calm

Short waiting time. Nice staff. Dr.Gitipour is a friendly and professional doctor. They did get a urine test on the spot and it was a relief as the dr said everything was alright so I didn’t have to be worried for a long time waiting for the test result.

Knowledgeable,Compassionate,gradual, and my experiences about different family physician, she's unique.

Dr N Cosmin is the best and most excellent doctor ever because of her mannerisms and her knowledge and her way of extending to South outwards however at times the front staff has taken things out of contacts and out of line and not have the patience to understand the patient’s viewpoint for example if I have called in a very upset about my mothers cancer situation they turned it into a situation where I was being negative towards them which was not the case at all however Dr N Cosmin is the best ever Dr. possible and for that I keep going to them and I will always be extra patient to the front staff that should also know that the patient I’m going to the doctor for issues not just for fun and games

I couldn't be happier with the care I received from my endocrinologist, Dr. Sanaz Abedzadeh. She is a wonderful doctor, listens attentively to my concerns and comes up with solutions which always work. She is very patient and thorough in answering my questions. Also the receptionist at the clinic is very friendly and efficient. She is always available to answer any questions I have and is very quick with scheduling appointments! I appreciate their attention and dedication to ensuring the best possible outcome for their patients. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially if you have thyroid concerns and need an endocrinologist!

Horrible customer service! Even one star is too much. The reception and management are always busy laughing at patients and making fun of them. I will take my parents to see another endo doctor

Dr Abedzadeh is a kinda doctor listens to the patients and plan a management with patients . If you have any endocrinology problem and not have been solved I recommend her
