I came from Toronto and looked for good shawarma and falafel place . Google suggested me this . Went there order both types of wrap. Came home ate half falafel and see what hair in my food .And the wrap was for my mom . She puked several times.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS CARLESS THING FROM A FOOD VENTURE.. This seems staff is unprofessional and dnt care when they are making food.. Dnt recommend to anyone

The food here is crazy good 👍 I got 2 dinners with their yellow rice, fries and loaded with chicken covered with their sauces....we couldn't stop eating it! 😋 They ran out of potatoes so they gave me the last one as a bonus with the red sauce...we will be back!

This establishment has some great tasting food. I got the Chicken sharwama wrap and the regular size is already very large in size! The flavour is great, much less spicy than Osmow's but very abundant in flavors of chicken and their topping selection. The sauce started to really drip at the end, which is normal, but their lack of more napkins and the overall bad quality of their napkins made it messier than I'd like it to be. Still, I don't really think that's anything to complain about, it's good tasting food. Price is average, nothing super cheap and nothing crazily expensive.

I ordered chicken on the rocks on Door-dash It was too salty and none of the instructions were followed . The side was missing. The food was completely wasted . Please give good food for customers. Disappointed. Note : This is my 4th order from this location. First 2 times I got good food. Now it’s horrible. Update : I don’t know what’s going on with this location. They don’t provide cutlery with online orders and there is no option to select them . Food is highly inconsistent on quantity and quality. And order notes missing 😶

Open everyday until 10pm. If you’re super confident of your strength to digest super spicy food go for super spice. I am a person who usually eats super spicy food from my childhood but couldn’t eat the super spice. Even the 4 lines of hot sauce on my ‘on the rocks’ were spicy for us. In terms of customer care I have a comparison. Last time when we went there, a mature lady was there but she was not friendly at all. But yesterday(17th September at 8pm), the lady who served was very friendly and helpful. Whoever she’s she’ll bring more business to Lazeez but not the other woman works with you.

Hairs found in food！！In this afternoon, I ordered 2 servings of chicken shawarma. To my surprise, I initially didn't pay attention and ate a short strand of hair. As I continued eating, I found several more strands of hair inside. It made me feel nauseated! I've been buying from this place all along, never expected to find several strands of hair in my food! You should thoroughly inspect your hygiene practices! I don't want to go there anymore!

I orders Chicken Shawarma plate, The chicken Shawarma that they filled up on my plate was very old and they took it from warmer in the hot table, the taste was disgusting, The need to use fresh cut chicken Shawarma base on orders, Not using the old one that sitting in warmer for while.

The 5 stars is for the servers. Always trying their best and also giving great recommendations. The only place where when you say extra sauce, you actually get extra. The food is good as well.

Delicious food at a great price point. Staff are polite and attentive. My favourite is chicken on the rocks (half rice/half fries) with medium spice and extra garlic sauce :) any more than that may mask the flavour of the shawarma.

I had Mixed Shawarma but it just was not intact. It was a soup in your hand. It had way too much garlic sauce. Everything fell apart. I just was able to have two bites then threw it in the garbage. I believe, who knew how to make real shawarma did not make the shawarma but they made some inexperienced untrained people making shawarma for new customers.

I visited the 10909 Yonge St, (Yonge and Elgin Mills Location) in Richmond Hill and was looking forward to what is advertised as a healthy salad. I asked for a chicken shawarma Salad with no onion or sauce. What I received was a Donair full or onions and Sauce. When I informed them I had asked for Chicken Shawarma they quickly acknowledged this was Donair. I then agreed and asked them for what I ordered and they simply open the package and put Chicken and Sauce and Onions on top of the Donair. I really believe the employee was not aware but rather not properly trained. I emailed head office I was promptly told by Navleen that the franchisee manager would be contacting me. I found this strange as I thought it he head office would appreciate the feedback for future Quality control but I never received a response from Navleen from head office or the franchise manager after I followed up by email several times. The Web page indicates the founders story begins with the universal passion for great taste each having different and unique stories, backgrounds and personalities, found a strong connection over their common love for great tasting Middle Eastern food and vision to share the cuisine that they loved so much. My experience was far from that from both the franchise and head office. I would invite the founders or upper management to the many family operated restaurants in the Richmond Hill community to have an understand or what might have been once, but no longer is. It's a shame that another beautiful story of success for a Canadian franchises quality will be destroyed by ill Quality control measures for there food and franchisees for the sake of profit. Highly disappointed

The food is amazing. I came today around 10pm. There was a lady and a guy. They were super nice. They made sure my order was correct. The service was great also. Would recommend.👍🏻 Definitely coming back again😁

It was very bad, the beef was not fresh at all, at least a day old and they didn't even warm it. The salad has no dressing. The girl was putting the salad with her hand(with gloves) then went to serve other people and taking money and opening the fridge and then came back to continue serving the salad with the same gloves on. How hygienic!!!

First time trying Lazeez. Delicious chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches. I asked for everything in regard to toppings. Was great topping selection including turnip, olives, parsley. Well sauced, not dry at all.

This seems to be the only shawarma place that charges for extra sauce! When they said $1 extra I was amazed but lil happy inside thinking ill get a huge container....I kid you not.....it was a TINY 1 ounce container!!!!! So my " 2 for $14 " deal ended up costing $21 with tax

I ordered food on Uber eats, they put random toppings I the sandwich. Toppings they have on the app are probably out and noone is making an effort to update them. Asked for mild sandwich and they made it extremely spicy. I even paid extra for some of the topping and this is outrageous. They probably don’t care about business. Not happy at all unfortunately. Ordered on August 1st 9 pm.

Everything was perfect, I come here during my lunch breaks in school and its cheap, delicious and fills me up. The employees there are great too! Would recommend, 10/10.

Food was so tasty! I always love to have a nice creamy tangy and yummy middle eastern meal. Really good customer service. My friend and I went to eat there and we were $2 short the lady said that was not a problem and even let us pick out two cokes for free! She is the best must come if in the area!!

Best Shawarma in Richmond Hill! The wraps are made so that each bite you get to taste the meat with the veggies. The taste is flavourful and the meat is juicy. Hot sauce is a must for spice lovers and the garlic & tahini sauce adds a punch to the already great taste. The falafel is also very tasty for vegetarians. Definitely recommended!

We tried this place today and even dined in. There was only one young lady working but she was doing a great job taking care of all the customers by herself. The shawarmas were great. Even the fries were hot and fresh.

The quality of the beef shawarma at Richmond Hill Lazeez has gone down. It has always been soft and tender with almost no fat, but tonight it was a disappointment: there were big pieces of fat and the beef was very hard. I don’t know what to blame: the cooking, the beef, or both. We were very happy to enjoy such quality Shawarma in our neighbourhood, and it will be a pity to see it going down in its quality. I am hoping that Richmond Hill Shawarma brings back the same high quality food that it started with in our neighbourhood.

We had a group lunch for a celebration and it was over 20 people. Muhammad took great care of us! Order was easy and food was delicious and huge portion. I went back to pick up dinner for my husband and I and again it was amazing, my husband is hooked. Great service and good, highly recommended.

Ordered a small lazeez on the sticks, upgraded me free of charge to a lazeez in the bag. As usual, quality was consistent, lazeez Shawarma never fails to deliver a great meal for a great price.

I really hate to leave A bad review, however it’s warranted. I ordered the Philly steak. It was gross. The meat was not what you would expect for Philly steak. It was tough. Flavour was not good. Seasoning was thick. Lacking on the cheese. Worker was not putting any care in preparing the food. She put too much hot sauce on my wrap. The wrap was falling apart. I took a few bites and I threw it out. My daughter ordered the chicken shawarma on rice. Before we were even asked if we wanted garlic sauce, the worker covered the shawarma meat in sauce. A lot of sauce. My daughter said her meal was good, which is why the rating was bumped to a 3 So my recommendation is stick to your traditional shawarma meat and ask for light sauce

The 2 ladies that were working today made mine and several others their chicken shawarma plates and they put so much less chicken than this place normally does. I've been going 2-3 times a week to this restaurant and the other ladies and guys always put a normal amount of chicken. I asked the lady to please put some more chicken and I'm not even kidding, she literally put maybe a tablespoon of chicken more on top lol... she said you'll have to pay $3 for another scoop of chicken - even though she already under put the chicken. Please have a standard of how much chicken to put, not just whoever does whatever they want UPDATE OCT 16: Tried to give this place another chance but had the same thing happen, except funny thing was I paid the extra $3.50 for double the chicken and the lady put the same as a regular plate. I said "sorry i paid for more chicken" and she looked at the screen and saw i did and put literally half a scoop more. Not to be rude or ignorant, but come on what a joke. You guys are seriously messed up to think you'll last with this kind of customer service?? I said "is that how much double chicken is?" And she ignores me and rolls her eyes... you guys are a joke. For $16.60 i think I'd go somewhere else

I have ordered a couple of times here. I have done massive orders and they have always accommodated so much. The owner and staff are very friendly and service is outstanding. Taste of food is amazing! Strongly recommend to friends and family!

Went to this place for dinner for the first time and it was exactly what I needed! Very friendly, helpful, hardworking, and lovely staff. I ordered the mixed Shawarma platter with rice and fries and a Greek salad and it was honestly one of the best middle eastern meals I’ve ever had. Rich flavours. Fresh ingredients. Generous portions. Eat half, and save the other half for later. You can’t find a more nutritious, delicious and affordable meal anymore. Can’t wait to come back and try more items. 10/10

I am disgusted I was eating my wrap and halfway through it I notice a little screw inside the wrap, that should never happen in the food industry save your money and do not eat here
