I ordered bowl kabab today, the koobideh was row and in side was completely pink, I call them and then explain the issue, she was telling me you close your eyes and to eat! It is not raw it is just because the type of meet we use to make koobideh! It is not acceptable answer from them to hear!

Great family owned restaurant. Friendly and welcoming owners. Quality of Kababs are top notch 10/10. I strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting to taste the best Iranian Kababs.

This place is a FRAUD with the worst customer service, save your money. they give their customers raw Kabob and blame it on the type of meat it is. WELL CHANGE IT THEN! The past 2 times that we ordered their Kabob it came raw on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The first time we called they told us it’s because of the “new meat” they’ve switched to and they did not offer any refund or to replace it. And now a few months later we ordered again hoping it’s better but it was raw AGAIN. My husband called them and the lady who works there was incredibly rude and unprofessional, no customer service knowledge at all. We won’t be ordering from Khaki again. Responding to the owner’s response: first of all let me teach you basic customer service skills LISTEN to what your customers are saying and do NOT insult them, if people are complaining about your uncooked kabob then take the time to resolve the issue instead of excusing it for the “type of meat” and being rude to customers. second, stop lying, we never asked for a refund if we wanted free food we could have reported to ubereats and get our refund easily but we called to let your staff know about the uncooked kabob and in response your employee was extremely rude and unapologetic and know very well that your staff is rude and untrained to speak to customers. We did not finish the food this was just the piece that i took a picture of. But thank you for further proving my point by leaving such a rude comment insulting us again. We used to order from Khaki consistently because it used to be good so just accept that the quality of your food is bad and stop embarrassing yourself. It is very unfortunate for you to ruin your own business by being so arrogant. We NEVER insulted any of your employees, your employee was the one who insulted my husband, never even offered a replacement and you know that so stop blaming the customer. Anyhow, your other reviews are proof that we’re not the only ones who had a bad experience with your business. Do better.

Very pleased at this place! The food is very hearty and comes in huge portions for the price. They also have daily specials you can try out. The service is very friendly - the woman at the counter mentioned to us how to eat the dizi stew, which was delicious - especially with the bread. There was also soup included with the meals. Definitely too much food for me which meant delicious leftovers the next day! There isn't much seating so most people get takeout. You can also order ahead if you prefer. Overall, great little place!

A small little Persian restaurant in the heart of Richmond but with a punch! There is only two tables, so take out is probably the only option! This is great Persian food. Food quality is great, and portions are quite generous. I loved the kebab bowl, and I dropped by on a Saturday and ordered the weekend special, Dizi, and boy, it was amazing! I sat on the only table in the restaurant and loved it! The service is great and the staff are quite friendly. I love this little place Persian restaurant in Richmond Hill!

Khaki restaurant’s Kebab Bowl is absolutely delicious.

Now our go-to Persian restaurant. Have picked up food a few times and ordered through Uber twice recently. Absolutely the best food quality with very healthy portions. As fantastic as the meats are, the rice with the barberries And the Tah-dig on top are Just as amazing. comes with free soup and pop. Excellent quality, nicely presented and homemade tasted; always the most incredible experience and highly recommended!

They have best kebabs ever in the town,also they have really good stew like ghorme sabzi and gheime, I recommend their bowl kebab meal as well, it’s amazing.

We try Khaki restaurant for the first time today and it just becomes one of our most favorite ones. Very fresh and delicious kebabs, and very friendly and warm staff. Kebab bowl is strongly recomended! “Tahdig” with stew is also worth trying for whoever loves Persian “Tahdig” (crunchy fried bread)

I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The Tadhdig-Gheyme and Kebab bowl, were absolutely delicious and prepared quickly. Farzaneh, the friendly cashier, added a personal touch to the service. The small, cozy setting is perfect for small groups, and the kebabs are prepared in an authentic Persian style. I wholeheartedly recommend its food for an authentic taste of Persian cuisine. It's a hidden gem deserving of its 5-star rating.

I recently found out about this Persian restaurant. Their Koobideh is one of the best in town. Great customer service and decent prices. I highly recommend this place if you are craving for Persian food.

Great food and friendly service. They make Joojeh kebab with chicken breast or chicken legs. If you have a preference let them know when placing your order. I highly recommend this restaurant and if I visit Toronto again I will definitely come again.

Really good quality Persian kababs. We ordered a combo named Kebab Bowl. High quality kababs but the rice portion could be a little bit more generous. Otherwise awesome.

Loved this hole in the wall! Very unassuming honest food with great service and good portions. The mixed kebab will let you taste all the different varieties of meat - all great. Very affordable without compromising quality. The place is tiny so you might be forced to take out or share your table with other people.

One of the best places to eat Persian food even the taste of their (kaseh kabab) is amazing after eating I never forget the taste. Their manners are so polite that’s given a positive point to the restaurant with a polite and calm cashier thank to her and the manager and all staff who is working there for making these kind of taste foods🙏🎉

They had a few times forgot things in my order or mixed up often vegetarian stew order with meat in it etc. BUT TODAY I GOT DELIVERED RAW KEBABS!! This was absolutely unacceptable this place does not have any standards anymore and zero customer service when u call them to tell them the issue they just get upset and hang up. Disgusting!!

I am a big fan of Persian food, and this place always serves the best quality food and service possible. The employees are very friendly, and the food is top notch. This is one of those places that makes every meal on the menu great, so really anything you order tastes amazing.

Glad I tried this place out when I was in Richmond Hill. As I waited for my order, I was served a bowl of soup, which was greatly appreciated since it was pretty cold outside and I was still feeling chilly when I sat inside. I got their popular bowl kebab, and it was absolutely delicious. Portion was good, more than enough for one person. Loved how simple and fresh the food was. As a cook myself, I could tell the dish was made with passion. Highly recommend!

The first time I went to this restaurant, I could smell the good smell of Iranian food. For a moment I thought my mother was cooking in the kitchen. I have never felt such an authentic Iranian taste in Canada. Very tasty very healthy
