Rooms are decent, air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room...no English channels on the TV...bathrooms are average and hair dryer are not working and the shower is also not in good condition...

Nice hotel to stay in the city center of RIO. Location is perfect come out and you will find taxi 2 mintes walk you have Sub way. Plenty near by small restaurants. Plenty bank offices and ATM's. About hotel - rooms are clean, mini bar , hyguine wise also good Spaecious rooms, nice toilets and restroom . Restaurant is big and plenty options for food Breakfast, lunch, dinner you can find plenty variety with delicious test. All staff very cooperative and very egar to serve you better. Your visit and stay at this hotel will always amazing. All amenities are mentioned on the website of this hotel is very true and as said and shown.

The rooms are really clean, the food is amazing and they have a nice range of choices for breakfast and for supper. The rooftop pool is also really fun!

The hotel was nice! What they need to change is that their staff should be bilingual at least for them to speak in English, because it was difficult if you don't speak portuguese.

The service is great and there are always lots of staff at reception. The lifts/elevators are strange in there system and you can find yourself going in the wrong direction despite the being up and down buttons on the outside. The pool can be cold but if it’s been a hot day you should be fine, and it’s got a nice little gym with a few weights and some cardio machines. These facilities are all on the roof which has a nice view. Our room was nice with good wifi and air conditioning, it had some damp patches and a damp slightly leaky hole in the roof of the bathroom but was otherwise good and had a bath which is always a good option. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. It’s a very large hotel and it’s easy to get lost but it becomes familiar pretty quickly.

Awesome location. Very large hotel. Spacious rooms. Incredible view of the city and the bay from the rooftop pool area. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

My choice for a business trip in Rio. Even if it is a four-star hotel, it isn't in any way particularly outstanding. Rooms were at least clean and there was a decent breakfast. Buffet dinner was quite good with many choices. There's nothing of interest in the whereabouts.

The place is ok. Staff has a very weird attitude. It feels like everyone hates their job there and it shows. Also felt like they were making fun of the guests at times, very rude behavior. Would not stay at this hotel again if given opportunity.

Service could have been improved, first thing since very less staff knows English so its difficult for international tourists to communicate if you don't know Portuguese. 2nd food was excellent but not from an Indian point of view, if possible then hotel may add a few indian dishes in their menu, afterall even Europeans or Americans also like indian food.

Nice hotel for business trips. In the heart of Rio de Janeiro downtown. The bathrooms and the pool area needs a better maintenance though. It is visible molding and rust patio furniture.

After a very long and exhausting flight, the last thing I should have to deal with is an incredibly rude and confrontational receptionist. Your guests deserve better customer service than that, shame on you

I really don't like this place. First I didn't like that they have soap with refill because I never know what is inside like it is case with small bottles. Then it bothers me that they don't have ATM in the hotel and Brazil is well known for robberies. Next in line is that during corona time there where 5 people's in the gym even I book my time as required. Obviously nobody is controlling access. Last thing but not small one, I noticed that they are not serving milk with coffee so I ask to bring... Few times I was waiting so long like I ordered full lunch and not just a milk. Bad was also not so comfortable. Overall, I will not choose this hotel again for sure.

Clean rooms with the view of the busy streets, the staff was not very keen with communicating with us. It might be because of the long lines or the language barrier. But still its a nice place

Clean, some old but room. Nice staff, and close to city center. Not recommended to walk to far away from the hotel in the evening . Using Uber to travel.

The sound-proof window makes it a desirable room in Rio. Service is great in this hotel!
