לא ניתן להשיג אותם בטלפון, שבוע ברצף כל פעם המתנה למעלה מ 40 דקות ואין מענה. גם כשמשאיר מספר טלפון לחזרה "כשיגיע התור" אף אחד לא חוזר. שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת. בושה וחרפה.

השירות שגרם לי לבכות באמת. לא יודעת מאיפה להתחיל. 1. בסוף בדיקת שד לא נתנו לי דיס ייעודי אבל אחר כך דרשו עליו כסף כי מסתבר שהייתי צריכה לנחש שאני אמורה לקבל דיסק. 2. מוריה מהשירות נתנה לי מלא מספרים לא עובדים של מזכירות. המספר הנכון מרימים טלפון *ומנתקים מהר בפנים*. 3. אותה מוריה חסמה אותי בוואטסאפ כשביקשתי לדבר עם גורם אחראי למרןת שדיברתי בצורה ניאותה. אם יש לי סרטן - הוא יתגלה כנראה רק כשאהיה בקבר. כי ממכון מןר לא תקבלו מענה ולא שירות.

It was neat and quick, despite our negative expectations everything went perfect and on time. The system is improving!

שישי בבוקר , הגעתי לאולטרה סאונד, התור היה ל 10 ורבע , הגעתי בזמן , תוך דקה הייתי לאחר פקידת הקבלה לאחר 5 דקות נוספות הייתי לאחר הבדיקה , ממש מהיר ושריות מצויין . המכון נמצאבקומה 4 ( אין שילוט בלובי...כולם שואלים) חניה בקניון בחינם לשעתיים הראשונות מש נוח

My experience at the מרפאת מטיילים was quick, efficient, and very pleasant all the way through (including over the phone with the מוקד ארצי). I left a message the evening before to set an appointment, and I received a call back at 9 AM the next morning. An available spot was found on the same day only 40 minutes away, with a backup appointment the next week in case I couldn't make it, even though these appointments are supposed to be made at least a month and a half in advance. When I arrived, the staff, (including receptionists and doctors), was polite and efficient and answered all the questions I had. Even though the clinic was full and I had 6-7 people ahead of me in line, I got through with everything within 40 minutes. Although the clinic was full, things ran very smoothly and calmly, and I was greeted with a smile from every person I dealt with. The Rishon clinic is also very convenient to get to, being right off a main road. For anyone who needs vaccinations, I highly recommend coming here. Also, there is full cooperation with all health insurance plans in this branch.
