Went there so many times in the past. Great location, nice place and staff. Recently, prices went up a lot. (U$25 for a salad or a pasta plate. Starters for U$12-14).

Located in old west Rishon Lezion, Pola is a good well placed restaurant. 2 hours of free parking is provided by the underneath mall parking. The prices are moderate, the food is good and sometimes there are special oriental homemade main courses. Service is pretty fast, wishes are fulfilled in a reasonable time, bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall the experience is positive.

No .. just went to bengurion small mall where cafe pola located ... many stores..big super market... cuaffors. Cloths dressings.. jewellery. Kitchenware.... more things. Small lovely mall... recommended.

This coffee shop is located at the corner of a small mall just off the highway Infront of a small park/parking area with really nice and enclosed outdoor sitting area along with an indoor one. The sitting process is typical for Israel - you come to the main entrance (in the mall) and the hostess take your order while you stand and wait to see if there is room - if you lucky- you will be walked to your table:) so it is always good to call an reserve a table. The service was really good and the waitresses work as a team. Our two babies were accommodated for and we were allowed to sit with our dog in the outer sitting area. Food was good, we only had coffee and cakes. The waitress spoke English and was very young and energetic. Recommend for a nice relaxing stop from the busy road without all the traffic and lack of parking in Tel Aviv or Jaffa

We get there following recommendations from friend and family. It was late evening and only few people were still seating in the coffee shop. Due to chilly weather, we took table inside, it was pretty cold inside too. I asked one of the waiters to turn up the air condition above our table. She promised, asked what we want to order. And left the table. After some time she came back with onion soups and after couple of minutes brought a small jar with what is suppose to be Parmesan cheese. To make the long story short: the soup was diluted of onions, no bread, no croutons, I get lukewarm tea, looked like some hot water was added to someones old tea. You guess correct, the air condition was never turned on even after number recalls to two different waiters. Dessert we ordered was nice, expensive, chocolate souse wasn't hot enough to melt the upper dome of the chocolate ball. So we broke it, the cream inside was smooth and tasty. It looks like bad day. We intend to give the place another chance. See you.

Excellent cafe. Great verity but doesn't worth the high prices. The dissert were very bad. Frozen and on very poor quality. A cafe should have better desserts.

Breakfast is very standard and isn't good compare to others. Lunch and dinner great and super tasty, but very expensive (example 78Ils for vegetarian pasta)

Nice but below average breakfast, ordered the shakshuka and Persian breakfast that I can currently remember, our friends ordered the couples breakfast. The glasses was dirty with one cup still lipstick on it. They changed it without a problem.

Great food great atmosphere. The only negative is that I could smell other people smoking when we set in the non smoking area.

Fairly nice prices a little high. Food was okay and lots of verity. They made an effort.

Changing my mind about this place, during our last visit the service was bad,no other word to describe that. The food is ok but they really need to improve their service. Just saying as a positive recommendation. One more thing, out of all the restaurants I have been eating at, this is the most EXPENSIVE restaurant I have been paying for. The food is ok but no reason to charge so much money for. My personal opinion after spending time in Europe.
