In firat look seems as a nice place. But the expirence is bad. Food is not bad. But would take alot of time to get. Not sure you will get what you really requested. The service in TOTALLY LAME. Bad feeling. We went as 5 people. Regreted it. Stay away

Great food great prices but took a while to get inside

Nothing special, its Nafis they have everything from fish, meat to hamburgers, all very normal. Waiters are ok and food was ok as well

Would have rated 2.5 stars if I could. Personally I'm not a fan of the place. Kind of a C grade place imo. The food is meh, the prices are cheap, and the service is fast. But it's a family restaurant, always noisy and filled with kids. Usually there's a line as well and it's going really slow. I've been there for maybe 2/3 times when my pals and I had no other choices.

It's a nice restaurant, there's a lot of tasty food there, Can't say anything there's anything that's really WOW, but nothing is bad either. The menu has a pretty big variety of foods, between meat items, salads, pastas, Asian food, and anything in between, there're aren't little vegan options either. Overall, I'd say the place is pretty mediocre plus. Can't go wrong with Nafis, just don't expect a 5 star visit.

Bad service, the food came cold. Waiter was super unexperienced …which is no problem but after we complained, we waited another 20-30 min the manager came and he was worst …super unprofessional and bossy guy. Did let you speak he made sure he is right and had no understanding for us as a group. I don’t recommend this unorganized place at all, go somewhere else and leave ur money by ppl who know how to give a good service!

Messy and dirty. The service is with a smile, but you may not get your complete order. I'm still waiting for our Coca-Cola, chocolate milk, and the water to go with our food. The food of Nafis is better in other places than that one.

Before even starting the review: Please note that the parking outside is being "paid by the hour." It's kind of last year's change, and people tend to forget and get a ticket. Nafis - an older restaurant than me :). It got renovated a couple of times but always gave the feeling of "home." Service: 3☆. it's fine, though I would've felt better if the waiter was nicer and treated me as a customer and not a soldier in the army. Didn't get enough time to choose my meal and kind of got 'ordered' to order food. Also, it was a little slow... at 11pm on Monday night. Atmosphere: 4☆. It's ok. A LOT of birthdays (in 1.5 hours, there were 4 birthdays!), and the place could use some decorative change. Food: 5☆! That's something that Nafis has always been good at: Big bowels for a fair amount of cash. Most meals could be shared and are good quality. Overall, 4☆ because it's not perfect and NEEDS a change. It's a busy place so I get that it's a lot of work.. But it'll be worth it.

The food was great with many choices to please everyone. Portions are generous. My only complaint about this place is that the restrooms were absolutely filthy. Feels like no one is cleaning them and between multiple stalls it was hard to find one that was usable.

The low prices are not worth the low quality of food or the awful service. The waiters didn't pay attention to us for about ten minutes and even when they dis the service was super slow. Probably the worst branch of Nafis i ever visited. אני יכול להבין איך המחירים הזולים בנאפיס יכולים למשוך לקוחות אבל האוכל הבינוני והשירות המזעזע לא שווים את זה לדעתי. הסניף הזה הוא כנראה הסניף הכי גרוע של נאפיס שהייתי בו.

Great restaurant, great service and great food...very big dishes!

Waiting a long time for seats, courteous service from the waiters. Large and reasonable portions, reasonable prices depending on the area.

Well to sum it up the place is not good the food isnt good. The service isnt good but it also isnt bad. This place tries to do it all and fails at it.

The steak was 85/100. Asked for pickled cucumbers but got other pickles. They said they are short in cucumbers. The house bread was good.

A nice, big and noisy place with A LOT of kids. We got dirty glasses that were replaced by plastic ones since all other glasses were dirty as well. The food quality really depends on what you order: a chicken is fine, but hamburgers are disappointing.

The reason I have given this place three stars is because of the terrible service! I will get back to that momentarily. The food is tasty and the portions are nice and tend to be quite big and very satisfying. We ordered one main meal (two kebabs, a skewer of pullet) which came with rice and a small side salad 🥗. We also shared a plate of hummus with minced meat on top of it and both the main and starter were very tasty. Now to get back to the service. The hostess wrote our name down and when we asked how many tables ahead of us she said eight. No problem until I went inside to use the bathroom. There were tables that customers had left and hadn't been cleaned and when I asked why? I was told because they didn't have sufficient staff. This is the usual story. The hostess was rude to another customer when she approached her stand (she wasn't there at the time) to check when she would be seated. The hostess told her she could come and change places with her!! When we were eventually seated it took an age for the waiter to come and take our order and after he saw that I was irritated, he apologized and gave some lame excuse. The food didn't take too long to come out but we had to ask twice for salt and pepper and condiments. Tasty food, decent prices but bad service; a pity.

A great place to eat. Opens 24/7. Yummi yummi food. Service is fine. A bit expensive. Love the food ! Salads and meat , cheeasy mallawach... excellent !!
