Very convenient location for the airport. There's a free shuttle service which ceases at midnight & starts again at 4am. The rooms are basic, but clean with comfortable beds & a separate little area with a fridge & jug for making tea & coffee.

Great value for money but the downside to that is it attracts the undesirables as well. In saying that, never had any trouble, stay was great. Rooms are nice, service was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Location is very handy to so many places.

The rooms are clean. Had a unit with cooking facilities which is a stove to, microwave, toaster and kettle. Few pots, cups, plates, etc. Shower was ready to use and nice water pressure. They are old units but well kept. Check in and check out staff were lovely and helpful. It was quite full when I was there yet is was quiet. Check out the carvings in the trees. Someone did some great carving artwork.

Great value in the family room. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The pool looks lovely but it was too cold to swim. Staff are exceptional. There are wood carvings of animals throughout the gardens that the kids loved. There was a fair bit of noise through the night from people coming and going. Don't expect to sleep in!

For what it is, it’s a really good place to stay. It has everything you need for a few good nights sleep. The beds are comfy and clean. The room is really well looked after and the bathroom was modern and clean as well. Didn’t have time to check out the pool but it sounded like some people were enjoying it. Breakfast to the door is really nice with good portions for the price. My flight had arrived early and I was able to leave my luggage and was given a call when my room was ready which was really good service. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back again

The team here are fantastic. We arrived back from Europe and I had messed up our arrival date. They picked us up from the airport, arranged another room for us and helped cancel our next nights booking. We were able to get room service as well. Excellent service and support and a comfy bed. Thoroughly recommend!

Very friendly helpful staff, booking in was easy The bedroom & bathroom were very clean. The bedroom was a good size for our overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had toiletries provided. Pool area was great, nice neat & tidy. All garden areas are well looked after & the animals sculptures on the trees around the motel provide entertainment for us & the grandchildren. Clean surroundings. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Definitely would stay again. Great price 👌

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night before heading to the airport. The rooms are very big and spacious. Shower was hot and good pressure. Car park is huge and they offer a free shuttle to the airport. Definitely recommend 👌

Great location close to Perth airport. Perfect for an overnight stay if waiting for a connecting flight with a free airport shuttle service available. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely be staying here again in the future

Rooms are clean which is great. Probably the cleanest I’ve seen for a while and that includes high end hotels. The Aircon though is in desperate need of a clean. Dust was falling out of it after having it on overnight. The beds are atrocious, old & hard and extremely uncomfortable. Another annoying factor is the fact that even though you may have 3 people in your room, they only give you 2 towels so you have to trudge down to get another one each day. All in all, it’s a good motel for a good price. Would stay here again just because it’s clean & cheap.

The motel has 24 hour front desk staff which is great for late check in. I want to recognize Craig at the front desk for his patience and great customer service. He goes out of his way to address our requests with a friendly smile. It’s always welcoming to receive friendly service when you are weary and tired from long road trips. Appreciate it very much!

Room was tidy, no milk, no toilet brush (good paintings). Awkward encounter at reception. They told me I slept in wrong hotel and I had wrong key (my key definitely worked) I was giving key from staff but Sunday staff told me I was lost. They later checked my room key and didn’t apologise.

Admittedly we were early to book in, were to to virtually nick off and come back at 2 pm no suggestions from staff except that. Book in eventually and there is a smell in room?? Was fecal matter under toilet seat! House cleaning need to do a better job. Rooms were "dated". Restaurant had great food and large meals.

Staff were friendly and free shuttle from airport excellent but I asked for a ground floor room and got room 5. Mistake, room 5 is opposite the reception woken every time guests were leaving the motel, first one at 4am then next at 5am on so on . Reception door bangs as you exit. Th curtains are also not big enough to cover the windows snd the outside light shines right in. Worst sleep ever don't get this room

Cleaner argued with us we still don’t know why. Was an Indian lady with red hair very disrespectful and rude. Kept knocking while we were in the washroom by the time we got out from the toilet another man was there and he told us he will call they cops on us to take us out while we simply couldn’t answer his call coz we were in the washroom. We had a child too and he was rude and disrespectful too. Probably both had bad day at home and brought that to work.

The best thing about this place is how the office is open 24hrs especially if you're driving interstate and with time zone changes. The car park bays are very narrow with barely a foot either side of your car(and that's if you park it perfectly). They might have to make another car park to the sides of the buildings to make more spacious bays coz it's very easy to dent a door if you're not paying attention. The rooms are clean but stingy on what they have in them for the price you pay per night. No microwave, no plates, no forks or knives, no bowls, no toaster. Just a kettle,teaspoons and cups and sugar, coffee, tea and you can get some milk from admin. They have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for their occupants to do washing and the admin can exchange cash for the coins for you. It's $4 for washing machine and $4 for the dryer per wash. The admin REALLY need to enforce the no noise after 10pm! because people bang doors and when i was there, there was a person with a noisy(no doubt illegal coz it definitelywasn't within decibel limits) exhaust that would make the windows vibrate on start up and they would be in and out all night, every night past 10pm and would floor it all the time and I'm surprised that person stayed more than a week and a half there without getting talked to or booted out. So the staff really need to up there game. Besides this, it was ok and a good location, but that's the best rating i can give it.

FANTASTIC STAFF, friendly and very helpful, they more than make up for this being an older property! The room service menu is extremely diverse and very well priced for a capital city property. The airport transfer is quick and friendly. The pricing is the best you will find for an "airport" property, do yourself a favour and book directly, not via one of the countless web booking sites. My only gripe is that they were booked out and I could only stay one night!

Paid $1200 cash for the room. Had been up at work for a month and was looking forward to a relaxing RnR and they place me next to the pool where it's constant kids screaming and people constantly talking outside your room like they're basically in your room. Rang reception and asked to be moved to a quiet area and they said their was nothing they could do, no refund and no change of room. Best they could offer was that the pool closes at 9.30 pm. Great service.

They advisertise shuttle bus service and even replied to my email saying we could just give them a call for the service, but then, when we arrived, they told us they couldn't pick us up because of our child being under 8. We would expect a place like this to have the appropriate licensing and/or child seat. Additionally, staff not friendly at all and somewhat rude. Feels like they're lazy not wanting to do their job whilst being arrogant to guests, shame! Room smells like cigarettes, not recommend it.

I had a self contained room, which is closest to the road so it came with the road noise. Shower is way too low for a tall person, but I can live with that. Something went missing from my room after the room had been made up and the apathetic response I had about it from front desk sums up the place. Cheerless and glum! Us v them mentality like you are somehow there to make problems for them. I get it right, you have 300 people a day.. find a different job then. Restaurant has good quality meals but again it's a bit glum.. last time for me

Location is absolutely perfect for us outback people to stay in Perth. Had a minor hiccup with our last stay. All sorted out now. Looking forward to many more future stays at the Flag Motor Lodge

Appalling attitude of receptionist who thinks guests exist for her convenience. 1) When booking I had requested a specific shuttle to the airport. On arrival was told I will have to get a $50 taxi instead because they don’t pre-book the shuttle & it is not available. 2) website says pool is open until 10pm. Man at Reception confirmed this. Receptionist smugly told me “I do the lockup at 9:30pm” 3) Hard beds, old mattresses. 4) Can hear road noise in room, as well as other guests in other rooms 5) Photo of millipede in shower, peeling paint and lifting carpet edging in bathroom Don’t waste your money! Stay anywhere else!

We stay here quite a bit, its our Perth go to. Location is great - close to the city, rides are cheap, close to great food spots, fairly priced room rates, great pool, staff are always nice.

Handy location to major traffic routes and nit too far from Optus Stadium 🏟. Very busy, booking in advance essential. I liked the clean disability bathroom. Plus the room was spacious enough for a couple and had table and chairs. As an older venue it could improve the number of power points and USB access. There's a restaurant on site plus room service is available at medium cost.

The rooms are great but the food, room service or dining in the restaurant are underwhelming. Shuttle bus is an added bonus. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We'd stay here again, just not eat there.

We flew from interstate arriving late afternoon with our baby & paid $136.00 for 1 night's accommodation, unfortunately there was excessive noise throughout the whole night, people drinking in the car park outside of the room's, car's coming & going all night, which woke us all up numerous time's, this wasn't one group of people it was heap's of different people around the lodge. We were refused a refund because i reported it as soon as we got up & not during the night, the reason being we wasn't aware the reception was staffed at 2:30am & were to exhausted to get up. ● Pay the extra money people & go stay somewhere decent, very poor staffing, don't stay here😡

Good location for the airport, room was clean & a nice size. Design of motel is poor as all rooms face the carpark. This means you will hear people coming and going throughout the night. I probably won't stay again due to this.

Stayed in a disability room with all cooking amenities very roomy, comfortable beds. Can not fault the accommodation . Very clean. Will stay again. Very easy to get to Optus Stadium. IGA and bottle shop very close.

Great value for money, friendly service & a credit to the clening staff; rooms were exceptionally clean. Flag Motor Lodge is also central to the Perth CBD & a hop , skip & a jump to Belmont Shopping Centre.

Very clean for a cheap hotel, and the food was excellent (T-Bone steak, chips and salad).
