I have stayed in this hotel for one day with family Came all the way from Madina almost 800Kms and with small kids Behaviour of the Receptionist was totally disgusting, lacked manners, normal courtesies and extremely rude Behavior of the staff was totally not acceptable We didnot enjoy our time Just spent a night and left Breakfast guys donot bother to refill any thing .rest rooms are fine and House keeping is good But receptionist pers Mr Ahmed spoiled the whole wshiw

Avoid booking this hotel for a quarantine option. After taking 3400 riyals, they give substandard food and limited water for the day. Their dinner meals cost 2 riyals in which they give a couple of samolis and a slice of salami with juice. Lunch is alright and usually the best meal of the day. Breakfast is pathetic with foul medames served on a daily basis. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The hotel rooms are alright. A bit old and outdated but alright. Hygiene could be better. Staff is friendly and helpful. But overall value for the money charged is not worth at all.

Good hotel with spacious rooms at 15-20 km away from central Riyadh. Rooms have all the modern amenities with all possible kits so that you don't need to carry much. Only issues I found were that there are not many charging points in the rooms and in some rooms AC cannot be controlled.

Didn't go inside. Google maps took me to a dead end. The location was not to my liking as a business professional.

I would've given them 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the location. Clean, neat, every thing u need is inside the room, excellent room service, friendly staff and very helpful, food is a bit expensive tho. And some of the amenities weren't ready when i visited. Overall it's a great value for ur money if you're looking to crash for a night or 2 and you're ok with the location.

I loved the room service and cleanliness. I hated the fact that there is a cargo company right behind the hotel, with loud truck engine noises into the night.

Great hotel and great staffs. Noticed only that the directional instruction in locating your room at first floor is giving wrong direction, but who does not like a little adventure in looking for your room 😁. Overall, everything is okay.

Great hotel at great price. The price you pay for per night is worth it. Location is also good. Just opposite to the gate you find saptco bus station and after walking towards the main road you even get cabs easily. Service, neatliness and cleanliness is at its level best. Morning breakfast and lunch was also available with my booking. I would say that my overall experience was good !!

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone those who are going with families. I would like to share my experience. I went there because my daughter have to attend a exam in early morning at AL safwa school. When I check in I showed my ID of mine and daughter. After the exams finished around 10 am I came with my daughter and the receptionist was a Saudi young ghai. He felt doubt on us and asked my room entry card. After checking he said okay, and in front of my daughter it's type of insulting. At least he can check in the system. So please choose any other hotel than this.

The food assume it’s more than expectation , the quality and test it’s more than hotel rates. Specially Friday menu it’s amazing.

Fantastic, in all aspects. Their rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are friendly. Their breakfast is just perfect, and not overrated. I had wonderful experience staying there, and went back to them everytime I am in Riyadh. Ask for a room in the second floor though, they are better maintained.

It is 3 star hotel with good food provided in the time of stay. There is AC/good lights/bathroom/cupboards/Tv/mattress. Provided good rooms..

The least hospitable hotel I have been to. You ask for an invoice, they will just say they don’t have it. You ask an assistance to book a cab, they just say that they don’t have it. Generally the people at the reception just are kept there to say NO to the guests. The policy followed here is just pay , stay and go. Do not expect anything more.

I had a great and comfortable time at the hotel even though my visit was brief to Riyadh. Good reception service Breakfast was great with varieties The room superb and very clean.

Don't think twice before booking, the location is very bad and has no proper entrance specially at 5 pm. Entrance will be closed with big trucks. You can also never find an Uber or Careem, & once you reach the receptionist for help, he will simply tell you: We don't have any taxi numbers to book you one. Service is the worst! The first night I arrived, they let me carry my own baggage while I'm a pregnant lady. The cleaner will switch the pillow sheet and leave it in the room...
