Worst customer service and totally careless attitude towards the customers. Additionally there is no concept of aftersale service. If you buy their jewelry and it gets broken or damaged because of weaker soldering, forget about it. They said it is not possible to repair this here, it can only be done in India or Dubai. Then why are you selling your products in KSA??? The only option they provide is to sell that back to them at the lowest possible Raw gold price and buy something else. There is no good brand in the world who doesn't provide repair or after sales service for their own products! Never ever thinking about buying anything from this brand again!

Malabar gold 🪙 is one of the trustful gold center in KSA. I bought gold & diamonds in Jubail branch as well as in Riyadh. Malabar gold is mostly near to Lulu hypermarket. Their gold is 22K.

They are like modern thieves. Lots of making cost! Specially their diamonds are very bad.

Worst sales staff. Their behaviour towards customer is very very bad. They don't know even how to talk to customer.

Malabar Gold & Diamonds Riyadh Batha( Same building of Lulu Hypermarket) a premium gold ornaments showroom with very good mind blowing collections. There making charges are bit higher than normal jewellers. Staff was very cooperative in showing the designs and explaning the price. They have told the items purchased from saudi arabia can exchanged at same gold rate.

You can buy 24k to 18k all kinds of gold ornaments as well as diamonds ornaments. The price are good for gold biscuit. They don't have maintenance service but they have ready made ornaments.
