I want to start out by saying I got the birthday package, I did not like how everything went down our host/food runner seemed to have no idea of what was going on or what we ordered ( booking online is the only way you can book a ๐Ÿฅณ party). Also if you are trying to book and it won't let you choose a cabana... i had to take my number of people down to 10 for it to work and just let them know how many people you plan to bring. BUT WHATEVER WE HAD A BLAST AT THE PARK LOL. We literally stayed all day almost until they closed. You should definitely go!!! This was our first time at the park and we are thinking about getting season passes ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅณ

Family loved our time here at the water park. The slides were open and gave a great way to cool off on a very hot day.

If you're gonna go more than once get the season pass. We did this year, have been twice already and makes it much more enjoyable knowing you can come back whenever. Needs a little more tlc though, but it's been around for a long time so... they also seem to be running a little light on LGs and some of the ride lines take a little longer. Otherwise great place for any day during the summer.

One of my kids is under 40 inches tall and I'm a single dad so we were a little limited what we could do but the kids loved it and the price is amazing! 70 bucks each to have a whole summer at the water park? Wow. Their confirmation email went to spam so they need a competent engineer, and the food options are very small, but overall a very enjoyable experience. Wave pool, lazy river, play water park area, a few slides for small kids, certainly enough to have fun for hours.

Our first time and we really enjoyed the lazy river and the smaller slides. The expensive food leaves A LOT to be desired! Thankfully we got in with Buddy Passes.

I adore Hawaiian Falls. I read a lot of bad reviews before coming to the park so I was cautious for my first time, but it ended up being an amazing experience! I had trouble printing my tickets, but that was no problem for the front gate supervisor! He helped me out and I got into the park smoothly. He had amazing hair by the way. The slides were moving slow, but then I found out about their Hoku Tubes which are basically a fast pass for the rides. The tube also came with a free slushy, and I must say the lemon berry slush HIT DIFFERENT. The food was good too, and I loved the staff. My favorite part of the day was EASILY the HTea0. I donโ€™t know what they put in there, but it tastes amazing. Iโ€™m considering getting a season pass because of how much fun I had. Overall, it was a great experience.

This location is the best. Itโ€™s clean, and it also has a bigger area for the kids to explore. Great staff! Awesome lifeguards. Clean restrooms. Great selection of food and drinks. Just an all around family fun, friendly place.

Amazing experience, itโ€™s kids friends has cabanaโ€™s, wave pool, lazy River and few more rides and slides. We went in late evening, there was no wait time to enter or long Q for rides. Since less crowd it was thoroughly enjoyfull. It closes at 8pm. Staff were cooperative and friendly. I will definitely go again with friends. Worth for money especially this location.

Love this location, my kids always have a blast & it's so clean! Life guards are always paying attention. I would advise the main food place inside needs to have a separate window for the employees to come get stuff instead of having to walk between customers to get ice & such. Would be much easier for them. Plus niticed they were duct taped but they need to get the concrete hose sprinklers fixed, the concrete burns quickly and blistering feet hurt.

My kids and I had a blast this Saturday July 1, the park has many slides and is very friendly for kids of all ages, my 3 year old and 12 year old had a great time, thereโ€™s plenty activities to enjoy but most importantly is the staff, everyone was very patient and friendly to all the guests, there was a young man by the name or Amani who was extremely courteous and happy every time we interacted with him, he was working very hard but still managed to asked the guests if they were enjoying the park, that young man made our visit more enjoyable, I think the staff needs to be recognized for their positive attitude. We will come back many more times just because of that.

It was a decent water park. Clean. Itโ€™s a bit on the smaller side. No real baby section other than one shark slide. The lazy River is small. They donโ€™t have nearly enough tube floats and charge you $20 to rent one. The cabanas are very much over priced. I wonโ€™t be coming back to this park. There are others in dfw that are larger and with enough floaties. Itโ€™s not a bad park just not one I want to return to.

Fun for a young family, the lazy river is a bit shallow and that makes it just right for the younger kids. The slides and wave pool are fun for everyone, just try and eat before or after the park. It's isn't that pricey, you just have to exchange cash to there currency. The free life vests are a nice parental stress reducer.

The Roanoke location is much better than the Mansfield location. A lot cleaner and nicer staff members. I live in Grand Prairie and would rather drive 40 minutes to Roanoke than 10 minutes to Mansfield.

This place is super fun! Definitely a good place to spend the day cooling down in the summer. I love the covered seating options and the tea is really good. My nephew and daughter loved going down the big slides and my son loved floating the lazy river. They are all different ages and each of them had a blast!!

For a Saturday in August, we expected a huge crowd, but it was moderately packed. We were able to do all the things my boys wanted to do. We rode some rides, did the wave pool and the lazy river. It's a small, but big-enough park to be there all day and have things to do the whole time that won't bore your kids. Only concern was the long line at guest services. We just needed to purchase a locker, but you can't do it at the kiosk. Waited about 15 mins to pay for a locker, so I hope in the future they can set that up to pay at the kiosk. The smallest lockers are big enough to put in stuff for a family of four. The staff was super friendly and helpful when it was our turn in line. Best time to go is, to start in the morning when there are barely any crowds. It does get packed throughout the day, but never felt like there were too many people. The water attraction in the middle is so diverse with water features, you can find something new each time your climbing it to try the different slides or get splashed by a water bucket.

Park and rides were "okay", but food was terrible. We purchased the expensive food arm bands, but they ran out of drinks and food we were interested in, had to settle. Who runs out of drinks on a weekend at lunch time? Food lines and wait times were ridiculous. Over priced for what you receive.

The rides themselves are fun. I don't know that it's worth the cost of entry because there aren't that many rides. You could be done in a couple hours here. A few things that kill the experience for me: they nickel and dime their customers (two small slices of pizza cost $14 and they charge you $20 to bring your own food and beverages if you don't want to pay for theirs), they are also a cashless facility. If you're trying to decide between this and NRH2O I would go with NRH2O instead. More bang for your buck and it's not a cash grab.

We bought the Pineapple Season Pass and went today (6/14/23) for the first time. We loved it. You get free drinks with this type of season pass. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the water temperature. It was absolutely FREEZING. Which I suppose on a 100+ degree day is nice but today it was not. You had to get reacclimated even between the short walk from the lazy river to wave pool. It was unpleasant. Other than that, we're excited to spend the rest of the summer here!

This park was PERFECT for my 7 year olds. Itโ€™s big enough that they didnโ€™t get bored but small enough to always keep a close eye on them. The employees had patience like saints when we visited yesterday. From the front gate, guest services and cabana rental everyone was great!! They never lost their cool or got aggravated when guests were not so nice to them. The only thing I would change it that the zippers and walls on the cabanas were all functional. But that is a management issue, not employee issue. Wonderful first experience, glad we got season passes.

My kids always have a blast there. Itโ€™s worth to buy a seasonal pass.

This place was a great way to spend the weekend with my family. My 6 year old was able to ride many of the slides all by himself, much to his delight, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

As far as water parks go, this one has the best slides and wave pool, adults can have a good time as well as the kids. I went on the last day of the season and the parking lot was pretty full, but not bad. There's no shade at all in the parking lot so plan on a window visor. There is also a charge to take in outside food so plan accordingly. There isn't much shade around the park so plan to get there early and grab a picnic table under a canopy or pay for a covered cabana area.
